De Heerekamer Lisse in Centrum

We ate here on Christmas Eve. Although the food here is top-notch year-round, I found Christmas Eve to be considerably less enjoyable. The service was friendly but very slow, we had to wait half an hour for a beer, and the main course came with raw fries. It's a shame because the Christmas menu was limited, so they could have prepared well. I expect it to be as good as ever for the rest of the year :)

We were here for a team outing, and we had a wonderful evening. It's a charming and cozy restaurant, with a really nice and warm decor. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, efficient, and very professional; we were truly impressed. Compliments not only to the wait staff, but also to the chefs! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The catch of the day, steak tartare, and all the desserts were equally delicious. Besides that, the price/quality ratio is fantastic. So if you're in Lisse, I would highly recommend this restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

De Heerekamer is a cozy bar/restaurant. The food is good and served quickly, but you have to wait a long time for the menu, which you only receive after the drinks have been brought to the table.

I was lucky to visit this restaurant. At first, when I entered, I was struck by a strange and unpleasant smell and I was going to turn around and leave, but I stayed and ultimately was not disappointed. Very interesting design, very polite and pleasant service. I would like to separately praise the magnificent cuisine. Everything is prepared very tasty with unusual flavor notes. If you compare price and quality, it looks something like this --- Michelin restaurant quality at McDonald's price. I recommend it to connoisseurs of good food.

Busy place (King's Day) with staff who walked around chaotically, partly forgot the order and far too pricey for the quality and quantity that was received. Teveel tafels voor de oppervlakte, krap tafeltje voor 2 personen, na 20 minuten kwam men vragen of we wat wilde drinken, vanwege koningsdag beperkte kaart ( niet vermeld op de website), alles verliep nogal rommelig. Kwaliteit van de gerechten was matig. Jammer! Eerder wel eens prima lunch genoten. Wij komen er voorlopig niet meer.

Na een dagje keukenhof in Lisse aanbeland bij de Heerekamer. De burger was prima, de salade zeer rijk en de vis fantastisch! Ook de sate werd door onze Indonesische vriendin erg gewaardeerd. Het beste was echter de bediening: alert, vriendelijk, positief en een teamprestatie. Een aanrader!!

Enjoyed the 5 course Shared Dining menu. All 5 courses were a feast for the eyes and tasted excellent. A good variety of meat and fish dishes. Friendly service and a good atmosphere in the restaurant. In short, highly recommended. We would like to come to the Lord's room.

After a day of visiting the Keukenhof we wanted to eat somewhere. About a 5 to 7 minute drive from Keukenhof to Lisse Center. We had a nice snack here in the evening. Atmosphere is relaxed, super nice and friendly staff. Nice location and nice restaurant. Food was fresh and taste was good. Possibly also a choice in the menu for vegetarians.

We went with eight people without a reservation, and they still found a table for everyone. The food was very good quality and the portions were good. The restaurant was very nice, but above all, I have to highlight the service, which was spectacular, especially from Eva, the waitress who served us. She was super friendly, polite, and radiated a lot of joy.

After a day out, you end up at De Heerekamer for a snack. We were a bit early but were nevertheless very kindly helped by Renske. The food was super tasty and served with care. Everything had just that little bit extra. Nice atmosphere and location. Will definitely come back again. PS; hopefully Renske wins the Cava 😉

They confirmed our reservation – then kicked us out anyway. Yes, you read that right. We reserved. They acknowledged it. Then told us “We screwed up, there’s no space” – while several empty tables sat outside. No solution offered, no sense of responsibility, just blank stares. If you enjoy being stood up by a restaurant you committed to, definitely give this place a try. Otherwise, don’t waste your time.

Reserved a table. Got there. They confirmed the reservation existed - and still sent us away. No seat, no apology, no clue. They had free tables outside, but somehow couldn't manage basic logic. The staff seemed more confused than concerned. We left hungry, annoyed, and very unimpressed.

