Unfortunately, we (D) didn't get any food, but we did get something to drink. (Statement: Kitchen closed) May 30, 2025, 4:00 PM After us, people from the Netherlands arrived and (bam) they got food. 🤔

Everything is served with fries. Would you like something else with it, like rice? The immediate answer was NO. The owner doesn't want that. Also, fried cold potatoes as decoration? And canned soybeans? When you order a tournedos, you have to pay separately for the sauce? Besides, everything has become really expensive: a sandwich as a starter, 4 main courses, 2 desserts, and 2 drinks each (for 4 people). We paid 180 euros for this. When my mother indicated she wanted the potatoes warm, the waitress was very irritated and curt. She took the whole plate away, removed the potatoes to warm them up, and then brought the plate back to me, saying in a very mocking tone that the rest would otherwise be cold too. We had been regulars for 5 years and were very pleased with the restaurant. It's a shame there's a new owner or chef... You won't see us again.

The food was very tasty, but they didn't take away the fries even though we asked for them.

At 't Boothuis I miss transparency: it is important that prices are clearly communicated. The price of a drink, such as an iced tea of ​​€3.80, is very skewed in proportion. Clear information in advance helps to avoid surprises and ensures honesty towards the customer. In the Netherlands it is also mandatory for catering establishments to make their prices visible.

This is the fourth time we came there. It always has a reasonable fish menu which was delicious. Unfortunately now the menu has less fish and more meat. It will soon have new owners, we were told.

Delicious food. We opted for the chef's three-course menu. Wide choice. The food looks beautiful, beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Staff are friendly and attentive. The cook himself also stopped by the table. Pleasant atmosphere and corridors followed each other very quietly. Price was very reasonable, good price-quality ratio.

We came to this restaurant spontaneously and were very satisfied. We had the fish soup and fish & chips. It was delicious . With the soup there was bread with herb margarine, so I would be happier with butter. Service very friendly and nice. We would come back.

At 11:40 am we ask for the menu and are told we only serve from 12:00 pm. 10 minutes later, food is served at another table and the menu is delivered to another table. Then we only drank coffee and tea, we don't understand this.

Made a reservation for 6 people with a preference at the window. Even though the terrace was open, we were neatly assigned a table by the window. We were served at our beck and call. The food was really classy. Worth repeating even though this was our second time.

Food was fine. Service okay. Tables were sticky and that was less. It's nice that there is live music, but please turn off the restaurant music over the speakers. Now it was unpleasant to hear different music from two sides. Even after I said something about it to the waiter, the music over the speakers remained on.

Food was of good quality. The fish soup is especially recommended.

Unfortunately steak not tasty. Steak back to the kitchen but unfortunately even worse afterwards. Staff was stiff. I thought we would get something to compensate, but we didn't get a cup of coffee or anything. therefore not worth repeating.

Was treated very unfriendly, empty terrace, but sitting somewhere yourself was not allowed. Taking a seat yourself due to the size of the group was completely out of the question. Decided to leave immediately and sit a little further on the terrace where we were helped very friendly.

After a day at Walibi we settled here for an evening meal. Nice welcome, first drink was on the table quickly. We had ordered a bread platter in advance. Bread was on the dry side. Small minus. In addition, it took quite a while before we received the card. 2nd small minus. Service was very friendly. All dishes we ordered, pork tenderloin satay, spare ribs, fish & chips and snitzel, were all delicious! Spare ribs are a must here! We also had a dessert, chocolate street and caramel street. Crème Bruleè is also super tasty here! All in all, good service, delicious food and drinks! We will definitely come back! 🥂☺️

Wij hebben hier vrijdag gegeten. Wij kwamen van uit Eindhoven. We hebben hier heerlijk gezeten... We bestelde een ijsthee en chardonnay met ijsklontjes. Daarna hebben een heerlijke vis salade (met carpaccio) en ossenhaas besteld. Super heerlijk.. Het brood wat erbij zat was alleen erg droog dit heb ik niet opgegeten en door gegeven aan de bediening. Als afsluiter een toetje en ik nog een wijntje. En nu komt het mooiste ik vergat te vragen met ijsklontjes. Maar de dame van de bediening die al hele avond super vriendelijk was kwam mijn wijntje brengen MET ijsklontjes... Dat vind ik nou service... Dan zie jij jou gasten.... Gebeurd niet vaak meer. Toen we binnenkwamen keken we onze ogen wat een prachtig restaurant.. Gezellig, mooi, sfeervol en knus. Wij moeten komende tijd nog wel vaker op en neer naar die kant van uit Eindhoven. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug. We hebben al besloten dat als het weer vroeger donker wordt we zes binnen een keer komen genieten. Dus lieve eigenaar je mag blij zijn met de horeca topper die vrijdag het terras bediende. Zij zelf weet wel dat dit over haar gaat heb het haar zelf ook gezegd.. Groetjes uit Eindhoven

Zonder te reserveren naar binnen gelopen, er was nog plek voor twee. Uitgebreide menukaart met voor ieder wat wils. Lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening en nadien werd er nog even gevraagd hoe we het hadden gevonden; heerlijk! We komen zeker een keer terug!

Heerlijke rijke salade gegeten. Echt een mooie flinke portie met veel groente, wij hadden salade Boothuis en Riche. Beide voortreffelijk. Wat ik persoonlijk het lekkerst vond was het glutenvrije brood. 5 heerlijke donkerbruine sneetjes brood, lekker warm, apart op een bordje met meteen je eigen heerlijke boter erbij. Gewoon goed geregeld en het lekkerste brood dat ik ooit at in een restaurant! Ze hadden ook witbrood indien gewenst, maar ik raad het bruinbrood aan. Ik zou er zo voor teruggaan.

