Small problem with the shawarma roll and fries, but easily resolved with the manager, after which a friendly delivery person came to bring it over!

In the last 3 months, I have stood in front of a closed door 4 times. Their online opening hours are completely inaccurate. Even at the moment of writing this review, they are listed as "Open" online, but I am literally standing in front of their closed door. It is a real shame, because their fries, burgers, and snacks are normally very good.

I literally always stand in front of a closed door here. I stood on the doorstep at 7:30 PM today (Saturday) and was told they were closing. According to the internet, they are open until 9:30 PM, and the front door says until 8:00 PM. Certainly not the first time, so I think they should come up with their own working/opening hours here.

I come here regularly to get a sandwich during my lunch break! Always tasty and never takes too long! The staff is also very friendly.

The snack bar is closed due to the holidays. It is a real shame that the adjusted opening hours are not listed here either. This is something some snack bars closed for the holidays do, so you don't find yourself standing in front of a closed door.

The chicken burger was fine, the fries were okay. But they are literally almost never open, or they close much earlier than indicated.

The manager lashed out (unjustifiably) at his staff, creating an unpleasant atmosphere.

My son did a trial run a few times. Pretty quickly, he came to the conclusion that he didn't want to continue working at Kwalitaria. He was supposed to send my son an email regarding the settlement of the wages. Didn't receive it. Asked again. Eventually, he said he would pay on the 15th. A week later, it still hasn't happened. You can't get hold of him. Maneges Leon is a hero. 🤬🤬🤬

The delivery person was a bit weird, but otherwise the food was fine.

Very often closed during opening hours. An XXL special frikadel and plain fries was €9. I got home and they hadn't cut the frikadel open 😒 And they added a meager little bowl of special sauce with barely any onion in it. They are also open/closed at the strangest times.

Open until 21:30. I went there for a delicious bami disc just before 21:00, and the place was closed. Adjust your opening hours if you don't respect them. So now I came for nothing, no note, nothing.

The food is fine here, but while waiting, the manager/owner was so mean to his staff. What an unpleasant and hostile atmosphere there is here! The staff, by the way, did a really good job. Despite the fine food, I will never come here again because of this man's actions.

I ordered one frikandel speciaal but received the sauce separately in a small bowl? When I inquired, I was told that it is impossible to put the sauce on the frikandel during peak hours. It was 1:00 PM with only two customers in the restaurant. Are you kidding me? Otherwise, the food is quite good.

This was the first and last time I have been here. I was shocked by how the manager treated the staff; what a rude man! He constantly belittled his staff; he didn't care if there were customers present (he shouldn't do that even without customers, of course). The things he spouted really got on my nerves. Because he constantly yelled at his staff, they became very nervous, which led to mistakes, and then he went around asking everyone who had made the mistake. He even put his staff down in front of a customer; it was disgusting to see and hear. I don't understand how the staff can put up with a manager like that for more than a day.

I was enjoying my chicken satay sandwich until I suddenly saw a hair coming out of my sandwich.

Bad place. Rude owner; if you just ask for something, he curses at you. Very small portions.

Deliver mean ginger last Saturday

The food was bad, the staff was grumpy, and it was expensive. I will never go there again. I ordered and the delivery drivers forgot half of it. I called the place later and the boss was unnecessarily grumpy on the phone.

I ordered here recently. The delivery arrived way too late. The food was cold, so I wanted to call the place. I got the angry owner on the line. And he said that wasn't right. So I received very poor service. And next time I will order from a different cafeteria.

Really dirty fries, you can see and taste that they went through the dirty oil multiple times. And the Mexicano was very dry on the sides, so also deep-fried multiple times or left in the open air for a few days. It was the first time ordering and also the last.

Hard to reach and quite often incorrect or incomplete orders

Call around 7:30 to ask if they're open. They say yes, of course. You can still order for 45 minutes. If you're busy, it won't work. If you call at 7:50, they've decided to close early. Good service, especially if you've just contacted a customer to order and then they close early.

Haven't had a burger at a well-known burger shop in a long time. Finally, I had a delicious, freshly made burger again. The Bull, in this case. I'm looking forward to trying the others too 😎👍

"The bikes have to go outside first. The lady has to wait a moment." That's how I was greeted...not very customer-friendly. Even though they open at 11:30. Otherwise, it's a great place, and it's more comfortable than a regular snack bar.

I ordered fries with grilled chicken and vegetables—nothing complicated, you might think. The order arrived right on time, so I thought: well, this is off to a good start! But when I opened the food... raw fries and raw vegetables. Apparently, "grilled" is now just a synonym for "just out of the fridge." Of course, I tried to get a refund through the app, which was naive of me, apparently, because there was no response at all. Great customer service! You don't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant for fast food, but you do expect something edible. The dish was simple, the price wasn't low, so why is it so difficult to fry fries properly? A waste of money and a waste of my appetite. Maybe it's time to replace the management or at least put people in the kitchen who know how a deep fryer works. Or, even better: if you can't handle the crowds, don't promote yourself as if you can. Nobody likes false promises, especially not on an empty stomach.

