We drove 30 km and it turned out that the pizzeria no longer exists, ha ha ha

Stereotypical greasy dough pizza with no character. It's nice that they add butter and a jalapeño pepper for a gimmick, but that's about it.

I would've been happy to give this pizza place a 5-star review but unfortunately the non-existent communication and connection issues for home delivery are very disappointing. Several times the website and app does not work, I have been unable to expand on the menu to make sure of what I'm offering. To get better information and place my order, the number is never in service and nobody picks up (Haarlem Branch). Today especially, I was hoping to order with my friends to celebrate a special occassion and naturally - unreachable. Papa John's has truly always been a favorite food joint, even back home. Extremely disappointing. Not sure if I will bother trying again. If you are lucky enough to live within walking distance of an outlet, maybe you will have a better experience.

Have ordered food here several times and no problem. Just ordered and paid for it but haven't received anything. The telephone number no longer exists and home delivery calls are also not possible. Bad.

Is it just me or has Papa John's been closed for over a week now every time I drive past it early in the evening no one no light business closed shame

Stuff is rude, pizza is deformed as after being frozen in a wrong position and clearly reheated before serving.

Made the wrong pizza. Burned it. Just threw some pepperoni on and said "here you go", with a literal black hole burned in it. Asked if they were proud of this pizza. Said "yes, very proud, you're gonna love it".... Not good enough.

One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten

I had ordered 2 large pizzas to pick up, but when I arrived at the store to pick up my pizzas, the store was closed. In the following days I have reached out in several ways to get my money back but I have not received a response yet

Normally very satisfied with Papa Johns, but this branch completely misses the mark. Had to wait almost 2 hours for 2 Pizzas that then came out of the box as good as cold.

A very bad thing! Ordered for the first time and it took 1.5 hours before the delivery person arrived! Then we found out that my pizza was not included and neither were the sauces. I called and after a little over an hour my COLD pizza was delivered, which also had a strange taste. Never order here again!! Be warned.

I thought I'd order from Papa Johns, but so far I haven't received a pizza and there's no answer either. Very dissatisfied and will not be ordering from Papa Johns again anytime soon

They might be laundering money and doing no business otherwise there is no way a pizza delivery can take more than 1.5 hour. Unbelievable! Google & Ubereats should remove this place from their records!

Previously a great experience, unfortunately the quality and service has gone down hill. Won’t be my first choice or even my second any more. Few orders in a row with missing items/ sauces.

Ordered again after 3 years to try. Took 50 minutes. Pizzas were okay. Unfortunately, like 3 years ago, the order is still incomplete. No green peppers and no signature Papa John's garlic sauce again. Just the thing that gives that extra. Still just as chaotic there 3 years later. We know that again.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve had. Just pretty tasteless and only 5 small pieces of pepperoni on a whole pizza. You’re paying for pretty much just dough and nothing else. This was the first and last time I’ve ordered here

It’s halal, and spicy chicken ranch is nice, for sides you can try chicken popers and also lava cake.. 1 start less because the collection/variety is very less There is a free parking zone 150mtrs from here, use easypay app to check the zone

Sausage peperoni en tuna delight 25cm pizza's opgehaald voor €10 per stuk. Je kan beter de excellent pizza's van AH kopen, die zijn rijkelijker belegd, smaken iets beter en zijn goedkoper

Ik zat challas thuis toen deze hollandse drerrie met iets van 80 voorbij kwam blazen op gekke Aerox 2takt. Omdat hij zo vlug was wilde ik deze drerrie gekke fooi geven, toen ik terug naar binnen ging om fooi te pakken hoorde ik allemaal geschreeuw. Toen ik terug kwam zag ik hoe hij geveegd was door ibha3sh. Heel me mpp straat vol met sco2 voor deze drerrie. Kon hem toen die fooi niet meer geven. Faya voor hem maar wel s/o naar deze Hollandse drerrie

Pizza is goed,maar hun service is echt gewoon super traag. De laaste 5 keer dat ik bestelt heb zijn ze 30 to 40 min te laat. En pas als ik ze bel komt de pizza er pas aan. Maar nooit op de tijd dat hun het zeggen.

Third time ordering in a row where our order is always at least ONE HOUR late. Today it took the cake. Preordered at 6pm for it to be delivered at 7. 7:25pm we called, our pizza was STILL NOT IN THE OVEN 8pm we called still NOTHING. 8:30pm we called “the delivery has left” Our pizza arrived at 8:39pm They ran out of cheese. They said they don’t have enough people to deliver that we should have picked it up. NOBODY TOLD US THAT. Without a single apology.

Pizza was served fresh and hot.

I don’t know if the experience differs if you pick up rather then deliver because my experience was very different from reading the other reviews- Staff were super pleasant pizza was really fresh and lekker!

Zoals in veel reviews staat, heb ik ook lang op mijn pizza moeten wachten (ongeveer 1 uur). Kreeg bij het bellen voor de status van mijn bestelling een aardige vrouw aan de lijn, die zei dat mijn pizza onderweg was. 10 minuten later werd deze warm bezorgd. Hij smaakte erg goed!

Warme chocolademelk met nep slagroom. Ik blijf dat jammer vinden.

Lekkere pizzas. Sneller bezorging. Korting bij afhalen ipv bezorgen!

Ik heb de reviews gelezen , maar kan met zekerheid vertellen dat zij zich hebben verbeterd! Pizza was warm en vers gebakken, en het duurde niet al te lang voor dat ie aankwam. I can’t complain!

Ik had meer van verwacht van de pizza. Wel volledig alleen de bodem, onderkant van pizza en de randen waren niet krokant , eerder op brood niveau(zacht). Heb liever een pizza met krokante delen. Niet mijn smaak, terug in mijn eigen oven!

Heel vers en constante kwaliteit!

Eten is heerlijk, altijd goed. MAAR het maakt niet uit wanneer en hoelaat je besteld, de bezorging duurt altijd zoooo lang. Minstens een uur to anderhalf.

Pedí una pizza a través de deliveryoo hoy 17:40, la aplicación dijo que tomaría 20-40 minutos. A las 19:20 recibo un correo electrónico diciendo que me entregaron mi pizza. Sin embargo, no sé dónde, ya que nunca lo recibí. Deliveroo dijo que llamaron al restaurante y respondieron que lo habían entregado. Honestamente. . . El peor servicio de todos.
