Delicious food, I personally don't like spicy food and if you indicate that, they will certainly take that into account or they will make suggestions about what is also tasty. The location is very nicely located, but sometimes the tables inside are cramped. But other than that, it is highly recommended to eat there!

A Cozy Culinary Retreat Drawn in by the charm of its heritage façade, we stepped inside and were warmly welcomed by a friendly manager, even without a reservation. The high ceilings and wooden tones created a classic mansion-like ambiance—elegant yet inviting. Among the dishes, the lukewarm chowder, served with a plate of bread, came highly recommended and proved to be the true highlight, far surpassing the savory penne. No surprise that many ladies left behind empty soup bowls before settling their bills.

Beautiful building with neat interior. Good lunch options and many different beers on tap. Bread was also available gluten-free. The service was extremely friendly.

Nice to sit down and have something to eat

Have visited this restaurant several times and always enjoyed it. It was very busy last Saturday, but fortunately there was still a table available for us. Friendly service who quickly came to take our order for lunch. Unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing. I had the grilled cheese sandwich with smoked salmon, fennel, egg and salsa verde. My husband the pork tenderloin satay. The sandwich looked poor and it was salmon but not smoked. I didn't see any fennel and the salsa looked like pesto oil. The pork tenderloin satay should have had a few more minutes. The fries were cooked well. Too bad it was a disappointment for us this time.

The carpaccio of the 12 o'clock meal can be replaced by the bouncer. And the salad roll again, please!

Too bad no prawn crackers were served with the satay. Because I am gluten-free, I was given potatoes instead of fries, but without any explanation or consultation. There is still room for improvement in terms of service.

Finally a chef who has thought. For me a celeriac steak....! I had no idea what to imagine about that. What a surprise and how delicious it was. Coming up with a vegetarian meal is therefore very possible. My gratitude is great.

De mensen zijn erg aardig en het is mooi. Het eten is wel duur en iedereen die de biefstuk had besteld kreeg een rare, nog koud van binnen. Ook als je medium had besteld. De porties zijn heel klein. De Italiaanse tomatensoep was wel erg lekker.

Reserved a specific table by the window well in advance this afternoon. When we arrive it appears that it has just been forgiven. Waitress discusses problem with manager at the bar. He tells her that we will have to wait outside. He himself continues to sit with his back to us; she only responds to our outrage with: 'I didn't know'! Conclusion: bad manager, bad administration and not even an apology or offer of a free drink or something like that. We will never come here again and will generously share this experience!

They have nice food - but even it was not busy: You have to get up and search the servers to tell them that a whole area if the restaurant sits in front of empty glasses for an hour. In the end I left thirsty - and skipped dessert … Want to make money? Put your phones down and just serve the people something to drink. Or just look around the nearly empty restaurant if the people who are there have empty glasses.

First of all, very nice location and building! In addition, the interior is sleek and elegant. The staff were helpful and professional. The food took quite a while to arrive, but it arrived at the table at the same time. The portions were generous for the price. Everyone was unanimous about the quality of the food, excellent! We will definitely come back.

We escaped the rain outside into the lovely restaurant/bar. The atmosphere was very cozy despite the high and wide construction. The service is dynamic, well-rehearsed and incredibly nice. The lunch was very tasty, the seating was very comfortable and the attentive staff ensured that the glasses were always full and everyone was satisfied. Food was freshly prepared and very tasty. A place that you shouldn't just use as an escape from the rain.

ギートホルンに来たのですが、ホテルの予約が遅くてこちらの村に泊まりました。こじんまりとした街でしたが、城壁と思われる跡もあって、そして、中にアールヌーボー建築の今では博物館になっている館があって、その周りを散歩できました。其の後に街の中に入って行くと広場の様な所があり、その中の瀟洒な建物のレストランを選んで入りました。この町の人気なのか人が一杯で、席が空いてもすぐ埋まる状態で、私達は比較的ラッキーだったのかもしれません。美味しそうなものを頼んでいる人がいましたがメニューでどれなのか判らなかったのですが、私は鯛の料理と、妻はフラーデンブロートを頼んでいました。どちらも美味しかったです。特に魚料理は美味しかったです。

Gelegen aan het plein in een authentiek pand, met zeer sfeervolle inrichting. We werden bediend door vriendelijke medewerkers, met oog voor detail en die ook met je mee dacht als je iets wilde aanpassen. De lunch was heerlijk! Absoluut een aanrader!

Okay, it's not super raw. I've had the agnus burger too and the chicken burgers are also raw. There's a very dangerous staff there. They're not really happy there. It's better to stop if they don't feel like it. I think the atmosphere of the building is okay. I'll never go there again. there is no choice, so eat raw, especially cooks without sense there!

Op een mooie plaats aan de Markt ligt een prachtig gebouw met daarin dit restaurant. Na op het terras geborreld te hebben besloten we om hier ook te dineren. Met veel moeite werd er extra ruimte geschapen in een deel van het restaurant dat niet gebruikt werd (en wat uiteindelijk helemaal volstroomde). De ontvangst was vriendelijk, maar hield niet echt over, en het diner was weliswaar smaakvol, bescheiden maar hield ook niet echt over.

Today we went to dinner with our daughter for her birthday. Our daughter had a spicy chicken burger, but halfway through she discovered that part of the burger was still raw. We reported this and an employee told us that it was completely safe because the chicken was seared on the outside…………..really!!! Now I know a thing or two about this subject and am more than surprised at the laconic attitude of the staff. And yes, I know that there is a very small chance that you will become ill, but I find it really shocking that as a company you simply dismiss it with a free burger and incorrect information. In short, this company has no idea about food safety and thinks it is top notch because the burger is seared on the outside.. we will not be eating there, so we will certainly never do it again...

