Domino's Pizza Assendelft in Wijk 72 Assendelft-Noord

Very dissatisfied. I ordered two Margherita pizzas, but both were very dry. There was hardly any mozzarella (cheese) on them, which meant the pizzas had little flavor. This is not what I expect from a Margherita. Very disappointing. Driest pizza ever. Drier than New York😏

Unfortunately, we have to keep ordering here because that only competitor is even worse. Often, pizzas only have tomato sauce; other toppings are usually spaced 10cm apart. All pizzas from Domino's Assendelft should actually be sold under one name: Super Lean Margherita.

Today I ordered a tuna pizza from Domino’s. Upon receiving the pizza, I noticed that there was hardly any tuna on it, even though this is one of the main ingredients of the product. I am very disappointed because the delivered pizza does not match what I ordered and expected to receive. I do not recommend Domino’s Assendelft to anyone.

They are a bit broke, but sociable.

About an hour and a half ago, I ordered 4 pizzas, one of which was chicken and bacon for me. The delivery driver arrived and had to go back because he didn't have the chicken bacon pizza. The delivery driver went back again, and it turned out to be a pepperoni pizza. (Which I currently can't eat due to a throat issue). We called the store again and the answers were pathetic. "The delivery driver says he really went back with chicken bacon, are you sure it's pepperoni?" As if we don't know the difference between chicken and pepperoni?! "It's busy, we can issue a coupon." That's really helpful at 8:00 PM when we've already been waiting for over an hour to eat. Great customer service. As a company, you are supposed to solve the problem immediately when mistakes are made! This is the umpteenth time things have gone wrong at Domino's. I've had enough.

At 5:15 PM, I placed an order via Thuisbezorgd with a delivery time of 6:45 PM. At 7:15 PM, I still hadn't received anything. That means that in 2 hours, they apparently didn't even check if my order had arrived at all — truly unacceptable. When I called, I was told that they couldn't find my order. Only after searching did they see that the order had come in via Thuisbezorgd, but simply hadn't been processed due to high volume. If you handle orders like this, you shouldn't offer a delivery service. When I asked how much longer it would take, I received a vague answer of another 30 to 45 minutes. No apologies, no solution, absolutely nothing. Very poor service. This was the first and immediately the last time I will order here.

I waited for almost three hours, then out of nowhere it was suddenly cancelled; there was no reason given why.

On February 28th, I ordered ten pizzas for my birthday on March 1st (pizzas were supposed to arrive at 6:30 PM). They were running a buy-one-get-one-free offer, so that worked out perfectly. Unfortunately, the pizzas STILL weren't here by 7:45 PM. So I called... it turned out they were busy and the pizzas still needed to be baked. Ultimately, after discussing the situation, I decided to cancel the order. Luckily, we also had other food. The employee was friendly, apologized, and said the money would be back in my account within 2 to 3 business days. Unfortunately, it's still not there now (Thursday, March 5th). So I called again... the answer I get is, "I'll ask when my boss gets here." It's been a few hours now and I haven't heard anything... I'm curious. I think it's outrageous that I have to chase my money like this... 🤔

Very friendly staff and tasty and fast pizza

Bad, burnt pizza and a manager who knows nothing about customer service. When a manager says, "If you don't like it, it's your problem," you know you should never eat there again. What terrible pizza and customer service.

Great for ordering. Fast delivery, delicious fresh pizzas. You can't dine in. It's not that kind of restaurant. Takeout is fine, though; there's a bench and some stools at the bar. A sign shows you how far along your order is.

Ordered a pizza from Too Good To Go. It was a small pizza, but well-filled.

I wanted a Hawaii pizza with onions, salami and more. They mistakenly made it into something else. So they apologized and gave me a free drink. Otherwise the pizza tasted really good.

What great service! They immediately came up with a solution after we accidentally placed the wrong order. The food is delicious and always ready on time.

Once again, a delivery driver "forgot" my second pizza. What scammers these are. The manager called, but no refund. Forget it. NEVER ORDER HERE!

Forgot my side dish again yesterday, and this is the eighth time this year. Of course you don't get your money back, so you'll never see me again.

Almost every time they forget to give you the side dishes and you never get your money back. I will never order from here again.

The pizza was tasty definitely worth repeating

Pizza seemed submerged, fries looked like mashed potatoes and the pizza itself was on the black side. And then to realize that you have to pay 21.73 for this. Never had such a bad meal before. Immediately fire whoever dared to make this pizza.

