Domino's Pizza Apeldoorn Ordenplein in West

Our friend had a modification made to his pizza and had the wrong ingredient removed (this isn't the first time this has happened). Otherwise, the food is fine, nothing special, but the service could definitely be better.

I ordered an apple pizza because the photo looked good, but in reality, I got a cinnamon pizza with barely anything on it. It looks nothing like the picture. The portion of potato wedges was very small. Next time, I'll go to the competitor again.

Normally always good and friendly. This time I ordered pizzas, one of which turned out to be out of stock. I went to pick them up and found out they'd called me, but I was in the car, so... then they made another pizza, but it turned out to be ANOTHER different pizza. Ugh... oh well, I said, just give it to me, the other pizzas were cold by then. Too bad, I'll reconsider getting them there next time.

Not fresh, not good, and arrived cold

I am filing a complaint about your company. I order for over 100 euros. I get my order wrong. I call and they say they will bring it. That takes another 20 minutes. And then I don't have a cheesy crust in my pizza. While I had clearly checked this. They say that it is not possible with a certain size. Fix your software then. The delivery person calls someone in the store and that person says: "Yes, I was also called about blah blah blah, it is fine now" I am not happy with this. I call for that, where it ends, I am pushed away. Simply fraud. I would not order from here again so quickly. Earn money quickly like this. Not normal. Make sure that your software and company run well and that it does not happen like this.

Super fast Dominoes. Friendly staff, greeted and addressed with a smile, orders are always ready very quickly and almost always error-free. The atmosphere was nice, although it is a small booth there is no pressure from the staff. Pizza was good and everyone enjoyed it. Thanks to the promotions online, you can also enjoy the pizzas at a great discount.

Very strange that cash is not accepted here as legal tender. And...deposits on cans are charged, but cannot be exchanged due to foreign imports.

I think it's sad that there is 1 lady working hard and 2 of them hanging around and doing nothing but being noisy. This is NOT TEAM WORK! I wish the girl more than this. Pffff, the other person should be ashamed....

This entrepreneur does not take responsibility. My son had an accident during his delivery. The damage is not handled correctly so that my son is now being held liable after 4 months. He also has his employees sign a self-drafted contract so that the necessary use of the telephone, in the event of damage, is not reimbursed. He also does not offer an alternative to not using the (private) telephone. After several attempts to settle the claim, this employer takes no action. He does not express any concerns to the employee after an accident and is then difficult to reach. Think carefully about whether your son/daughter would like to work under the responsibility of this employer. The manager of this business has done his best to resolve the matter correctly, but is dependent on this franchise entrepreneur.

I was a regular customer, but having to tell them every time 100 times that they should not forget the ingredients that I get for (extra costs), and that they do it anyway just doesn't make sense. So as a regular customer, I'll give you a little insight: when you pick up, they act sweet and do everything you say. But when delivering they supposedly forget everything, even the things you pay extra for, don't get me wrong, there are also good employees but they are in the minority, I was also treated badly once by the owner who gave me a big mouth back because he had not placed his order correctly, so welcome to dominos ordenplein, the place where you should not be. This really is the ghetto version of a real pizza restaurant.

Wat een waardeloze tent voor de 3e keer op rij veel te laat. Een uur later dan gezegd nog geen pizza. En na een telefoontje: “sorry is druk hij gaat de oven in”. Dat kun je niet maken. En wat moet je met een kortingscoupon hier wil je toch geen pizza meer van.

Always a bit messy looking branch. Pizzas that are not properly cooked sometimes seem undercooked. The pizza is also poorly cut. Friendly staff, but for the same money I would rather drive to the Domino's pizza Apeldoorn Arnhemseweg.

Waiting 30 minutes for 2 pizzas to be picked up, even though the time was indicated (more than 45 minutes later than the order). Otherwise just normal dominos, but one of the worst in Apeldoorn in terms of speed and staff.

Just ate a pizza from the order square. To think that we live closer to the Arnhemseweg. Pizza was no longer warm and there was hardly any topping on it. And you pay almost €13.00 for that. The sauce was almost pure tomato paste. Very sorry. No more domino pizza for the time being.

Received 2 codes for free pizza after a year old complaint but you can only use 1 at a time. You will not be reimbursed for the extra toppings you paid for. Then you get a chicken supreme without chicken. After previous complaints with the manager there, Daphne, I had telephone contact and now called again about it and the promise that the current manager would call. Yes, so not. What a bad thing 1 star is still too much. Of the 10 orders, at least 8 were incorrect or were much too late. I'm still waiting for a call from the current manager about what Daphne v T has promised

I had ordered several desserts, but when it turned out that the Cookies and Cream shake was no longer available, I was immediately informed and an alternative was offered. Today's shift leader in particular was a very nice girl and the delivery person was also very friendly. They solved it very well and the delivery was very fast. Will order again soon...

Fast service, tasty pizza and very close to our house for us.

I had to wait fifteen minutes (!) before I could order in the pizzeria, but orders were accepted by telephone. There were six employees in the store, three of whom were not clear about what they did. Had a bad experience, rigid and a solid manager is clearly missed here.

Small pizzas, and not the best quality. The pizza was okay. The pizzas from: "the tower of pizza" are much better and have been ordering pizzas there for a few years now. This pizzeria is on the other side of the square.

Update: the pizzas are now often delivered on time (5/6 months after the original review). Great place now 👍 Standard delivery is late (more than an hour or an hour and a half after the order). Pizza is often okay, but the waiting times are really not worth it. Every time they promise improvement with a code for 1 free pizza, and that has been going on for a few months now. I hope they can get some people in soon, because they are clearly short of hands.

Not bad at all, the pizzas and rolls taste good. But when I order something here, they ALWAYS forget something from our order and only tell them when you call them about it afterwards that it is no longer there. Bad service.

Soil was really great. Never had better pizza, although it was often salty and it was not optimally cut, but still the best I have ever eaten at Domino's.

Ordered several items last week, including a pizza where the edge felt quite sticky. After the first bite I noticed that the pizza was also not completely cooked. Ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to arrive. Ended up getting cold, wet pizzas and a frustrated delivery person at the door stating they were understaffed. So never again.

There was a hole with a diameter of 5cm in the middle of the Margritha pizza I ordered and there was no dipping sauce with the cinnamon sticks even though I had ordered it. Ridiculous
