I come here every week and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and the food is fantastic. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by for a bite to eat.

Part of the food was meh. I ordered rice, and it was nowhere to be found. I tried calling 20 times and got no answer. What antisocial service, not being able to speak to anyone. The delivery driver acted incredibly strange and didn't know what he was doing.

Ordered food remotely. Very nasty aftertaste. Will never order from here again. The veal is inedible. Tastes like chemically processed food mixed with melted plastic. Surely they can't serve this...?

Old meat with a lot of aftertaste, you should not order lamb meat at all, nasty aftertaste and smell

I'd actually like to give it a 0, but unfortunately, that's not possible. I went here with two friends. The staff talked over us and reacted rudely when we asked for paper. They kept looking arrogant. Coincidentally, all three of us are having stomach problems now, even though we ate this for breakfast—it happened to be the only food we had. We initially tried to resolve this by phone, but were accused of harassment. Very unprofessional.

I was here with 2 friends an hour ago, the staff was talking about us in a different language and kept giving us dirty looks. Then we asked for another napkin because we only got one, and suddenly they said, "So, you've already had one, that's fine," but then they looked angry and irritated, which didn't help. We accidentally dropped a drink, still with a cap on, and then she said, "Can't you eat normally?" Then an hour later, all 3 of us had stomach aches, so we called them. We asked if there was something wrong, and the woman responded, "I'm not the doctor, don't call me, it can't even happen after an hour." Well, that's actually possible, and then she said, "Bye, bye, and then she hung up. Truly unprofessional behavior. They really aren't fit to work in a company."

I placed a large order for 8 people, only to never receive it in its entirety. I've called them maybe 10 times and they're not answering. Ridiculous!!!!!

The food here is always good, but ordering at 5:00 PM and having it delivered at 6:25 PM is not the way it should be. I won't be ordering from here again. No apologies, no reason given.

Very pricey for a simple order; communication with the owner was very poor. The food itself was okay.

Ordered two Turkish pizzas, delivered after 1.5 hours without sauce. Wrong drinks delivered, and they didn't pick up the order. Terrible restaurant!

Ordered 4 kapsalons, 2 chicken and 2 veal, sauce seems to have evaporated, meat taste is old, never had such a dirty kapsalon, last time I get food here.

I ordered one lamb and one chicken kapsalon. The chicken Kapsalon was kindly labeled as chicken on the wrapping paper, making it easy to identify. The taste is very delicious. The front parking lot tends to get crowded, but it's fairly empty before 12:00.

Nice and clean place. Meat is really tasty.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced my lahmacun with mashed potatoes instead of minced meat. Flashing on another level to save. I'd like to donate some minced meat next time.

I was cheerfully welcomed by a beautiful lady behind the bar. She promised to make the sandwich extra tasty for me. She wasn't kidding, because the sandwich was very tasty.

I had chicken kapsalon here today with my father and brothers and it was delicious. They are NOT stingy with the sauces and give you a whole bottle of garlic sauce and sambal. They also have no problem leaving things out of your dish, such as tomatoes and cucumbers. I definitely recommend eating here.

If you want an employee's hair in your food, you should order here. You can easily fish them out from between your bowl of doner meat. Baaaaahh, never here again.

Italian pizza was okay but Turkish pizza was bad, not well cooked and loosely wrapped. And spilled the sauce from the pizza at home

We had brodje met falafel, it was very tasty, they brought the sauce, the bun was crispy, toasted

You order food and you don't even get half of it and you don't even get the extras you add, which is a bad thing! If you call them afterwards, they don't answer either!

Had dinner yesterday afternoon at donnerhouse Alexander. My son and I both threw up that evening/night and are critically ill. Probably due to food poisoning. ± Quality and service super bad. Waited 40 minutes for my food, chicken doner was served cold. Never again!

Got a falafel wrap with mold! Employee didn't say a word! Didn't even get an apology or money back! Never again

Here you can have a very juicy Turkish Piza and nice cup of coffee for a reasonable price. Service is top- especially the Sudanese service chap can delight you!

Winkel erg netjes en verschoond, aardig personeel en de Döner was erg lekker. Goed doorgebakken patat en veel vlees. Aan de prijzige kant maar wel waard. Ik geef het een 4,5 goede aanrader ga er zeker nog vaker eten De has om de hoek heeft de zelfde prijs klasse maar is lang niet zo lekker

Kapsalon besteld, ging wat stroefjes, uiteindelijk ontvangen. De kapsalon smaakt goed, niet bijzonder, persoonlijk te veel knoflooksaus. Prijs is niet anders dan elders.

Ik zie veel negatieve reviews wat mij verbaasd want voor ons wat het tegenovergestelde. Bezorger was op tijd en erg aardig naar mijn niet nederlands sprekende partner. Er was veel eten zeker voor de prijs die je betaald. Door heel de kapsalon goed warm en de patatjes waren niet slap. Oprecht een top keuze vanavond! Wij gaan vaker bestellen

Op een woensdagavond een simpele bestelling geplaatst ( 1x it pizza en x turkse pizza). Eerste 50 min rustig gewacht. Geen nieuws. Vervolgens gebeld waar blijft het? 'we gaan er nu mee aan de slag want u bent nu aan de beurt'. 35 minuten later kwam het aan. In totaal bijna 1.30 uur. Italiaanse Pizza was niet smakelijk helaas. Randen hard, smaakloos. Ik denk dat het een pan pizza was. Overgoten in goedkope kaas. Turkse pizza was vooral best wel taai. Had wel wat langer in de oven genoeg De 2e ster = omdat het eten wel warm was. Jammer. Daar eten hebben wij meestal wel iets beter ervaren.

de eerste ervaring was niet best , maar de eigenaar belde er direct achteraan en lost het keurig op , dat heeft mijn vertrouwen .

A real discovery! Their kapsalon is excellent and their nuggets are made with real chicken breast and like no other that chops up leftover chicken. Very pleasant staff and very quick preparation. For me a faultless. I really recommend. Une vraie découverte ! Leur kapsalon sont excellent et leurs nuggets sont fait avec du vrai blanc de poulet et pas comme les autres qui hache des restes de poulet. Personnel très agréable et préparation très rapide. Pour moi un sans faute. Je recommande vraiment.