Order your online 2 XXL shawarma pizzas without garlic sauce (option is offered via the site) and choose to have them delivered at 6:00 PM. No pizzas at 6:10 PM, called Domino. Answer: Something went wrong and a pizza got stuck in the oven, so a new one had to be made. They would leave straight away. 15 minutes later no pizzas (a distance of 600m as the crow flies). meanwhile children started whining that they were hungry. Called again, the delivery person was there within a minute. Indeed the delivery person was there with pizzas WITH garlic sauce. How difficult is it to follow up and prepare the order that comes in and pick up the phone and call the customer as soon as the delivery time is different than requested. What a crappy tent. Pizzas quite expensive, very poor service and unprofessional. Ordered some pizzas here every now and then, but that is now a thing of the past. Also zero compensation whatsoever.

Ridiculously slow delivery, doesn't answer either!

I ordered a pizza at 5:30 PM and indicated that I wanted the pizza at 10:00 PM so that I have a pizza when I get home from work. Got home and called and the place closed at 9:00 PM. I got my money back, but it's strange that they indicate in the app that you can have it delivered until 10:00 PM.

It is not normal how deliveries are going, including in the store. Ordered online, ready, it is indicated that a lot of pizzas are ready, but no one says or shouts anything. I ask if my order is ready and if I can take it with me, a number of young people are looking at me! Absolutely nothing 1 star is too much as far as I'm concerned!! Bring on that Turkish boy!!

Taste-wise, the pizzas are perfectly fine, and Dominos is my favourite pizza chain around. The problem lies in the toppings. The Assendelft branch skimps on the amount to such a ridiculous degree that it becomes a ripoff, especially with prices having risen the past two years alongside it. I hoped the topping situation was temporary, but it seems to stick. Back when this place didn't exist the pizzas came from the Wormerveer branch, and they gave more when you added 'one', compared to here when you select 'three'. Until this changes I cannot recommend this place.

Quality becomes less than beginning. Toppings decrease with each order, which also makes the taste blander. However, the service is fast and friendly.

Pizza salami was dripping with fat, my pizza deluxe contains minced meat and bacon. Bacon was rock hard, minced meat was blackened. With long teeth I still managed to chew half away. The salami pizza is eaten normally, but it was so disgustingly greasy that it too went to the trash after just half of it. 2 stars because the milkshakes are tasty, so I will never come here again. Picked it up and didn't feel like driving it back, they would have had it back. 04-17-23 Under the motto everyone deserves a 2nd chance, ordered the loaded fries. 7 euros, the contents are a joke. Everything but loaded. Couple of fries and a little bit of meat. Clearly overpriced side dish.

Bad. Made mistakes more often that were never a problem for me. Today I forget my Shake, then I open my pizza and that's not right either. When I called there was a friendly solution = new pizza. However, it is very tough and the ingredients for which I paid 2.50 EXTRA were barely found on it. I find this really sad for a business that says 'customer is king'.

That one star is not because the food is not good, but if you order 2 pizzas online, you have to pay 2 x 3 euros in delivery costs + another 0.97 delivery costs. Truly too crazy for words. And then say that everything has become more expensive, petrol and so on. SURE!

You don't even deliver in Assendelft South, how sad. Even New York Pizza delivered to our address, which is further down the street.

We stopped and ordered on the store and took the pizzas. All of our four pizzas were delicious. The taste of the products was delicious also the dough was super tasty. Definitely recommend to give a try.

I wanted to order at 9:00 PM and was referred to a post. After having indicated several times that I did not understand how it worked, and politely asked if I could be helped. I was yelled at and had to leave the store. This is ridiculous! Will also share it on my Snapchat account with over 110k eyes 😉!

The last 4 times the staff made careless mistakes, everything was forgotten. This time it was explicitly stated on the receipt that they should not forget ANYTHING and pointed out the change in one of the pizzas. Well you guessed it; after dinner dip forgotten again and the ingredients unchanged. Terrible. Also rude on the phone. Next time we will order New York pizza!

This is so ridiculous, I ordered a vegan veggie, my pizza is falling apart, I ordered extra tuna and they sprinkled it next to the pizza in the packaging box instead of ON the pizza. Very weak and cold delivery. Well this will never be dominos assendelft again, I'm not used to this at all pfffff. Btw: delivery person was super nice

I recently got a pizza, it was a vale of tears after 2 bites in the bin, the bottom was of very poor quality, too bad fresh is otherwise a meager 3.

The pizza is decent. What is very strange is that the €5 offer applies to all medium pizzas if you order online and pick up. If you order in the store and take it with you, this discount does not apply. The staff we encountered was not really interested and not customer friendly.

Too bad they don't deliver to Assendelft-Zuid... I live at De Kaasmaker and would still like a delicious pizza from you! Hopefully I can order soon and they will bring it to my house