After a long day of rowing in the Weerribben it was nice to relax in Derechter. Delicious food and nice service.

There is NO disabled toilet. So the statement that they do have them is NOT correct! Wheelchair users can use the toilet at zo & zo. But this is only a toilet on the ground floor and much too small to even get into with a wheelchair. There is a slope to get in, but it is so steep that you need a winch to get in. In short, this restaurant is absolutely not wheelchair friendly. The worst part is that they think they are...

Best salmon salad ever! Also the best salmon sandwich! But actually almost everything is tasty... Broodje Italia is also highly recommended by my wife. Apple pie with cappuccino for dessert is also delicious!!

We came there yesterday looking for a nice cappuccino. The cappuccino here comes from a random coffee machine. There is no barista machine. A real coffee lover will be turned off by this. A restaurant located in such a beautiful building must oblige its stand to serve full-fledged cappuccino to its customers. I thought it was a form of disrespect to the customer in the coffee field.

We visited the beautifully decorated restaurant on March 16, 2024. After the friendly welcome, we decided on the delicious "12 Uurtje" (with tomato soup, homemade dark bread with croquette, ham, cheese and fried egg, 13.95 euros) and the "Old Amsterdam Burger" with fries. Unfortunately, the burger was only lukewarm, the cheese and bun were definitely too hard and too dry. The price of 17.95 euros was clearly not justified given the quality. A pity!

Het eten was erg lekker. En de sfeer is gewoon uitstekend. De mensen die hier werken waren klantvriendelijke. Ik hoefde ook niet lang op het eten te wachten. En de prijs valt ook mee voor wat je krijgt is het perfect. Ik zou het zeker aanraden voor anderen.

We had an extensive meal here on Saturday 10/2. When making the reservation, we asked whether the facility was wheelchair friendly. The response was a big yes, along with the announcement that there were also 2 parking spaces for the disabled in the street next to the restaurant. When we entered the restaurant, a slanted board was neatly laid out and the door was kept open. We were then taken to our table, but first we had to pass a large reading table where several people were sitting so that they had to get up to let us pass with the wheelchair. Then it turned out that the table was on a large platform that could only be reached by a feat of strength on my husband's part. Afterwards he had to get back into the wheelchair and with the help of a shoulder from a very friendly fellow visitor and support from another guest, he had to make a considerable jump from the dais on one leg. Fortunately it all went well, but wheelchair friendly.....we mean something different by that!! Here's some extra attention: all tables turned out to be on a similar elevation!!!!

Spent the weekend with friends. First had a nice drink here on Friday evening with delicious cocktails and appetizers. Had a delicious dinner here on Saturday. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home.

We hadden een lezing boven. In de pauze moesten we op zoek naar nieuwe waren water voor de thee. Na afloop duurde het even voordat de drankjes en borrel hapjes kwamen, daardoor waren er al heel wat mensen vertrokken. Tip: Zorg dat er alvast wat klaar staat zodat je direct kan beginnen met serveren.

Leuke plek, midden in het centrum van Steenwijk. We hebben er op het terras heerlijk geluncht met 2 personen. Allebei een soepje vooraf. De 1 een 12 uurtje, de ander 2 kroketten (van een of ander sterrenrestaurant) met brood. De sterren heb ik er niet vanaf geproefd, de kroketten waren gewoon lekker, maar geen verassing. De bediening is erg vriendelijk en attent / oplettend. 11-10-2023 er gedineerd. Dit jaar voor de 4e keer. Wat opvalt is dat als het druk is de akoestiek erg vervelend is. Veel, heel veel lawaai van pratende mensen om ons heen, je kan elkaar dan niet goed verstaan. Ik voel me bij thuiskomst altijd een beetje overprikkeld. Persoonlijk zou niet mijn eerste keus zijn om er te dineren, maar soms moet je schikken en dat is dan maar zo 😉 De menukaart vind persoonlijk ook wat beperkt en ik heb het er wel gezien qua aanbod ik heb geen wisseling gezien van gerechten in dit jaar. Prima stop voor een cappuccino tijdens onze stadswandeling op het terras aan een groot plein. Er was op deze dag veel te doen; een circusoptreden met speeltoestellen voor de kleintjes op het plein en een braderie in de straten met een heerlijk warm zonnetje. Vriendelijk personeel.

Op verzoek zelfs een mooi plekje gekregen aangekleed voor ons jubileum, dankjulliewel. Mijn enigste minpuntje bij het eten was de porporsie :) had graag wat meer gehad om van te genieten, want alles was overheerlijk.

Heerlijke lunch gehad. Mooie zaak, goede sfeer en betaalbaar.

Al een aantal jaar kom ik hier regelmatig om te borrelen, te lunchen of te dineren en het is echt altijd goed! Het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en je zit er gewoon heerlijk.

Als Bourgondië als plaats zou bestaan hoef je niet verder te zoeken dan de heren van de Rechter. Super ontvangst , top bediening en zeer gezellige sfeer. Wij gingen voor de trio van varken en kunnen dit echt aanbevelen.

Bij Boudewijn en zijn team ben je altijd in goede handen! Vriendelijke bediening, altijd heerlijk eten, sfeervol interieur binnen en in de zomer kun je lekker lang op het terras zitten terwijl het zonnetje ondergaat 🌞🍷
