Dunkin Donuts in Halfweg

When we arrived, the woman behind the counter suddenly started cleaning, somewhat cowardly, to actively ignore us. After a short wait, we decided to actively approach her and ask if we wanted to order. This wasn't possible, and we were told disinterestedly that we had to order via the kiosk. €7.50 for two very basic donuts. Next time, we'll just walk on.

Delicious donuts. It's annoying to be almost ignored as a customer while you are the only customer.... A smile costs nothing and makes it so much more pleasant.

Ordered 2x coffee and 2x donut. 1 coffee was almost just milk and barely any coffee, the other was ordered with vanilla syrup but we got caramel. 1 of the 2 donuts was delivered slightly different than ordered. We only found this out later... unfortunately incompetent employees and given the prices are ridiculously expensive, you can expect that the least they can do is give the right thing.

I clean Dunkin'. If you're doing a bit of shopping at the outlets, it's a good pitstop.

Intended for Take Away. You can only order digitally. Which makes the atmosphere quite impersonal.

Disappointed there were no Boston Kremes when we were there. Donuts we chose were hit or miss. Service could definitely improve

Paid more than 12 euros for 3 cups of ice cubes. Bubble tea, lemonade and ice tea. Minimal soft drinks, as mentioned you get 3/4 of ice cubes in your cup. So the bigger your cup, the more ice. If you then complain about it, you will be told that the staff adheres to instructions on how to put together the product, so the staff cannot do anything about it, it comes from higher up. The lady offered what she could do, but I won't go to dunkin' anymore.

Very friendly lady behind the cash register! They also participate in Too Good To Go, highly recommended! However, the address stated in the TGTG app is incorrect (Sugar City Ring 1). Google maps takes you in a completely different direction. Correct is Sugar City Plaza.

Delicious donuts but ridiculously expensive: €4 per donut. You cannot order from the person behind the counter, but you must order from the electronic ordering post. You can't sit at a table to eat your donut, so I think that's a shame, impersonal and unpleasant. But those donuts are tasty.

Wij kwamen aan op een rustig moment. Bestellen ging via de monitor dat is opzich prima. Bij binnenkomst zei ik gedag alleen kon het blijkbaar niet terug gezegd worden. Beetje jammer. Donuts waren wel heerlijk en de twee cappuccino ook, helemaal naar eigen smaak gemaakt. Blij mee. Ondanks de wat mindere service zal ik blijven komen.

Goede donuts missen wel de kassa service.....

Small Dunkin Donuts store is a quiet outlet centre near Amsterdam. The store itself is clean and bright. You'll have to place your orders through a screen with payment terminal so you have not much interaction with staff which will lead to a lower service level. However this is how the majority of the stores will do business in the future. The donuts are from very good quality.

Een hele aangename ervaring. De medewerkster stond alleen en moest een aantal bestellingen achter elkaar maken. Ze was vrij snel en vriendelijk. Tussendoor maakte ze steeds een kort en leuk babbeltje met de klanten. De koffie was beter dan die van Starbucks en de donuts waren overheerlijk Het enige minpunt is de prijs!

Niet vriendelijk, en erg onpersoonlijk door het bestel scherm: was de enige in de winkel... Maar helpen ho maar, nee dat moet je daar doen. Erg duur en zo lekker vind ik ze geneens

Ik vind het erg handig dat er een bestelpaal is. Dan kan je rustig kijken wat je wilt hebben. Vriendelijke jongeman achter de toonbank erg behulpzaam. Een van mijn favoriete dunkin's om naar toe te gaan. Mooie locatie. Veel voorraad als je wat vroeger bent. Wordt snel verkocht. Vers en heerlijk. Je koffie kan je naar eigen smaak customizen.
