5 stars – not because of the pizza, but just because of the great staff in the evening! We were travelers in Nijmegen and arrived at the branch at around 10 p.m., shortly before closing time. Nevertheless, the employee - probably with Kurdish or Persian roots - took our order in a friendly manner and served us very warmly. If you are reading this: Thank you for your kindness, it really touched us!🌹😍😍

I got a 6 cheese pizza here. I got a pizza on which no 6 cheeses could be tasted. it all seemed to be the same granules and I don't pay that high price for that. By the way, I even got garlic sauce with it!!!! garlic sauce on a cheese pizza????

The pizza is good but way way overpriced for fast food. Additionally, the price at the register for one (1) pizza was €18 instead of the the €12 that was shown on screen. Disapointing.

Papa John’s is my go to for delicious, fresh pizza! The crust is always perfectly baked, and the toppings are generous and flavorful. I’m especially a fan of their garlic sauce it’s the perfect complement to the pizza. The service is quick and friendly, and the quality is consistent every time. Whether for a quick dinner or a special occasion, they never disappoint. Highly recommend.

Bad experience: we left the phone in the car, so we went back to take it and to show the confirmation email because the waitress said she needed it even though it was raining so much. Without complaining, we took it, and when we came back, another man working there started screaming at us, unsure in what language. The others didn't do anything. They just moved their faces away. They didn't even check the email. Just avoid it.

The pizza is good, but the staff there is extremely unfriendly. We went there a few days ago for a takeaway, and the old guy preparing pizza (who didn't speak English) started yelling at us for no reason. We just showed the lady the email with the order number (which she asked). We said nothing, did nothing. Not sure what the guy understood, but started yelling at us in his language. Also the other staff members were very embarrassed and didn't know what to do or say. We won't order there ever again.

Ordered for the 2nd time and also the last. The first time the pizza chef was super unfriendly, customer unfriendly, and had a big mouth! I ordered in the store and asked if they were still open, because at 10:00 PM on a Saturday evening the lights were already off and there was still light in the kitchen (perhaps lighting broken?) benefit of the doubt.. He said no! And then I said on your site it clearly said until 11:30 PM .. So with pain and effort I was persuaded to bake pizza after all.. I had indicated double pepperoni as indicated on the plate in terms of choice! Pizza was baked and immediately opened and looked in the store. Had spoken to the baker about the fact that I was clear ordered a double pepperoni!! Bad toppings. I immediately said it's not good! He said No, that's fine!! Then I asked for the manager or the person in charge and he said it was him.. It was an older man and bad Dutch speech.. I said I am not happy and wanted my money back!! That rude manager see no no that's fine go away!!! I was just sent away, never experienced it again, wow, unbelievable.. Trying papajohns again after a long time (that staff) pizza baker/manager is probably gone... I don't believe such a person can work there for long with his way of working/behavior! Food poisoning almost immediately after the pizza, severe stomach pain. Then vomiting all night. Never again, there was also a strange aftertaste to the pizza, and the sauce that came with it was really bad.

Very bad delivery experience. They forgot our order. We called them after 1 hour and they found out that they did not proceed our order. And they said they will deliver in 30 min, but after another 1 hour without any notice, we called them again and they said that the phone number is wrong and no one picked up the phone. But the fact is that we called them three times and they can always call back to keep us noted. In the end, after 2 hours, we received the pizza which is not that fresh. They also don't speak English.

They are 40 minutes late with delivery. The delivery person very impatiently rings the doorbell several times quickly and they finally deliver cold pizza. Bad thing.

Pizza was delivered way too late. I had to call to ask if it was still coming and they said 5 more minutes. Very customer unfriendly man on the phone when I called.

What a bad thing there bah bah. Ordered 2 small pizzas. Later I saw that they had 2 small pizzas for 20 euros. They couldn't give me this offer because I had to say so. You know what kind of offer you have, right? If you sell 2 small pizzas for 20 euros then you should just do that. And that wasn't even the worst thing, but that guy was so rude with his music earpiece in his ear. And the woman who took the order couldn't even speak Dutch and I had to tap my pizzas on the screen myself because she couldn't find them. Not a big deal if that guy had spoken normally. I will never come back there again and I don't recommend it to everyone because those pizzas were a complete joke, impossible to eat!

Ordered at seven o'clock, nothing at half past eight, someone on the line who communicated unintelligibly and now contact via WhatsApp, this is a dismal intention! On the phone they didn't think it was their problem, as far as customer service.

Staff is friendly and relaxed, but communication is a bit difficult: they seriously don't seem to speak comprehensible Dutch or English. The place might be more set up for online orders, and certainly not a place to dine in house. Right now they don't even have chairs.

Ordered a pizza, after waiting almost an hour I called. The man on the other end of the line could barely be understood, the bottom line was that the pizza was ready but there was no delivery and would I like to come pick it up myself?! I saw few other options so I walked there (30 minutes) as compensation and to cover the delivery costs I was offered a can of coke (25 ml).

Very tasty pizzas and very hardworking staff! If you want to change some ingredients, we will meet. The selection is also good for vegetarians and vegans, but this place is more for takeaway or delivery than eating in. Although, of course, there is a place to sit down and eat quietly. The prices are not high either. Recommend!

Do not order from this place. I got a delivery from this place and chose the fastest delivery option (less than 30 minutes). The website said it could be around 20 mins late which I understand. The order was 3 hours late, a whole 3 hours of waiting, calling to learn wether the pizza is coming or not. The person on the phone was really rude as well. The worst part is, they took 3 hours to fulfill the order, and STILL GOT IT WRONG, completely outrageous, I didn't even say anything at that point as I was starving. This place is definitely not reliable, if you're feeling hungry, find somewhere else to eat.

Terrible food. First, they couldn't even find a simple address using zip code and house number. Food arrived cold. : 1. Pizza hanging when you get it was cold and not tasty. 2. Sauces were from a factory, smelled because they got warm because they were in the boxes. 3. Vegetarian chicken nuggets horrible, heavy chemical smell and also cold and unedible. 4. Fries were definitely not fresh, were soft not crispy and old. 100%. My stomach is already starting to rumble, deeply regretting it. Service could be better. Not recommended unless they are going to improve significantly. About 50% of everything was thrown away unfortunately...

It's the Papa. You get what you came for, decent pizza. The staff were very nice.

The pizza looks fine, but the prices on the menu were not up to date, so you probably pay more than you think. Staff mainly speaks English, but some also Dutch. Wouldn't say they are very quick to prepare. It's just what you expect from such a fast food chain.

I gotta say, didn't care much for this pizza. The delivery was fine. There wasn't anything specifically "wrong" with the pizza, it's just that the taste and dough were rather strange to me. I was considering two stars but it's more a matter of personal preference than their objective quality of service and food. Some people might really like this one. I'll pass. One thing that was nice was the promotion which provided three pizzas for the price of two.

Delivery took 40+ minutes. The pizzas were lukewarm upon delivery, the taste was disappointing (poor topping). The complaints handling fits in well with the rest of the picture.

Order not received twice... The first time they did not answer the phone when I called. Now, about a month later, I want to give them a second chance. Once again the pizza is not delivered. When I call the business I get someone on the line who does not understand Dutch and also speaks hardly any English. The connection is promptly disconnected and when I call again it is no longer answered. Bad luck, money gone again.

The pizzas taste great, well topped and a tasty base. However, the papadia was anything but tasty. There was hardly any topping on it. It really tasted like some kind of fried dough with sour sauce and 3 pieces of meat. For 7.95 you can really expect more. The cinnamon rolls were tasty. Large portion. Only got garlic sauce as a dip 🤣.
