Domino's Pizza Haarlem - Station Kennemerplein in Oude Stad

I'm outraged. How is it possible that in such a good place, with such delicious pizza (where's the meat in it????) they have such uncustomer-centric servers???? The food is delicious (+,-), the place is cozy and the blonde girl working at the counter is very nice. The other employees should be sent to a communication development training where they learn basic communication skills such as saying "please" and "greeting", paying attention, looking at each other, answering, not interrupting, etc. After all, in the end, a lot depends on this. Needless to say, if you don't feel respected somewhere, the food won't taste as good either.

If you ask for hurry, it costs €2 and after 45 minutes I get a cold pizza, great service...

I'll briefly talk about my experience at this Domino's Pizza. The staff were terrible and didn't treat you like a customer, and the pizzas there tasted terrible. Of all the Domino's Pizzas I've been to, they're the worst.

Jan and I watched Goodfellas, and what goes well with it? Right, pizza! Hand-Tossed Perfect Pepero for Jan and Hand-Tossed Hawaii for me. Also, Crunchy Fillets. - It was warm and filling... Everything else was salty; I'm still thirsty. Not much pineapple on my pizza!

At the station, pizza made wrong while we had to catch our train. Was not communicated and when I went to ask I saw the employees eating our 'wrongly made' pizza. Now we had to eat it on the train and the pizza was cut very badly so you had to pull all those pieces apart and then only had a crust. Horrible experience

Yesterday Sunday I order a pizza and cinamons and never arrived because wrong adress on Zijlweg 23 , 2051ba Overveen They told me they will refound me . Still waiting . I will update my review after ...

We got a truly delicious pizza 🍕! The vegetarian one had a great flavor. The chicken one had a really great kick! The staff was really friendly and efficient. We were served quickly. Nice seating. Relatively clean... The trash could have been cleared away more quickly, but they preferred to serve us quickly. Parking is unfortunately scarce or expensive for cars. It's better to get there on foot 😜, by train, or by bike - there's a huge bike parking garage nearby. We'd love to come back.... The price is great.

Delivered quickly, hot and fresh, and with a smile. Tasted very similar to Domino’s in the US.

Unprofessional staff, looks like a zoo there. Long waiting times are often just an hour late and you also have to be smart when you call about it. Rude and childish, I'd rather pick up from another branch than have it delivered here, I'm faster and better service too, damn it. Even 1 star is too much!

My order has been incorrect time and again

You order a pizza and indicate that you want it around 6 p.m. After 40 minutes and still nothing, you call them and they don't dare tell you what time the pizza will be delivered. What bad service.

Yes, I will never order from this again, I ordered a family size XL pizza and it was just a large. And it was so super thin that at the end it was only for 1 person. We still had to order Drna MC because it was simply unpalatable.

Antisocial bicycle courier who cycles ridiculously fast on the sidewalk and almost runs us over. It is that we stepped back in time. Cyclist didn't care, didn't look back or stop to see if everything was okay, but just kept cycling.

The boys are too busy talking for picking up the trash. Trash is everywhere. Its disgusting.

Удобное место на жд станции Хаарлем , ужасно грязно , непонятно кто готовит еду , мусор , разбросаны бумажки , мусорные пакеты . Кухня так это просто ужас .

I like the food, but it's very inconsistent, sometimes there is enough cheese on the pizza, sometimes there is barely any. Same goes for the sandwiches. Hope they be more generous more frequently.

Very, very bad. Pizzas dripping with grease, staff very unfriendly. Very unfortunate!

I ordered one pizza and they mixed up the orders - our pizza was missing ingredients, and had some of which we did not ask for. They also charged us more, even though it was their mistake. I asked for a manager to make a complaint, but the manager was rude and literally said that they do not care. They barely spoke any english at all and could hardly understand the simplest requests.

They had accidentally delivered the wrong pizza, but delivered it correctly, so 5s

When I passed the store yesterday I only had 10 minutes left to catch the train. This made me ask if this was enough time for the employees to make and bake my order. They got to work straight away! Before I had even paid, the pizza was almost in the oven. It also came out well done and was wonderfully warm. Top service and kudos to the fast team! I reached the train on time and was able to enjoy my delicious pizza chicken kebab during the journey.

