Had a lovely time sitting on the terrace right in the center of Elburg and enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Went to the Elburger today. For the cranberry apple pie; it is always top-notch. Today, however, the cranberries seemed to have been forgotten?? Still tasty though. We had the Elburger hamburger and the Kitchen Complete. It was fine, but nothing special. Clearly not homemade hamburgers, a shame. We wouldn't come back for this, in any case. We'll get something else next time.

Top-notch customer service. Incredibly friendly and helpful. And the food was truly delicious. I absolutely enjoyed it. A feast on your plate. Highly recommended!

Delicious pastries and great coffee

Very nice restaurant, lovely terrace. I eat vegan and had the vegan hot chicken with fries. It was so delicious that my boyfriend, who isn't vegan, was even jealous. Due to a mistake, we also got free coffee. Friendly staff.

Title: Unacceptably long wait and unfriendly treatment Review: A very disappointing experience at De Elburger. After waiting for nearly an hour for a simple order of just some toast and bread, the food had still not been served. Meanwhile, tables arriving later were being served as usual. When inquiries were made about this after an hour, not a single apology was offered. Instead, the owner responded rudely, asking if we knew how busy it was. A long wait due to busyness can happen, but the complete lack of hospitality and the unfriendly response make this utterly unprofessional. We will not be returning here.

Visited Elburg by boat today. Picked up fries and snacks at De Elburger. Top quality. You rarely get it like this! Keep up the good work!

We had a delicious meal. The plates were well presented and generously filled. The 3 stars are therefore due to the fact that all three of us had stomach aches the entire evening and visited the toilet frequently.

Nice and busy terrace. Friendly and efficient service, with humor and noticeable enjoyment in their work. We had a good meal and drinks. I found the benches outside too back-to-back, so we moved them a bit. Very beautiful surroundings. (It's a shame that so many people cycle through the shopping street; it's very strange that the municipality allows that.)

The outdoor terrace is a good size. Cozy right in the center. Very nice, efficient service. Ordered a fish salad with a nice variety of fish, such as smoked salmon, fried fish, and shrimp. The tuna salad sandwich was generously filled. Could be a bit spicier. Slightly bland in flavor, but otherwise fine. Tasty brown bread. The price level is average, but certainly good value for money. The only downside was that people were smoking under the parasols. The smoke lingers for a long time. Not pleasant when you are eating.

Apple cranberry taart is the must! Really nice and refreshing apple cake. Not expensive for cocktails here. We sat on the side terrace so less service (could be they are busy) our seats have cushions that not really comfortable to sit but overall are fine.

Fantastic restaurant. This is the place to eat if you have plenty of time and want to enjoy delicious food. Nothing is too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Fantastic!

We started racing early and were already on shore by 9:00 AM to grab a cup of coffee and cake. The lady who made us feel so good with her tremendous hospitality is something we'd love to see more of. We received a huge slice of apple-cranberry pie with whipped cream, coffee, and ginger tea. The pie was by far the best of the season so far. It was generously filled and super fresh. Hats off to this pie. Five out of five. Good value for money. At €19, it's certainly not cheap, but quality deserves a premium. To help people get started, here's a legend: Stars 1. Run, run, run, before it's too late. 2. Weak to mediocre. You're better off spending your money elsewhere, and the experience will likely be disappointing. 3. On the right track, but there are major bumps in the road regarding quality and/or hospitality. 4. Yes, I want to see it. There's room for improvement, but I would definitely return. 5. Yes, I want to see and experience this, and I recommend you make a detour.