Smooth operation at first. But after 45 minutes, we asked if we could order food. Finally, we had made a reservation. Finally the order, but instead of 2 dishes ordered, we only received 1. Something had gone wrong again. The food was decent. The extremely friendly new young lady offered coffee on the house. We declined that offer. We were probably at the wrong time, due to crowds and combination of new staff.

We were here to celebrate a birthday, service could not be faulted, food was more than good as usual, someone came by several times to check whether everything was as expected, including the chef himself. And dessert including music for the birthday boy was much appreciated! All praise! The only downside, I had asked in advance in the reservation whether the dog was welcome, but received no response... and to be honest I was too lazy to call again.

We waren er met ca. 37 mensen en werden eerst nog in de middag gebeld of er nog speciale wensen waren, zeer attent. Rond half 6 kwamen we binnen, we zijn hartelijk ontvangen en heerlijk gegeten er was genoeg. En het klapstuk was het toetje: IJstaart met warme kersen en slagroom. Bedankt en tot ziens!

Erg net restaurant met goede kaart voor een prima prijs. Spare ribs waren erg goed, aanrader! Schnitzel was prima, was zelf een safe keuze.

Als eerste, zaterdag lunchtijd en de zaak was bijna leeg, jammer want het eten was erg lekker! De service vond ik helaas echt te kort doen. Het duurde lang voor er iemand bij ons kwam. Toen werd er niet gevraagd of we ook wat wilde eten. Toen we dat aangaven duurde het ook zeker wel 5 tot 10 miniten voor de kaart kwam. Het liep gewoon niet lekker. Het eten maakte het wel goed 😀 dat was heel snel. Kortom een goede tent qua eten maar qua service zijn hier nog punten te scoren! We komen nog wel eens en wie weet dan wel 5*

Vriendelijke bediening en heerlijk gegeten.

Vandaag voor de eerste keer een lunch genuttigd in het Boothuis in Elburg. Het restaurant ligt op een leuke locatie aan de kop van de haven. Helaas was het eten minder. Vol verwachting keek ik uit naar de Elburgse vissoep die zeer ruim met vis gevuld zou zijn. De soep wordt op een leuke manier gepresenteerd maar helaas zat er bijna tot geen geen smaak aan de soep wat ook zijn weerslag had op de verse vis in de soep. De hoeveelheid vis in de soep was niet zo ruim als de geschepte belofte maar bovenal zat de witvis in de soep bomvol met graten wat op zich geen fijne ervaring was. Na het aangeven hiervan bij het personeel kwam er excuus uit de keuken maar helaas geen vorm van compensatie. Ook de gemberthee was helaas smakeloos en werd in een voetenbad geserveerd waardoor het bijbehorende koekje volgezogen met water was. Al met al een leuke locatie maar de kwaliteit van het eten en zorgvuldigheid bij bedienen is voor verbetering vatbaar.

Leuke locatie, bediening zeer lief, en eten was van hoog kwaliteit, zal er zeker nog eens terug komen.

Met zijn tweeën hier uit eten geweest op 4 augustus 2023. Ik had Vis van de dag. Dat bestond uit en schaaltje met stukjes vis plus wat mosselen, frites en salade. Toen werd gevraagd of het smaakte (ja) maakte ik de opmerking dat het wel erg weinig vis was. Dat werd doorgegeven aan de keuken en ik kreeg er ongeveer een halve portie bij. Dat is positief, maar als ik niets had opgemerkt... (En ik ben niet eens een grote eter.) De friet was heerlijk en genoeg. De salade (ook lekker) zat in een onwaarschijnlijk klein kommetje. En die moesten we ook nog eens delen. Echt heel veel te weinig salade! Bekend mag zijn dat groente erg gezond is (en sla is ook niet duur). Misschien zijn er mensen die hun salade niet eten, maar als dat vaak voorkomt dan kan worden gevraagd of en hoeveel salade men wil hebben. Mijn vrouw had het Mosselpannetje. Dat was goed.

Fish and chips waar werkelijk niets op aan te merken is. Locatie is erg leuk en bediening is gemoedelijk.

Lekker buiten gezeten, heerlijk eten. Duurt wel lang allemaal terwijl het niet heel druk was. Misschien doordat we n beetje in n uithoek zaten. Bij andere tafels ging het veel vlotter. Maar we hadden geen haast en hebben genoten.

Alleen prijs spare ribs 19,90 op kaart . Betaald 21,50 ?? Beetje vreemd

Het was weer super om te eten bij het boothuis. Vriendelijke een correcte bediening. Heel gezellig. Een aanrader voor wie naar Elburg gaat en lekker wil eten.

Zum Essen: Lieder größtenteils günstige Fertigware teuer verkauft. Geschmacklich enttäuscht Zum Service: nicht sehr aufmerksam aber nett. Zum Ambiente: gemütliches Restaurant, drinnen sehr laut. (Viel los)

We waren met een groep ouderen met dementie een uitje aan het doen. En we wilden op het terras van het Boothuis wat gebruiken, maar daar deden ze eerst nogal moeilijk (rolstoelen en rolators) maar gelukkig kreeg iedereen een plekje.We vroegen of de fish and chips ook in kleine porties konden.... je raad het al... nee dat kan niet... maar uiteindelijk wel een broodje vis met patatjes (waarvoor we uiteindelijk maar voor hebben gekozen). Wij gaan vast nog wel eens naar Elburg, maar slaan dit restaurant over.

Snel geholpen , was niet druk , de lunch vonden we aan de krappe kant voor wat je ervoor betaalde, de beenham leek zo uit de supermarkt te komen en het was erg matig , daarin tegen was de gesmolten brie met walnoten en honing uit de oven wat beter opgemaakt
