Simply delicious and excellent service

Order still not delivered after 45 minutes. The store wasn't full and there were plenty of staff standing around doing nothing.

It was delicious. Only the sandwich, in terms of price, I thought was expensive.

Staff is amazing but the food is horrible. Had to throw up when i came home.

Unfriendly staff, very slow service (despite an empty room). We asked for dessert, we were told to wait, but no one ever came. After a while, we got up, paid and left. I do not recommend this place.

The food here is awesome and they give you satisfying portion. You will not be disappointed by what you pay for. The coffee was fantastic and the service was phenomenal. I'd suggest a sandwhich.

Three friends who wanted to have a quick lunch on Ascension Day. Super busy everywhere. Queue to the door but staff was creative and tried to get us a table as soon as possible. Waiter was super polite and enthusiastic. Lots of choice for food and really tasty!

Croissant reminded of supermarket quality that had been there for half a day. Reported it, but no service, "just pay". In any case, the service could not smile from the start.

Wrong and confusing menu. Baguette cheese with old cheese was not old cheese. Was the same cheese as cheese sandwich. Reporting was met with incomprehension and no action. When paying also total stupidity and gibberish about a supplier. Rude actually. Sandwich is not worth the money. Service 0.

Around 9:30 a.m. I couldn't use the nearby public restrooms at Mac's, so I had to take out an apple pie to use the restroom. The staff at the store were very kind. I was lucky because I wanted to eat Dutch apple pie. The apples were big and flavorful and very delicious.

Had a nice meal at Délifrance Maastricht for breakfast. The coffee was good and the sandwiches were large, fresh and richly filled. A nice place to start your day with a tasty and filling meal. Recommended for a quick and tasty breakfast in the city!

Horrible place. Untidy and rundown. Needs renovation. Bitter coffee. Loud eurotrash through the speakers, cannot be turned down.

I'm so pleased I visited. The window display looked so inviting, showing an array of food served. I ordered a spicy chicken roll, which was very tasty. Well worth visiting and the café had a good ambience also. I would definitely visit again.

Worst service I've ever had, not even worth a star. I wanted to quickly order a sandwich to take away before work, while she was preparing my sandwich I decided to sit in the restaurant since it was cold and I still had some time before my shift started. After I accepted my sandwich and wanted to eat it quickly, an employee (older woman with short hair) rudely told me that I was not allowed to eat inside because I had chosen to take away. I have never heard that there are 'service costs' because I eat my sandwich inside instead of outside. Which service? I didn't understand anything and was surprised that I was addressed in such a way when I simply ordered something and paid, of course. The customer remains king, and you could have just spoken to me politely so that I know for next time. Nowadays places don't know how to treat customers and everything revolves around money yuck yuck. Never going to this branch again thanks to Karen who has never heard of customer service, thanks for the “service”!

It said the store would be open until 5:30 PM, but someone comes up to me and tells me they are already closed at 5:00 PM. Now I can't buy my pizza baguette :(. Sandwich looked tasty, but wasn't there so 1 star, service 1 star because they care more about themselves than other valuable potential customers.

Food was okay, but not outstanding. The price was too expensive for that. We also waited 30 minutes for our food (2 tomato mozzarella baguettes) even though there was only one other family there. Not recommended.

Very tasty ham, cheese and Martino sandwich. Nice and warm inside and super friendly service.

We had cappuccino which was cold, we said we got a new one which was also lukewarm. Which is very strange because the regular coffee was hot. So something went wrong somewhere, we did report this. Too bad because the cappuccino that we drink elsewhere at Delifrance is delicious and warm.

Delicious lunch. Woman half baguettes Filet American Martino. (What a huge sandwich). Man the Club Sandwiches. This is not the standard you are used to (white bread with a toothpick) but a delicious half baguette with warm meats. This can also rightly be called a top loaf. Recommended for a nice meal between shopping.

It's a beautiful place, and the desserts are simply delicious, try them as you like.

Wij hebben hier onze vakantie lang elke dag heerlijk ontbeten. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en het eten is erg lekker! Leuk plekje om de dag te starten met een overheerlijk ontbijt!

The baguettes here are really good and resemble those you find in France. Good seating and friendly staff. Will visit again.

Leuk je besteld een broodje en krijgt een doe het zelf pakket zoals bij Ikea met droog stokbrood

Woensdag, 13 september 2023 Heel fijn gegeten met man en lieve schoonzus. Wij werden geholpen door een hele aardige mevrouw. Met een geweldig gevoel voor humor. Wij dronken onze thee met één zakje omdat wij de verpakking zo leuk vonden. Die ene heb ik dus in mijn tas laten zakken. Wil je lekker lunchen en geholpen worden door leuk personeel dan moet je hier écht heen!!!

Super lekker eten 1dag ontbijt gehad 1 dag geluncht Erg lekker en vers ruim voldoende prijs kwaliteit oke Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel ..TOP Namens de 2 dames uit Roermond dankjewel..

Te krap wat ruimte betreft, eten was redelijk personeel cava maar ook niet echt heel vriendelijk, mijn schoondochter was avond en nacht ziek echt heel ziek 😒

Heel lekker eten! Als je binnen gaat zitten is het wel krap. Ik had zelf een zalm wrap besteld (zie filmpje) en dat is echt een aanrader! Als je een baguette besteld moet je hem wel zelf smeren.

De bediening was een beetje kort af maar de kok maakt veel goed

Ben al in veel délifrance zaken geweest maar dit was de minste , broodjes besteld helaas zaten er op een broodje de nodige haren heb het tetuggegeven met het antwoord van KAN GEBEUREN dus niet!! laat dat chagrijn maar ramen wassen is echt nodig , een lamp voor de vliegen is geen overbodige luxe jammer maar er zijn genoeg goede broodjeszaken

1 dat meisje achter de balie met een lang gezicht 2 je besteld je een kop soep en een gehaksbal zonder stokbrood wat krijg je een kom soep wat over gelopen is en kleine stukjes gehakt op een stokbroodje geen gehaktbal dat meisje deed alles verkeerd met dat lange gezicht sorry hoor kon ik maar de foto plaatsen die ik gemaakt heb pfffff die mevrouw wat bediende was vriendelijk maar ik zou het niet pikken als dat meisje niet naar mij zou luisteren

Degelijk ontbijt gehad hier. Niet per se dagvers, maar dit is te verwachten bij een keten. Personeel lijkt nog wat onervaren.

Sehr netter Service und leckere Snacks. Faire Preise. Viel besser als der andere Delifrance in Maastricht.

Had me verheugd op koffie met Franse zoetigheden, maar dat was helaas op. Ook her chocolade broodje bij het luxe ontbijt was niet meer op voorraad, maar mijn bezoek was heel tevreden met een wafel als vetvanging. Bddiening liet wel eens wat lang op zich wachten. Voor de rest lekker en gezellig

Voorin staan aan aantal tafels die veel last hebben als de toegangsdeur open gaat. Toilet is zeer ruim en netjes. Jammer dat dit net als heel veel zaken in Maastricht niet echt in gericht is voor personen die moeilijk te been zijn.

Kleine zaak, maar je kunt er heerlijk eten voor een schappelijke prijs. De bediening is erg vriendelijk!