The food is good and they are quick, average quality, a bit of everything is frozen and you can also see it in the window, I happen to stop every now and then, but especially in the summer, in winter I happened to eat, but the place is a bit cold, it's fine for a quick and good meal.

I often eat here, the products are super fresh and delicious. The staff is also great; they neatly bring your food to your table on a plate, not in a plain container. I also really like that there are different dishes and products to try every season. I often order a set menu, either a burger menu or a satay menu, because then it comes on a nice board with a fresh, delicious salad, crispy fries, and a nice piece of tender chicken satay or a generously topped burger. They also have a wide selection of packaged ice creams. The wait time isn't very long; of course, you have to wait a bit because it has to be properly prepared, but I certainly don't find it excessive. When I see all the receipts hanging up, I sometimes wonder how my order is still so fast, but that's probably due to efficiency. The staff is all really friendly. You can tell who's in charge, but the atmosphere isn't noticeable. Everyone works hard and you hear them laughing a lot, but the pace definitely stays high. Definitely recommended to eat here or to order food!

1 star because 0 is impossible. The manager is incredibly rude and doesn't know his job. He dismisses all criticism/feedback. He threatens and intimidates staff. Kwalitaria, a complete idiot.

Despite the nearly empty tent, I waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. The egg ball was barely warm, and the fries were cheap, as is unfortunately the case with many Kwalitaria restaurants.

Another day away from home, we arrived in Groningen by train after our understimulating journey through Meppel. We'd seen all sorts of things here: churches, the forum, sex shops...? Ten thousand steps later, we felt a deep longing for the familiar chicken burger from Kwalitaria. Forty-five minutes later, with tired legs, we finally arrived. The warm chicken burgers with the mysterious sauce tasted just like they always do, just like the familiar chicken burgers in Amsterdam.

Lots of delicious fries sauce😋😋😋😋😋. The atmosphere would have been better if we hadn't been terrorized by a wasp 🐝 that had it in for our red onions 😡.

I am a regular customer who has had nothing to complain about until today. I accidentally entered the wrong address so I contacted the business to have my food sent to the correct address. I got on the phone with a grumpy manager who didn't want to listen, constantly interrupted me, complained about how busy the store was and then also yelled at the delivery person. The delivery person delivered my order quickly, so there is nothing to complain about. The food was on the lukewarm side, but not because the food came later, but purely because the fries and bami slices were not cooked properly. I'm guessing they don't fry it long enough due to being busy. With an unfriendly manager and poor quality food you drive your customers away, and that's a shame because in the past I only had good experiences. This is really disappointing.

We had to wait 20 minutes to order at the cash register. No apology was offered afterwards. Staff was very unfriendly and curt. They got the order wrong and when we asked, they shouted that we hadn't ordered that. I still had the receipt so I showed it. Then I still got what I ordered, but again without apologies. My girlfriend had a salad, which consisted of just lettuce and chicken. While the website stated that there would be much more in it. We don't often complain, but this was really annoying

Then you think, after more than 16 years in this world, you can have a decent snack for once. Nothing could be further from the truth. We walked in, my girlfriend was helped after 10 minutes. We then had to wait another 20 minutes before we could even order. Unfriendly staff, and an angry manager. Final score, waited a long time and had an unpleasant evening. Not recommended.

My son turned 6 today so we thought we would go to the quality shop! Once we arrived we had to wait half an hour to order. I am patient, unfortunately my son is not. Anyway. Once we were eating, I asked the manager if there were napkins for us. He then said: You can see that for yourself, right? I found this quite intense. My son also found an earring in his croquette. We just left because I didn't want to argue on his birthday. Disgusting.

I have now ordered 3 times, 2 times via home delivery, food is excellent, delivery is terrible, ordered 2 sandwiches today.. had to take the special one out of the bags last time. Now my egg salad.. ask why is it sour. That is why I said without sweet and sour cucumber but it is still sour. But good. I don't like the delivery if I could get it myself, I did that but because of difficulty walking I order.. but hope after 3 times that you tell the delivery person that we as a customer can unpack our sauce and salads neatly instead of such a dirty mess...the food is also great...

Ordered 2 menus and a milkshake. I unpack it and notice that 1 milkshake is already missing, so I call immediately, because maybe the delivery person still had it in his container. But no, it was just a mistake, oh well, it can happen. It was solved immediately and 1 is on its way. (Super friendly delivery person) I open my fries and I have the wrong ones. So I get a bit irritated because it is the 2nd mistake. So I call again and it seems like the floor manager answers and immediately reacts like a failed Austrian artist to his staff. It is everyone's fault except his. As soon as the light starts to go on for him that it might be his fault. He just says that I should send a photo and that I am trying to score a free fries. So he quickly tells me the email address where I should send a photo. And hangs up. So I found the email via the website and sent a photo with an email that he can give the fries to someone else because I will never order from here again. THEN I get a message via whatapp that I lied and that I am banned from his flawless qualitaria. Phew...