Een leuk restaurant met n zeer goede en vlotte bediening. Binnen kun je knus zitten. Maar ook op het terras. Goed menu en drankenkaart. Soms kan het eventjes duren voordat het eten op tafel komt. Restaurant loopt als n speer. Vrij druk kan het zijn, maar ook alles is vers en met liefde bereidt. Dus n beetje geduld. Kwam hier vandaag voor n tweede bezoek. Want hier voor waren wij zeer teleurgesteld over het restaurant Bier & Spijscafe. Waar bij gewoon onfatsoenlijk zijn behandeld. Maar de Elburger heeft onze middag weer goed gemaakt. Got a family bag of bickering here, truly the worst bickering we've ever had. Tasted like old frying fat and just that. Spent 14 euros for 500 grams, better things are cheaper too 🤭

Went there yesterday, grumpy woman who takes your order and doesn't listen to you! Ordered Kibbeling which was not seasoned. If you ask for cutlery, it is simply dumped on the table and you have to sort it out instead of placing it neatly on each person. Ordered Fanta, they asked nicely after half an hour where it was, you got an antisocial answer back uhhh it will arrive soon uhhhh.... what uhhh?? Weren't you taught to be customer friendly?? After lunch the table is cleared, everything tasted good, ask them... I literally say reasonable and then you get an answer to which you conclude that she is indeed not listening... oh how nice... Once and never again... if you put in a grumpy staff, your store will soon be over.

Disappointing experience. The cutlery was simply placed in a pile on the table, instead of neatly next to your plate. The ham was on a large pile of salad, just add a little more ham and at least half as much lettuce. Furthermore, my husband, daughter and son-in-law received a pan of kibbeling that had no taste, there were no herbs on it at all, it was just a lame idea. My husband had ordered a fanta, which took quite a while, and he asked for it, but the grouchy waiter said "Yes, that's on its way." Uh? What uh?..Afterwards she came to ask if I had enjoyed it, my daughter said it was mediocre, the waitress said "oh okay" she didn't even listen to us, otherwise you would ask oh sorry, what should we have done better instead of giving such a stupid answer like Oh okay!! This grumpy waiter should take a customer-friendly course. There were 5 of us...and we were completely done with this server. We don't have any tip information on purpose, because of this grumpy lady

We waren met 4 volwassenen en een kind,we hadden eten besteld,1x beenham en 3 pannetjes kibbeling, het kind kreeg een boterham zoet. Het bestek werd niet eens netjes naast je bord neergelegd maar op de tafel gepleurd. De beenham was matig met een enorme berg sla op m'n bord. Doe gewoon meer beenham geven,en zeker de helft minder sla. De kibbeling was erg flauw, niet gekruid. Mijn man had nog een fanta besteld en dat duurde best wel lang,dus hij ging vragen waar de fanta bleef,er werd gewoon tegen hem gezegd " dat komt eraan ehhh"! En,zeg je gewoon eh tegen je klant? Na afloop werd er gevraagd of het allemaal gesmaakt heeft,mijn dochter antwoorde van matig. Oh ok,zei de bedienster, niet eens oh sorry,wat mankeerde eraan of zo..nee de bedienster zei " oh oke"!!! Deze dame moet nog zeer veel etiquette leren in de horeca,zo ga je niet met klanten om. Voor ons een eenmalig bezoek,we hebben daarom ook geen fooi gegeven.

Ordered iced coffee, which was first delivered without coffee. After a complaint, a little coffee was added, but it couldn't have been dirtier. I have never had such a sweet caramel whipped cream mound with a hint of coffee. Three quarters remained, and after complaining the answer was "Okay" No excuses, nothing. Shameful.

Worthless. Order a sandwich. See several people who came after me get the order and I have nothing. Asked what the situation is and the hunter says he will ask. Beautiful atmospheric place in the center of Eluburg. My relative from Amsterdam came to visit here and was thrilled. We really enjoyed the Fried Mussels in a delicious cream sauce and the Spare Ribs (honey or soy sauce). The portions are simply huge! And everything served with the main courses - fries, salads and drinks - all wonderfully tasty and fresh! We will definitely visit this restaurant again!

Dit is niet een typisch restaurant . Binnen kan je bestellen en afhalen , buiten een gezellig terras. Heeft iets meer weg van een snackbar. Met die gedachte indachtig hebben we besteld. En dan kan ik alleen maar zeggen dat het dik meegevallen is. Verse en degelijke porties. Gezellig buiten ook.
