Formerly a regular customer at Double FF. Has gone downhill badly since the takeover/name change. A mistake once or twice, that can happen, but now it's really over. Good luck. I'll order somewhere else from now on.

That's a real shame, JP. We used to always get fresh, tasty fries, but the last few times have been terrible. The fries are hard on the outside and bone dry on the inside, with small scraps left over. They don't taste like anything anymore. For that price, you expect better. Now it's like ordering = throwing it away. Something really needs to change regarding the quality, because you lose customers this way. I hope you take this up.

Inconsistent with what they deliver. The fries are never the same, sometimes overcooked, often too soggy. Portion sizes also vary every time. Gave it a chance several times, but no, not again. The rolls sometimes look good, but for the second time now I’ve experienced the bread being completely dried out, as if it had been sitting over a heater for hours... and you serve that? Inside, it looks like a squat too. Unfortunately, I am disappointed.

Visited here again after a while. And I have to say that the man we spoke to last time has certainly gotten to work on it. Top notch. The food was already good, and now the rest is neat too.

It took more than 2 hours to get my food after ordering. The fries were soggy and cold and didn't have enough salt. I think the pizza speaks for itself. The people I spoke to on the phone were friendly, though, so that's why 2 stars instead of 1.

You have to wait 2 hours for your food

Placed an order at 11 am and it didn't arrive until 1 pm – cold and inedible! After calling three times, they lied that the delivery driver was already on the way, and in the end, we had to wait another 2 hours! Bad service, bad food, it's not worth the money, and the receipt still says delivery at a quarter to 12 – lies!

Order never arrived. Initially, the expected delivery time was between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. Then it said "in transit" / "will be delivered." Order never arrived! The company is impossible to reach by phone. This is the first and last time I've ordered from here. I hope you enjoy my purchase. Best regards!

Extremely poor service. No customer service whatsoever.

The fries and raspatat were cold and limp. Inedible, and the frikandel and croquettes were also lukewarm. Never experienced this before. Snackhuis, what's going wrong here?

I placed my order for delivery at 18:50 and waited and waited. An hour and a half went by and nothing was delivered so I called the place just for them to tell me they have not even started to make my order yet! It has been almost 2 hours now and I still haven't gotten anything. The people on the phone were also extremely rude when I asked why it was taking so long. Terrible service and I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The food was still hot and everything was complete. The bitterballs and hot wings were excellent, although the hot wings weren't very spicy. I'm very glad I ordered from there.

The food and price are good. The portion of fries is a bit small, but that's just what you're used to. The atmosphere isn't exactly cozy.

They have good products at a normal price. Quality has improved significantly compared to over 5 years ago. The best quality is achieved by eating immediately or picking up and eating within 10 minutes. Then the fries are warm and crispy.

You wouldn't expect much from a snack bar where the menu is as long as the Bible, but these guys deliver every time!

The one time I got takeout here, we received one wrong sauce and one snack short. Every evening, there are incredibly noisy boys sitting in front of the cafeteria screaming, or standing rudely on the bike path doing nothing or playing football. Purely because of the continuous noise nuisance, I will never get anything here again.

Ordered delivery in Haren. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The fries were soggy and practically inedible. The croquette and frikandel were tasty, though, and the double hamburger was fine, but nothing special. Paid over €36 for a simple snack meal, which makes the overall experience quite mediocre. The price-quality ratio could really be better.

The staff here are always more than friendly and work in a neat and hygienic manner.

Not normal disgusting both the food and the place itself a bear bite with mold was really the last straw. I would not recommend eating here or ordering food because it is really super disgusting.

The food was cold when it arrived. The time it took for the delivery person to arrive was 15 minutes, but everything was still at room temperature. The taste of the pizza was very bad, so bad that my microwave can make even better pizza. The “cold” redbull was warm. Overall very poor so a shame about the money.

We hebben nog nooit zo'n slechte cafetaria gekozen dit bedrijf is belabberd qua eten en bezorging. Bezorging heeft ruim een uur geduurd terwijl het 5 minuutjes fietsen is en al het eten was koud en slap. Inpakken kunnen ze daar ook niet inpakken. Snacks doe je bovenop de patat niet eronder zodat alles tegenelkaar aan gedrukt zit maar dat begrijpen ze daar niet

Tastiest burger I've ever eaten! Super fresh ingredients, fresh well-seasoned burger and a nice soft bun. On the pricey side for a burger, but after you take the first bite you will understand why: it is really a restaurant-worthy burger. Delivery person was also friendly and they are always on time!

Delicious cheeseburger ordered via home delivery. A bit on the expensive side for fast food, but you really get value for your money. A mega burger with lots of fresh ingredients. Crispy lettuce and onion and plenty of sauce. Not very hot anymore when it was delivered. Delivered exactly on time. I will definitely order here more often.

What a ridiculous minimum order amount! They use a minimum amount of € 34.95 (excl. delivery), so ordering around 40 euros is nice, if you want to order for 1 person, you won't get the amount right! you just have to add things unnecessarily just for that order amount xD this is really not possible anymore guys, come on!