So far the best quality I have had in years. Very nice owner, very neat and social. Highly recommended

Actually quite a nice snack bar. Kwalitaria is often experimenting with snacks, and these often include tasty creations. What is also nice about this Kwalitaria are the employees, very nice and above all cheerful. The only downside of Kwalitaria Beren are the opening hours. There are never any opening hours listed on Google, and sometimes the snack bar suddenly closes spontaneously for a few weeks, only to reopen again. Too bad, because the potential for a good snack bar is certainly there.

A measly expensive hamburger. The bun is too big for the burger and the burger is too small. The quality of the burger was good for a cafeteria. As if there were no customers; "You can work with a hangover, but don't come to work drunk," the manager told the staff.

Nu meer dan twee uur geleden besteld. Als excuus krijgen wij ‘het is voetbal vanavond’. Volgens mij was al vanaf 2010 bekend dat het wk momenteel zou zijn. Wij zitten hier nu met 12 hongerige bronstige kerels, dat is geen pretje Kwalitaria de Beren!

Met z'n 10en besteld voor een lekker avondje snacken. Meer dan anderhalf uur later nog steeds geen eten. Na bellen werd ons verteld dat het erg druk was. Maar patat van de vriezer naar de frituur verplaatsen kan geen 2 uur duren. Zwaar teleurgesteld op een houtje zitten bijten met een aantal hongerige kerels. Voortaan gewoon weer naar de plaatselijke Turk, jammer!!

Ik dacht dat mijn vrouw kon zeuren. maar als je hier besteld is het helemaal verschrikkelijk. 3 uur wachten!!!

De laatste tijd nogal teleurstellend. De vegaburger was verbrand en op het broodje zat een sneue dot saus. De 'vegetarische' frikandel was absoluut niet vegetarisch. Weggegooid geld, verspild voedsel. Deze cafetaria zit het dichtst bij ons, maar in het vervolg fietsen we toch maar een stukje verder voor kwaliteit.

Lang gewacht en koud eten. Hierna een nieuwe warme bestelling aangeboden gekregen met een drankje. Erg vriendelijk behandeld

Drie keer besteld. Drie keer niet goed gegaan. Eerste keer afgehaald. Na tien minuten wachten de bestelling meegekregen. Mistte er een hele maaltijd, welke netjes nog na 10 minutes werd bezorgd. Kan gebeuren. Tweede keer wederom afgehaald. Nu 30 minuten moeten wachten terwijl ik meer dan een uur van te voren had besteld en een tijd had aangegeven. De verkeerde friet gemaakt. In plaats van ras patat, kregen we normale patat. Voor nu ook geaccepteerd. Vanwege het langere wachten een keer laten bezorgen. Twee uur gewacht op het bezorgen. Na een uur gebeld en het zou eraan komen. Toen we het kregen was alles koud. Daarnaast ook verkeerd en de bestelling incompleet. In totaal kan ik niet anders concluderen dat vooral de service slecht is. Jammer vanwege de goede kwaliteit van de producten

De chickenstrips zijn hier heerlijk samen met een bakje bbq-saus!

I have been here multiple times and I just really like their snacks. They have so many options to choose from. I usually just order when im there and then I just either head to the Jumbo or Kruidvat in the mean time. A bit of multitasking haha. Usually when I get back the food is done. The staff are really nice people as well! I think since someone new took over, the atmosphere has changed.

Hier vandaag eten gehaald en dit is een prima tent, alles ziet er goed verzorgd uit.Personeel is helemaal okee alle aanwezige die werkte waren vriendelijk en hebben humor en bakken daarnaast ook nog eens heerlijke friet. Bij het weggaan en meenemen van de besteling kregen wij wederom onze al opgedronken milkshakes mee...foutje van de zaak...deze waren van hun...kijk dit is nou vakwerk...dus eten goed service goed...en personeel TOP

De kwalitaria was een bijzondere ervaring. We hadden online besteld en moesten nog ongeveer 10 minuutjes langer wachten op onze bestelling, geen probleem. Tot onze verbazing stond het zakje met onze bestelling blijkbaar al even klaar en hadden we 10 minuten gewacht op een bestelling die al klaar was, helemaal top. Het leukste kwam toen we de tas openmaakten, aan eten was zeker geen gebrek, ondanks dat mijn burger twee onderkanten van een bolletje bevatte, was deze best heel lekker. Er miste een kroket en een salade, maar ja, wie eet de salade nou echt?? Het was dus niet top, maar zeker ook geen slechte ervaring bestel hier vooral als je veel eten wilt of een verassingsmenu.

Sinds de kwalitaria vernieuwd is, is het zeker beter geworden. Vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en een fijne ambiance. Een prettige plek om even gezamenlijk een hapje te eten.

Prima snackbar. Niet de goedkoopste in de buurt, maar de prijs kwaliteitverhouding is vopr mij prima. Heb je trek en ben je in de buurt? Gewoon even omlopen langs deze tent.

Ontzettend goede en lekkere tent met vriendelijk personeel. Eet er al maanden en elke keer weer met veel plezier. Eten wordt vers bereid en ondanks alle drukte die er altijd is zorgen ze dat het eten warm en snel genoeg er is waardoor je goed kan eten. Hele dikke aanrader!!
