New York Pizza in Meerwijk

Worthless service. We waited over 2 hours before we could finally reach them by phone. The phone was simply unreachable!!! When we finally got through to someone, all we were told was: “It is busy, you can come pick it up or we can refund the money.” This is not the way to treat customers. This is the last time for us. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely shit place. I ordered online. Would not recommend this at all..no one also picks up the phone. 20.minutes I waited on the phone after waiting for over an hour.

I ordered an hour and a half ago, it was supposed to be delivered within half an hour. Still haven't received anything. Nobody is answering; because of them, I go to work on an empty stomach. Never again...

I don’t know why the reviews are bad here. I use UberEats to order. Pizzas always come fresh and hot and great! The toppings are also pretty generous. Last 5-6 orders have been so good, I decided to leave a review here. Good job guys!

Order here regularly and waiting times are not correct, you will receive your order within 25 minutes

My dad and I often order pizzas from here, and it's usually delicious. The store itself is also very welcoming. It's well-organized and looks neat! The delivery time is also very reasonable; I received my order in less than 20-30 minutes, and it's still nice and hot!

Dirty place. The store is run by children. They prepare the food with their bare hands, some with fake nails... Often nothing to protect their hair from the food. There's also frequent name-calling in the store and loud rap music, which they also use for name-calling. I've tried ordering several times, but that also took hours, and then my food was cold. They don't respond to my email complaints, even though the staff referred me to them. Terrible store!

Last 2 orders are really bad even though I really liked their pizzas. Other branches are good but not this one. One time i got my pizza half cooked the other half was dough. Today, i ordered chicken snacks and pizzas they were super bad looked like left overs and my margarita pizza was looking like anything else than a margarita pizza.

After 1 hour of ordering and no update on the website, i called and found out it will take another 15 mins. But came 35 mins later. Pizza was cold and not as expected.

Don't order an Italian pizza with a thin base, because you will just get a thick base at home! And if you call they will also blame you. While I had already ordered that pizza 50 times before at another location and then I really got a thin base.

Today, for the third time, my order was delivered cold. The woman on the phone was disinterested and didn't take my complaint seriously. When I ended the call, I heard her laughing and saying that "another complaining customer." Clearly, this was the last time I'll order from here.

There were multiple pieces of hair in my food and the pizzas were cold.

First time ordering from New York pizza. Ordered a hot chicken pizza. Chicken was not hot and the pizza was cold

Ordered via the app and collected. Good pizza, and the side dishes are also recommended. Friendly staff.

It's nice that the restaurant is doing a promotion, but they still bake their pizza too long. Mine was dark. This is actually not the first time.

Just ordered two pizzas and 12 chicken nuggets. Upon arrival, the pizzas were already cold and we didn't get chicken nuggets but chicken pops. When we called and reported this, the operator didn't believe us. First the discussion started that we had received chicken nuggets, while we really know what we ordered and what we received. Furthermore, she did not believe us that the pizzas were cold, because they had just come out of the oven. Like we're making this up? The delivery person was much late, which could logically result in cold pizzas. We will never order from here again.

Normally always good but seems to be getting worse lately. Ordered 4 pm to have a pizza delivered at 6:30 pm and just arrived very late. Think this was the last time

Jammer dat de pizza altijd al 20 min klaar ligt voordat t bezorgd word.. waardoor pizza altijd lauw helaas.

Zoals vaker op zondag ff langs de NYP hier verderop, ze weten ondertussen wel wat ik wil. Net gehaald, 4 kazen....kreeg een drankje aangeboden vanwege een foutje, ze hadden een 5 kazen gebouwd, dus een nieuwe onderweg....geen probleem, neem ik die 5 kazen toch mee, scheelt weer tijd, ingredienten en een drankje....😀👌 Kortom....aanrader! Buiten de service om, de pizza is gewoon altijd iets waar ik sort of naar uitkijk! 😜😂

Wat een teleurstelling deze nieuwe filiaal. De eerste bestelling werd pas na een uur geleverd. Ik dacht toen; oke ze zijn pas open. Maar de tweede bestelling werd pas na bijna 90min geleverd, was incompleet en de kip was niet helemaal gaar. Ik bestel de volgende keer wel weer op de Rustenburgerlaan.

Blijf a.u.b. de kwaliteit behouden die jullie nu leveren. Zo hoort New York Pizza te zijn! Pizza was perfect. Hou dit vast!
