The food is fine, but the beer… The service is daydreaming, the vast majority of the specials are no longer available and even the blackboard (!) of the rotating tap is no longer correct. Why did I go to a specialty beer cafe again?

Top tent. Even as a non-beer drinker they advised me very well. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Price was also very good!

Gezellig, druk, veel keuze in bier en hapjes. Ideale plek om een winkelmiddag af te sluiten met een lekker drankje, een goed gesprek en een (bitter)balletje.

Nice café with simple dishes such as satay, spare ribs and burgers served with fries and salad. The burger I had, a Spicy Mexican, was good. We were with a group, the service was smooth and attentive.

It is special if you order multiple 33 cl's (Jupiler) that you have different glass sizes. The width of the glasses does not differ particularly. I think the amount of cl is being tampered with... after all, you pay for what you buy, regardless of whether you get it... We will come back one day, we will soon test it out as a 'beer experiment'.

Great food and delicious beers. Don't expect a culinary tour de force, but pleasant food/drinks in an informal atmosphere. The beer garden behind the Graaf is certainly very pleasant!

Nice place with the atmosphere of a Belgian pub. Serving delicious special beers. The XL drinks board is highly recommended. Hamburger sandwiches are a tasty snack. Service is good.

Vandaag sate van kip besteld en gegeten. War ik op mijn bord kreeg was geen sate van kippendijen. Wat het volgens mij wel was een paar brokken kipfilet met pindasaus. Kipsate dat is volgens mij stukjes gesneden kip aan eten stokje dat is geroosterd. Mijn kipsate was niet in stukjes gesneden, niet aan een stokje geregen en niet geroosterd. Het vlees was niet mals zoals kippendijenvlees hoort te zijn. De bediening liet ook te wensen over maar dat was minder erg dan de saté. Als kok en restaurant zou ik mij diep schamen.

Great for having a beer. Now ordered a bitter garnish for the 3rd time while enjoying a beer and it was literally bitter for the 3rd time because it had been in the fryer for too long, how difficult can it be...

I used to live in Apeldoorn and this was one of the nicer places to go with friends to drink a (special) beer. Now I was here recently with friends and it was really bad. Unrecognizable compared to a few years ago. Then I specifically mean the service. It was a quiet evening and we were the largest group with 8 people. We literally had to ask every round if we could order and if we could, it took a long time before it was recorded. In addition, the two people working that evening were not cheerful at all. It's not that we were annoying, then I can somewhat imagine it. We were celebrating a friend's 40th birthday and came from different places to celebrate as a surprise. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but I won't be back for a while at least.

It was pleasantly busy on a Thursday evening, tasty snacks and friendly staff. Acoustics are a bit poorer, you can hear each other less well.

The beer list is quite extensive but otherwise not very special. Food is fine for a beer cafe, the beeramisu is highly recommended. Even on a quiet rainy Sunday evening, it's still quite atmospheric.

Good and cozy. Maybe do something about the sound, it echoes and that makes everything seem louder.

I'm not really into writing negative reviews via Google or any other platform, but this has seriously diminished. For years we have been meeting with a group of adult men to discuss an annual outing. This year it was seriously bad. Not even good, just bad. A high beer where we had to point out the snacks ourselves and were not allowed to receive all the "courses" until departure. However, the ministry did have time for their peers. Honestly, bad. Normally I still think, oh well, it can happen. But for us, just using your facility, this was the last time, it was that bad. I wish you every success in the future and as an entrepreneur I would be concerned if it were carried out in this way by my staff. Since this will probably be read by the staff, I see no other option than to share this via social media so that it still reaches the person responsible, but the question always remains what does he or she do with it? De Graaf has really declined in recent years. The range of special beers is 95% 13 in a dozen special beers that are also for sale in the supermarket. No more really special beers. Beer of the Month is either ''Beer of the Quarter'' or simply out of stock. The staff is young and ignorant about what they sell, you can't blame the young guests and girls because that is the manager's fault, but it seems to be getting worse and worse. Shame.

A nice business in beautiful Apeldoorn. A small point of criticism is that I think it's a shame that the beer menu with text and explanation has disappeared. In my opinion, this set the café apart and reflected the passion for good beers. With friends several times using tried a few things on the beer menu. This has now lost its charm (without a beer menu with explanation).

Slow operation. A Kwak beer belongs in a coachman's glass and not in a tulip glass. As far as atmosphere is concerned, it is no longer what it used to be.