Spectacular failure in hospitality. We had a confirmed reservation. They did check and – surprise – it was there. Their response? A shrug and a casual “Yeah, we messed up. No seats available.” No solution, no effort, just a big fat “not our problem.” Even more insulting: there were empty tables outside. Apparently, lifting a finger to seat paying guests who actually booked in advance was too much to ask. If you're into chaos, indifference, and being treated like a nuisance, this place nails it. Otherwise, hard pass.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Best T-bone I've eaten here in a long time. It was quite busy and very noisy. So many that people at the (small) table could only hear each other by raising their voices. It is also a pity that for the dessert (two coffees and two desserts from the menu), the coffee came immediately and the desserts took 15 minutes to arrive. Owner's response: shrug. So 3 times a shame. Therefore 3 for service and 2 for atmosphere.

We as guests of the adjacent hotel, We had a delicious meal here at De Heerenkamer, the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere And the service is very friendly. We had different dishes I had a delicious chicken thigh satay that was wonderfully tender and the sauce had a good flavor Served with spicy prawn crackers and fries and a fresh salad with delicious crispy broad beans on top Something different than croutons. Delicious dinner tonight. Food was of good quality and tasty. We had a choice of the winter menu. The accompanying red wine sauce was not too smoked to our taste paprika powder taste in our eyes and not enough red wine taste. Meat was cooked very well and everything else was to your liking. Definitely don't skip desserts, delicious! Tip: often a changing beer on tap. And what a nice cookbook 😉

Had dinner with the family (9 people) at De Heerekamer on Saturday evening. The table was on the small side on the side where there is a sofa, but with some sliding and an extra chair it was manageable. The service could have come up with this solution in advance. The place was full and probably therefore very noisy. The sound deadening cushions that are stuck under the tables are not sufficient to dampen the sound. The food was good, except for one steak that was served rare instead of medium. Was resolved after questions. Desserts were served in two parts. First the people with tea and coffee, which in itself took more than fifteen minutes. After asking twice, the remaining desserts were served 30 minutes later. In general, there were long waiting times before dishes and drinks, among other things, were served. Not all service people were friendly (I heard afterwards). Customer-service communication is also not optimal in this noisy setting and the explanations and questions of the service are not often heard on the other side of the table. When paying, I indicated to the waiter that there had been some irritation surrounding the serving of the desserts. The response from the staff was that it was busy and that tables were being filled again in the meantime.

I get the snack of the day here almost every week and it's always super tasty.

Very busy. Nice for them. As a result, serving took longer. The main course was minimal. Catch of the day. Not enough to feel full. I don't understand that. You do understand that someone who feels satisfied wants to eat with you, right? Especially for that price. Not worth repeating. It's best to have a burger these days. Celebrated my parents' 25th anniversary here last night, the food was fantastic and the service was fantastic! The restaurant was beautifully prepared and everything was perfectly arranged! The restaurant looked beautiful and attractive, the food was delicious and the staff did everything they could to make the evening unforgettable for us. And with success! Very warm welcome and beautiful setting, but above all excellent burgers! We took the truffle ones whose flavor is subtly felt. All the ingredients are great: bread, meat, cheese, sauce! And above all, impeccable meat cooking. Finally, to top it all off, excellent fries, both soft and crispy :-)

Wir haben das Sommer Menu gegessen, es hat nur in Teilen geschmeckt. Das Carpaccio war in Ordnung, der Burger hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Die Beilagenkartoffeln waren nicht kross und wabbelig. Nicht lecker! Der Nachtisch war auch in Ordnung.

Amazing atmosphere! And pet friendly. I went with my dog and he was more than welcomed. We ordered the vegan gyozas, torpedo shrimps and a cheeseburger, besides the desert. Totally worth it, very tasty.

We called the first restaurant we saw and reserved a table after we weren't allowed in at the Chinese restaurant because of my dog. The food was very tasty. The staff was friendly and often asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. My dog ​​also got some treats and something to drink.

