In the end, I didn't order any food because everything went wrong with a Groupon voucher. I won't judge whose fault that is; let's leave that aside. But the guy behind the counter reeked terribly of weed, was sweating profusely, and failed miserably in a jumble of Dutch, English, and incomprehensible language. I left empty-handed. It seems to me that if you have to work and talk to people, you shouldn't be standing there smoking weed. That is clearly exactly what this gentleman had just done. Yuck.

They said it was 2 for the price of 1. So we paid 22 euros for 2 pizzas. That's 11 euros each. Sounds nice. But the diameter of the pizza was really super tiny. Never seen anything like it. And the toppings were still 2 cm from the edges. Under normal circumstances, we would have paid 44 euros. That is ridiculous, of course, if this is ridiculous already. Delivery was scheduled much later than planned, but okay, it's busier during the Four Days Marches. So we won't complain about that any further. But the price-quality ratio is completely lost. It's like buying a second-hand Mini for the price of a Ferrari.

I have been waiting for my order for ages and it still hasn't arrived! It is now 23:24. I can no longer reach the restaurant.

Terrible service. I ordered at 6 PM, it's 8:30 PM and the pizza never arrived. Nobody ever contacted me, and they took money from my bank account.

Food that arrives after 2 or 3 hours, orders that were forgotten to be made and I had to call after 45 to ask about for them to remember to start making, constant lies on the phone about orders being on the way when they aren't, you name it. Absolute 🤡 show of an operation. Actually worth reporting to corporate.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 17:00 for 18:00. Pizza came at 19:00. We called at 18:30 and they said pizza was on the way. At 18:41 they called me back, apologised for the wait and asked if i wanted a free drink… at 19:00 pizza was finally delivered, my cheese pizza was overcooked and they were cold 😒 Needless to say i wont choose them again anytime soon!

We ordered from Papa John's Pizza via Lieferando. The delivery time was extremely long, even though the restaurant is less than 200 meters away. We also ordered a large Coke and a Fanta, which were never delivered. We called and explained the situation. They told us they would call us back within two minutes, but that didn't happen. So we went to the restaurant to pick up the missing drinks. The employee explained that he had sent someone to deliver them. As an apology, we received a large Coke on site. We're still waiting for the Fanta (€4) and the Coke (€6). What a wonderful experience! We will never order from there again!

We ordered dinner today around 6:30 PM, but the delivery driver who brought the pizza called us inexplicably at 11:15 PM?? We hung up, but he called again insistently. When we finally answered, he said something in incomprehensible Dutch. We told him the time was too late for a call, and he mumbled something back. He was probably high/drunk (or 'stoned'). ​Whatever the case, it is absolutely unacceptable! Why would the place I ordered pizza from call me at that time of night? I think you should be careful. Ordering pizza from here might lead to other things.

Never again! I just went by hearsay; I should have read the Google reviews. The pizzas were supposed to be delivered around 7:00 PM. Understandable, because it was Saturday evening and snowy, it ended up being later. Around 7:30 PM, I went to check. By 7:03 PM, the order was marked as completed. I didn't see or hear from anyone. After searching, I finally found a phone number. I tried twice, but no answer. Well after 7:30 PM, the delivery driver was at the neighbor's house. He called me and said nothing more than "pizza, pizza." Two of the three pizzas were okay, the third didn't look like what we ordered (something with mushrooms and bacon instead of Hawaiian) and was absolutely inedible. But I didn't try calling or anything again, as I had little faith in them anymore. We shared two pizzas between the three of us, and the third went in the trash.

Never seen them deliver their food on time and it is never warm. It is at least half an hour late every time(sometimes 1 hour late) and always cold. I like their pizzas so I ordered at least 5 times and always had the same experience. If you don't wanna have the same experience just dont order from here.(it is same for both uber eats and their own app)

The food takes far too long to arrive. Track & Trace indicated it should be here soon, with a 45-minute delay. The staff didn't know where the delivery driver was and offered no solutions. In short: a nearly two-hour wait for an order that was then canceled... a terrible experience!

Nevertheless, the employee - probably with Kurdish or Persian roots - took our order in a friendly manner and served us very warmly. I got a 6 cheese pizza here. I got a pizza on which no 6 cheeses could be tasted. it all seemed to be the same granules and I don't pay that high price for that. By the way, I even got garlic sauce with it!!!! garlic sauce on a cheese pizza????

Papa John’s is my go to for delicious, fresh pizza! The crust is always perfectly baked, and the toppings are generous and flavorful. Bad experience: we left the phone in the car, so we went back to take it and to show the confirmation email because the waitress said she needed it even though it was raining so much. Without complaining, we took it, and when we came back, another man working there started screaming at us, unsure in what language. The others didn't do anything. They just moved their faces away. They didn't even check the email. Just avoid it.

The pizza is good, but the staff there is extremely unfriendly. We went there a few days ago for a takeaway, and the old guy preparing pizza (who didn't speak English) started yelling at us for no reason. Very bad delivery experience. They forgot our order. We called them after 1 hour and they found out that they did not proceed our order. And they said they will deliver in 30 min, but after another 1 hour without any notice, we called them again and they said that the phone number is wrong and no one picked up the phone. But the fact is that we called them three times and they can always call back to keep us noted. In the end, after 2 hours, we received the pizza which is not that fresh. They also don't speak English.

What a bad thing there bah bah. Ordered 2 small pizzas. Later I saw that they had 2 small pizzas for 20 euros. They couldn't give me this offer because I had to say so. You know what kind of offer you have, right? If you sell 2 small pizzas for 20 euros then you should just do that. And that wasn't even the worst thing, but that guy was so rude with his music earpiece in his ear. And the woman who took the order couldn't even speak Dutch and I had to tap my pizzas on the screen myself because she couldn't find them. Not a big deal if that guy had spoken normally. I will never come back there again and I don't recommend it to everyone because those pizzas were a complete joke, impossible to eat!

Staff is friendly and relaxed, but communication is a bit difficult: they seriously don't seem to speak comprehensible Dutch or English. The place might be more set up for online orders, and certainly not a place to dine in house. Right now they don't even have chairs.