Reserved for a high beer and wine. Little choice for the wine lover upon inquiry; We are also a beer café (so don't offer it), the snacks that came with it weren't really special for the money you paid. We also had to ask several times where they were. When they finally came they were cold. Had a high wine yesterday, big disappointment! Choice of 2 white, rosé and red wines, no cava or prosecco. No mineral water. Snacks only come after the second glass of wine has already finished. Snacks were cold, had been there for a long time, but it was too busy to deliver. The atmosphere was only nice because of the people we were with.

We have been waiting for our drinks for 30 minutes...... luckily we are then asked if we want to order something. A nice calling card for Apeldoorn for years, but unfortunately it has deteriorated considerably.

Really nice place to chill especially on a nice warm weekend outside. The only downside of this place is that their service is so slow. You have to wait ages for a waiter to come serve you. There are QR codes on the table that you can order online however you have to wait for your order to come too much again. Other than this very nice selection of beers and tasty foods they have. The open area is very good for a warm day. I recommend it if you are okay to wait especially in between drinks.

The food, fish and chips and a burger that two of my table enjoyed, arrived cold on the table. After being “warmed up” it came back to the table. No one came to ask if everything was to your liking, even when clearing away, no one asked if it had tasted good. Really a very bad experience!! Nice cafe to have a beer but don't go there to eat because that is very bad!

Really nice lunch! Many choices of tasty beers. Food is also great, enough for vegetarians. Ordered the smokey burger and it was served very nicely.

Slecht. Ik snap dat het moeilijk is om aan personeel te komen in de horeca maar het personeel dat ons hielp was meer bezig met hun vriendjes en zichzelf dan service te verlenen. Op een zaterdag rond 19:00uur was van de menukaart het meeste niet te bestellen omdat het op was. Is het zo ontzettend druk geweest of klopt er iets niet in het inkoop beleid. We gingen naar de Graaf omdat we onder het genot van een Belgisch biertje iets wilden eten. Volgende keer naar een plek met minder keuze in Belgisch bier maar wel een goede service met een minimaal gelimiteerd menu aanbod.

Not the way it used to be. Service was mediocre. Drink boards are no longer available. Many beers are no longer in stock. Pity!

Spring beer festival was very nice and tasty, but the weather was not good.

Enjoy a drink with a brown fruit bowl or a more luxurious board, beer is all possible.

Leuke locatie om een biertje te gaan drinken. Heel veel keus uit verschillende biertjes. Door de drukte duurde het wel wat lang voordat de bestelling geserveerd werd. Het personeel is wel erg vriendelijk.

Changed tables because the first one we sat at was still sticky from the previous visit. Carpaccio from the freezer that had more on it than necessary. The cheese fondue? Previously oven camembert that had not melted smoothly in a pan that was too deep with vegetables that had been roughly chopped and completely wilted. Reported after just 2 bites and still had to pay the full price! Never there again.

The lady serving did her best, but hearing no every time she asked for a beer from the menu is not very professional. Maybe an idea to update the beer menu? The tables and cards were not very clean, and since we were the first guests, this was from the day before. It's a real pity, there is a lot of profit to be made here...

you will be sitting with the Count of Flanders around 11:50 PM. There are only 4 tables occupied. Why are we still not helped after 20 minutes of waiting!! We even asked for a beer card? You literally look at the people at the counter, even at those who wash glasses. We just went to another tent. This is really not possible!!!!!!

Afgelopen zaterdag geweest, wat een chaos. Personeel onbekwaam en de bittergarnituur koud van binnen. Personeel slaat dingen op tafel dubbel aanof dingen van een andere tafel op onze tafel aan en ik moest er bij het afrekenen eerst 14 euro afpraten omdat er allemaal dingen opstonden die we niet gehad hadden. Wel lekkere biertjes masr hou je rekening goed in de gaten anders kan het wel eens in de papieren gaan lopen.

Various beers on, bitterballen on, cheese sausage platter on. Actually everything was gone. Moreover, the service was slow. Only when the last lady was working alone did the pace pick up. Inventory management could be better, service could be considerably smoother. More than 2 years ago we were still regular customers...

Didn't have the reserved tables. Dumped in the hallway in the middle of the store. No communication when do we start with High beer. 1 toilet for 250 people and the other toilet has been broken for 2.5 years.🙈 But ask for the top prize!!! So this was the last time!

Nicely decorated with wooden chairs, benches and tables, at least for me it gave a positive vibe... the disadvantage is that it is not very comfortable... nice beer list with more than enough choice and a home-brewed beer on tap... the service was friendly and good .... order via a QR code (they would have to enter it everywhere)... chicken satay sandwich was also tasty