So slow, staff better have some talk or go to break when they have order🫠and cleaning also no good point for do, better wait when your shift end

Gezellige Domino's met lekker vers eten. Vriendelijk personeel die je graag komt helpen met bestellen of keuzes maken (Er is ook een kiosk aanwezig voor degene die sociale interactie liever vermijden). Grote eetruimte met genoeg zitplaats. Ook handig gelegen in het stationsgebouw dus makkelijk bereikbaar!

Tasty and good place and crew was good but the lounge wasn't clean 100% and the crew was more than 4 persons but one of them was working only!

Leckere Pizza. Preislich auch Top. Tische Dreckig genauso wie der Boden. Sanitäre Anlagen überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen...

heel correct, vorige week bestelde ik een pizza maar ze vergaten knoflooksaus te doen, begrijpelijkerwijs met veel werk en bestellingen gebeurt het en ik schreef dat ze het vergeten waren, en binnen 5 minuten belde een dame me en verontschuldigde zich voor de fout en zei dat de volgende keer dat we vandaag een gratis pizza hebben Ik bestelde een familiepizza die gratis was, heel correct van je Ik feliciteer je en bedankt voor de hete en geweldige pizza

Vorige review per ongeluk verwijderd. Pizza's zijn voor domino begrippen prima. Alleen de actie 1+1 gratis bij afhalen voelt als naaierij: De zeer goedkope actiepizza's zijn uitgesloten van 1+1 gratis (staat toch echt in de voorwaarden). Bestel ik twee dure pizza's en een actiepizza dan zou je verwachten dat ik dan 1 dure pizza moet afrekenen (1+1 gratis) en een actiepizza (die is uitgesloten van de actie, toch Domino's?). Opeens wordt dan de actiepizza wel onderdeel van de de actie en betaal dus opeens twee dure pizza's en mijn actiepizza is dan opeens gratis. Bestel ik 1 actiepizza en een dure pizza dan geldt dit opeens niet en betaal ook twee pizza's. De enige oplossing is door twee separate bestellingen te plaatsen van twee dure pizza's (1+1 gratis) en een actiepizza. Doe je dit niet dan betaal je meer. Hoogste vorm van naaierij.

I often get a Belgian chocolate milkshake from here, it's always very nice. The staff are always friendly. Never very busy inside so always served quickly. The music they play is to my taste.

Jeugdig personeel had weinig aandacht en geduld voor bestellende klanten die wat ‘langer’ tijd nodig hadden voor het maken van een keuze. Zijn vooral heel druk met elkaar en hun telefoon.

Leuk om te zien dat ze vegan opties hebben, verder kan je ook zien dat de jonge mensen echt hard werken en hebben echt super timing, specifiek de pizzatoppers en de bezorgers zijn ook hard bezig ook als ze niet aan bezorgen zijn, wat goed te zien is. Blijf lekker hard werken jongens jullie doen super🙌

Great fast service. We were catching the train after cycling 100 km, it was late, rainy & cold. Now I'm a Domino's fan!

For a quick pizza with kids is ok, they have enough space to play without bothering anyone. They mostly do delivery, but if you want to have warm, quiet space to seat and eat something while waiting for your train with an affordable price and a quick service, we’ll I think here it’s an Ok.

Bestel regelmatig, wat een vriendelijk personeel! 1x ging de order niet goed door haperende shakemachine en 45 minuten extra wachttijd; 2x gratis drankjes aangeboden én de hele order kwa geld teruggestort. Hele vriendelijke dame aan de telefoon. Altijd lekkere pizza, snel geleverd. Enorme aanrader!

Matige pizza's voor weinig geld

It's an ok pizza. During eating hours, they make the pizzas in a rush. It's fast, not with much care but the delivery time was reasonable. I once ordered some meatballs and a bacon&onion pizza, it turns out they gave me meatball pizza and meatballs. It was not what I wanted but it was delicious anyway.