Superb service! The place was packed, but the amount of attention we got was like we were the only ones there. The menu was explained, and everything was served properly. We loved the walnut bread! My hats also to the chef who can really serve steaks, you see, in most restaurants you'll get a medium steak when you order a medium-minus but here medium minus was just right. This was the best restaurant in Lisse. Good food, great service, the atmosphere, and very home-like dishes.

Nach einem Besuch im Keukenhof wollten wir unser Ostermahl in de heerekamer einnehmen und waren froh, rechtzeitig reserviert zu haben, da das Lokal völlig ausgebucht war. Das fast ausschließlich einheimische Publikum nahm das vielzählige, freundliche Personal komplett in Beschlag, zumal dann auch noch die Außengastronomie eröffnet wurde. Da die Gäste sich gut unterhielten, war keine Hektik im Lokal und auch wir waren mit der Zeit, in der unseren Order ausgeführt wurden zufrieden. Die bestellte Lunchplatte, die offensichtlich Standardorder an dem Tag war, war schmackhaft und sättigend. Für den Fall, daß wir nochmals nach Lisse kommen -gern wieder.

We ordered the chicken satay, steak, and potato soup for lunch. The potato soup was one of the best we ever had. It was perfect. I ordered the steak medium rare - it was seasoned and cooked nicely. The chicken satay was undercooked. I cut through several pieces and found it to be on the edgy side of raw in the middle. I showed it to the waitress. She looked and gave me the impression she agreed, and took it back to the kitchen. She came back with the plate and explained it’s impossible for it to be undercooked and that it looked that way because it had a vein running through it. She explained they have a system in place to make sure it’s never undercooked. I questioned the vein explanation. We did not want to eat it and sent it back. We were still charged the entire amount for the satay. When I asked another employee about it and the vein story, she said she didn’t see it and couldn’t say anything to verify it. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take a picture. We enjoyed our visit other than the chicken issue. The staff was nice and hardworking, but at the same time, I wouldn’t eat there again.

We had something to celebrate and unfortunately were unable to eat in the restaurant due to a sick family member, but thanks to the friendly and cooperative owner and service, we brought De Heerekamer into our home. While waiting we had a nice drink and a pleasant conversation. What a delicious meal we had! Fresh carpaccio sandwiches, a delicious homemade Italian Zucchini soup, fresh bread with delicious spreads and crispy vegetarian snacks. Everything neatly packaged to take with you. Thank you for the great service and the delicious meal, we will definitely have a nice meal with you again soon. An absolute recommendation👌

Beautiful and tasty dishes, both fish and meat. Friendly and good-humored service really makes a big difference. Nicely decorated so the ambiance is also good. We had a wonderful meal there and would love to come back again. The only minor points are that it was very noisy, you could hardly hear each other. And it is better to hang your coats at the back rather than near the door, because there is an exhaust outlet there and your coat will smell like fries. Edit in 2023: went for lunch. Also good price-quality ratio and good portions. What surprises me is that we smell of frying fat even at lunch, there is a real haze of particulate matter in the entire tent, which you can clearly see in the light of the spotlights. Clearly an extraction problem and not the healthiest atmosphere to breathe in.

Gisteren avond gegeten..7 november wat al.op viel is dat op een doordeweekse dag de hele tent vol zat !..en wat een leuke bediening ..we hebben heerlijk gegeten ..heel gezellig wij gaan zeker nog eens Alles was heerlijk ....

Geluncht bij de Heerekamer maar geen succes. Kindermenu en steak was verder prima. Wij hadden de Lunchplank ja wat moet ik hiervan zeggen het is een soort veredeld bitter garnituur. clubsandwich was sneetje casino wit met sla tomaat kip file en mayo, wat losse friet met twee verdwaalde bitterballen en twee garnalen. kip spies was zeer zoet, en de soep was ook erg zoet. Geen aanrader a 17euro p,p. Je verwacht als je naar een restaurant gaat je het zelf thuis niet kan maken en wat je kan maken het dan vele malen beter is.
