UPDATE!!: Still no refund after 1.5 months!!!!! I contacted the store itself dozens of times to confirm that it is located at the head office!!! Very bad, we already saw via the website that we already had to wait 1.5 hours. After 1.5 hours I called to ask if it was already on its way, but the entire order had not even been made yet!! We would have had to wait 2 hours for the final score, so the whole mess was cancelled!! You can also wait 5 to 10 working days for your money. I will never order from here again!!

Very poor service , I’ve orderd a 3 xl pizzas with and also paid to prioritise my order it said that i have to wait 15-20 minutes and after 20 minutes i went there my pizzas was not even made i saw 3 workers just sit and talk nodoby was doing nothing and the excuse was “ehh we have to much work “ the oven was close btw.. very poor service… if they dont want to work better stay home . When my order was supposed to be delivered, I received a call that 2 items were not available. I was not offered any other option or refund. It was said "the items will not be accepted for the next order" but how do I know that happens, and that it is not said that they cannot find out anything about it. And my order was also delivered 45 minutes after the original time. Really not recommended. Just New York Pizza again

I only received my food after two hours. I called myself 1.5 hours after ordering. On the phone, the employee had to check twice what my order was. I also heard a lot of chaos in the background. After the 2nd time I got an employee on the phone again. She told me that the fries were gone so I could choose something else. That can happen, but I think it's special that I have to call after 1.5 hours to hear that they have only then seen my order and will start working on it. After 2 hours I got my food and the wrap was hard and burnt (see photo). The delivery person apologized for the long wait. That's sweet, and he can't do anything about it, but I will never order from this branch again.

Cozy atmosphere and tasty pizza

This Domino's branch deserves an all-time low in customer service. The store is downright filthy, the staff seems indifferent and completely unmotivated. During my visit, the employees were even arguing, which only made the situation worse. It is incomprehensible how a well-known chain like Domino's can run a franchise in this way. The pizzas are of premium quality.The only problem is the management.Even if you are ordering something and adjust the schedule.The most of the time ,it will arrive between 30-45min later than your request time.You have to keep that in mind.The boys that deliver the food, are well trained and very friendly.If the get more personal and change the delivering time ,I will change it to 5stars. They sent me a post card in the mail saying sorry for what they did to my order and asking me to buy from them again but still havent refunded me for the order they never delivered. I think they are doing their best, all young people work there who have to handle a lot of orders. The quality is just as good as at much less busy dominos so there is nothing to say about that. Never let your child work at Domino's on the Molenweg in Nijmegen. You are treated like a dirtbag, you have to work for hours even though you do not want to and you indicate this in advance. I always find Domino's pizzas super tasty to eat. Unfortunately, it always takes at least 1 hour or more before they deliver. Even during off-peak hours (so outside 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM) it takes about an hour. As a result, it always arrives cold or lukewarm. I think that's a shame because it's not tasty cold and after heating it up, which I have to do myself, it doesn't taste any better either......
