The Phở broth is so good, and this is coming from a Vietnamese person.

So far, we've always had an excellent meal. Tonight, we were first ignored, then treated unfriendly. Ultimately, we had to wait so long (our tablemates had already finished) that we asked for our money back and ordered from the neighbor. Absolutely subpar!

At Viet Yam in the Foodhallen Rotterdam, the food was okay, but nothing special. The spring rolls and pho were fine, but really expensive, which is typical for the Foodhallen. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our food, which diminished the experience. Nice atmosphere, but not a highlight.

Made to order place, My pho was generous and loaded with meatballs and noodles. The Mrs had chicken spring rolls that were very tasty. There were a lot of locals in the court.

The Food Halls. Nice concept, there is a wide choice of eateries. At VietYam we had to wait a long time for our food and when I asked after 25 minutes it turned out that it was already ready, but we didn't get a notification. The lady behind the counter was busy talking on the phone and made no attempt to serve us food. I couldn't hear what she was saying to me because of the blasting music. I still got our food. When I went looking for napkins a little later, I was completely ignored by the same lady. The food was good but the way we were served was not. Shame. And as mentioned, the music blasts way too loudly from the speakers, I have no idea why that is necessary.

Nice place, friendly employee. The goicuon had too much lettuce, too coarsely filled, not tasty and not rolled well. When picking up both rolls tore open making it impossible to eat. Meh...

A bit overpriced for what you get. The pho soup tastes very strongly of MSG.

One of the few places open in the neighborhood on a Sunday. The food is a bit bland, but it gets better with the chili sauce.

After the Liberation Festival, we quickly picked up a spring roll before heading home. There were no customers ahead of us. Unfortunately, we had to wait 30 minutes. When I was startled by the dark brown sauce, I asked if the food was gluten-free. The man behind the bar nervously pointed out the diet list and asked, "Do you see gluten anywhere?" I said, "Sorry, I'm just asking to be sure because I know my girlfriend would be in bed for an hour otherwise." The spring rolls tasted great, by the way!

Do you love incredibly fresh Vietnamese snacks and dishes? Then Viet Yam is the place to be! Delicious, made to order, beautifully presented. Super friendly service.

Unfortunately the rice rolls weren't really good. Kind of boring and tofu would be much better instead of eggs. The sauce wasn't tasty either. Also too expensive.

Friendly service, good spring rolls, a long wait, but this is made less bad because you can sit down comfortably

Unfriendly service. When I greeted the employee, he continued writing on his piece of paper and I was asked in a completely unfriendly manner, without making eye contact: 'ya what's your order?' Unfortunately, I was so perplexed that I couldn't ask why this person was doing his job when it was obvious brings so little fun. I guess you don't have to rely on 'annoying' tourists. The food, on the other hand, was really tasty, and I can give it an absolute recommendation

Nice succulent Vietnamese meal. I see that you know your Pho well. The food hall has their own DJ set. Chill music.

13:43 en wederom vrijwel alles uitverkocht, helaas niet de eerste keer. Personeel ook niet vriendelijk en zien “het probleem” niet in.

Really good food, so good I came back 2 nights in a row. Foodhallen offers lots of choice. Highly recommended

Om medische reden eet ik glutenvrij. De rijstbowl kon dan zonder problemen. Bij navraag of ze dit zeker wist werd ik ongeveer uitgelachen want ja, rijst is toch glutenvrij. Ja, dat hoef je mij niet te vertellen, maar what about de sausjes en toppings? Nee, dat was geen probleem. Fijn! Na lang wachten was de rijstbowl klaar, waar tot mijn verbazing een handvol gedroogde uien op zat, MET GLUTEN. Ik word daar hartstikke ziek van, dus moest het opnieuw gemaakt. Nou, toen kreeg ik alleen rijst met sla, komkommer en een gebakken ei. Wel glutenvrij, maar heel treurig en totaal onnodig. 2 sterren voor de moeite.

The umami-filled, depth in flavor of the pho broth was pleasantly surprising. Order the Pho Dac Biet, with a nice combination of beef cuts, fresh herbs and rice noodles boiled upon order, to perfection. Having come from California, I found the food to be comparable, if not on the same level of what you would find in Vietnam. Bravo! ** stick to the pho, however, as the bun noodle (with chicken) was underwhelming and tasted mostly of boiled noodles.

De service duurde erg lang. Pas na ruim een half uur was de order klaar. Het leek niet alsof de medewerker het erg druk had, want ze was nog even rustig aan het babbelen met een bekende. Ik had een pho dac biet besteld voor de lunch. Het gerecht bestaat een soep met noodles met daaroverheen plakjes rundvlees en beefballs. Voor 15,50 vond ik het ook wel vrij prijzig. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk, het was wel lekker.

Located in the Rotterdam Food Hall this wonderful Vietnamese stall serves excellent and authentic Vietnamese fare. Excellent service, reasonably priced and scrumptious food. Highly recommended

Love the pulled beef pho here !!! Absolutely recommended...

De bun geprobeerd. Niet slecht, maar ook zeker niet één van de betere. De vissaus was iets slap en de sla-blaadjes ongesneden en dus onpraktisch groot. We misten de koriander.

The food is very tasty, even though the beef in my Pho Dac Biet was quite chewy (especially hard to understand in case of slow cooked beef). Only 2/5 since I waited for my meal for exactly 30 minutes from the moment I placed the order, which is hardly acceptable for a venue with ‘streetfood’ in its name. The place was not very busy, so that is not an explanation. Observing the staff anxiously for over 20 minutes gave me the impression that they could be more dedicated and work more efficiently

Nice food, taste was authentic. Quite pricy though especially comparing to their Indonesian neighbours.

1 uur en 15 minuten rijden voor de foodhallen in Rotterdam en dan bij deze tent beginnen was het beste idee van deze middag. Wij hebben de share platter genomen met 6 lekkere hapjes per persoon. Kwaliteit is ongelofelijk. Bediening is super aardig! Kortom. Tering lekker.

Wat een lust voor de smaak papillen geweldig top 🔝 personeel de loempias zijn zo vol van smaak heerlijk ga er eten 🍴

Super lekker gegeten zojuist! De lekkerste mini loempia sinds tijden en had hiernaast een broodje (pamh mi), deze was goed gevuld en had het nooit eerder op. Blij verrast en er komt zeker nog een bezoek in de toekomst.