Ordered yesterday and now food poisoning..

Vreselijke tent, onbeschoft personeel dat loopt te vapen in de keuken. Ook hele ranzige buitenlandse man achter de balie met vieze vlekken op zijn zwarte Adidas shirt met zijn vettige zwarte kuif. Het eten daarin tegen was ook een ramp. Vieze doorbakken patat waarvan je het frituurvet druipend er van af kan zien vallen. Ik raad iedereen zeer af hier te eten.

We had to wait 2.5 hours for our order tonight only to find out that 2 parts were missing. Furthermore, it tasted as if the fries had spent an entire afternoon in the delivery bag. This is the last time we order something here. Bad tent.

Food was tasty, wide choice, also vegan mayonnaise, which is a big plus. As a small minus, we ordered and paid online (great that that is possible) but ultimately had to wait almost 15 minutes in the store itself. For the rest fine!

Company leaves no stone unturned when it comes to poorly delivered milkshakes... water... unreachable, called for days in a row. Phone wouldn't work. Last week the owner finally got on the phone, we could just drop by, I didn't have to leave a name or phone number. Today I tried to pick up the promised milkshakes. The only thing I was told... receipt, receipt, receipt... Employees appeared not to be aware of the agreement. Bad communication. I was laughed to my face by staff, very unprofessional. What a drama/ Waardeloos bedrijf ; Ordered food at 12.00 . but at the website appeared we open at 16.00... So I cancelled by phone (the only possible way) the order. Surprise the food arrived at 13.00 ... COLD and off course I have double food now because ordered also at another shop. In Nederlands gezegd , mijn advies is negatief.

We have been ordering from Double FF for almost 2 years. Always fast delivery, a free drink, good food and they always resolve errors (sporadically) quickly!

Rude and €4.00 more expensive than competition

Waited 1.5 hours for food. Arrived cold, without the herbs we had ordered and paid for. Contacted, they said "it will be here soon" hours later there was still nothing.

I understand that life can be expensive, but 1.25 for a bowl of sauce is really expensive.. with a small mayo fries you then pay 3.50 euros for it.. I remember the time when that was different and how I miss them time...

We ordered food via home delivery. We order from you more often. This time the food was not good. Lots of salt on fries, frikandel not tasty. Half chicken, half undercooked and very dry. Rasfries not warm. Not everything came with it either, followed by a voicemail call. Then delivered. That XXL frikandel was good.

Pancake the bacon was undercooked Toasti was fluffed up... and so incredibly tough! Satay without satay sauce.... cold and weak fries with a lot of thin satay sauce... and then you call politely because you simply cannot eat all your food and they say closely, we have set the timer and it is perfect if you If you call this perfect, I would absolutely not order from here! Broodje doner besteld en een kapsalon, echter zat er tussen het broodje stukjes rauwe kip, hier werd echt laconiek op gereageerd met de mededeling het is toch warm uiteindelijk een nieuwe gekregen. Echter het personeel weet van toet en blazen gaan met je in discussie super slecht. Verder zeer rommelig binnen personeel niet in bedrijfskleding echter vieze verschillende vrije tijds kleding vieze tafels en vies toiletten kom hier nooit meer,

Gratis parkeergelegenheid bij een klein winkelcentrum. Echt super aardig personeel. Echt heel veel verschillende keuzes in diverse gerechten. Heerlijke patatjes. Kapsalon is met doner, ook.echt lekker.

Eten besteld bij double FF, was iets mis gegaan bij het bezorgen. Maar perfect opgelost door de jongens bij de cafetaria. Klasse!

Erg lekker heb er van genoten zeker nog een keer waard om te eten!

De patat was echt top. Vaak bij andere tokos is het slof en slap. Bij Double f is het echt lekker krokant. De snacks en hamburgers waren ook echt top. Een van de betere cafetaria's in Groningen

Goeie tent, veel keus, goeie friet en lekkere shakes!

Goed eten, 1 van m'n favoriete plekken om te komen. Uitgebreid menu en super lieve mensen! Alleen tijden kloppen niet, aanrader om op de website kijken!

Verdomd lekkere kippetjes. Soepele service. We blijven braaf bestellen.

Voor 6 personen besteld, waren maar met 4 man. Frikadellen zijn opgekomen, maar nog kilootje patat over. Gebeld met personeel om te checken of ze per ongeluk te veel hadden gebakken, maar dit was niet het geval. In tijden niet zo hard gelachen aan de telefoon, dus zou het zeker aanraden. Zeker voor de grote eters. Als je het niet op krijgt “kan je het morgen op een broodje op eten”. 5 sterren meer dan waard maar helaas 4 sterren moeten geven omdat ze het wachtwoord aan de deur niet wisten.

Heel erg lekker gegeten. Patat oorlog en berehep pinda waar top. Personeel ook vriendelijk. Ik kom hier zeker weer.
