I spent 20 min waiting for a matcha iced latte, makes no sense

It takes along time for ordering.

Extremely unpleasant staff. They spoke very unclearly and didn't hear anything, repeating what I said five times. After asking which milk I could choose from, the cashier just sighed. Very unprofessional and unfriendly.

It took way too long before everything was finally entered correctly into the cash register system

The place gives good vibes Not the best coffee if I may say but it was good. Prices for the airport were VERY expensive for a STARBUCKS coffee .

Incredibly poor service. The cashier was unintelligible and nonchalant. I ordered three filter coffees (€3.15 per small cup) and then had to wait 20 minutes for them.

We celebrated our farewell and birthday here on October 22nd. Special thanks to the young English-speaking waiter for his hospitality and for helping us think of ways to celebrate together. SUPER 🍀🍀

Skip this coffee and take the one in the Albert Heijn right next to it. Bad and very expensive.

There are not enough coffee machines serving. You can wait in line for more than 30 minutes. The staff is nice, but management can’t plan good service.

Black coffee, absolutely undrinkable. It was more like brown water. There was absolutely no coffee flavor. It was also incredibly hot. No more Starbucks for me.

Sorry, Starbucks. Normally very satisfied. There was a sewer charge hanging in the queue, and the coffee was so hot that we got a burn. Too bad.

This Starbucks is located on the first floor of Schiphol Airport. It's a convenient place to take a break after arrival and before departure. There are regular tables and chairs on the aisle side, and a sofa corner at the back.

The Chocolate Chip cookies were cold, damp, little bit under cooked. 4 personal, 1 cliënt and still had to wait for my turn.

Normally, you get your drinks at Starbucks in five minutes. But here, the employees are just joking around, which is why we waited 25 minutes. There were only three customers there when we ordered. Not recommended if you're in a hurry. P.S. I did, of course, ask the employees how long it would take to process. But the joking around didn't change the fact that we had to wait so long.

First i asked for an iced mocha, i got a hot one and it wasn’t even mocha, then i asked them to make me another one and they did but it was also bad so just dont go to starbucks 🙏🏻

This was a royal disaster! This is the week of their opening apparently and we were making a line that took forever just to buy waters; but when we got to the register a very rude cashier told us that we were not able to buy waters because they were not selling any during this week. There was a lady at the beginning of the line who were gigivng instruction of everything but of course she forgot the main part which was to let us know that no drinks were being sold at that location. A complete disrespect of our time.

21/06/2025 @ 1805 hrs. I asked for a little extra Soya milk because my wife likes her tea milky. The disapproving look of distain from the young female was shocking. Made me wait her serving customers and finally then asked her senior team leader if we were allowed…… Description young female early 20s slim black lady. Zero customer care. No smile or it’s ok no problem let me help you?? We did spend nearly 20 euros with food too. It’s just power control and disrespect of a paying Starbucks customer. I work in the health sector & would never be so rude to my patients. Please someone have a word. Thank you

The food looked pretty incredible, really would’ve liked to spend our money. Unfortunately, not only did they not take payment through the Starbucks app (there was zero indication that this was the case anywhere while we stood in line for 10+ minutes), but the woman serving us was perhaps the rudest customer service agent I’ve experienced in a Starbucks. We received an efficient two eye rolls and heavy sigh in our 20-25 second encounter, and were essentially yelled at for attempting to pay with an app that… you know… is for the company that we’re attempting to spend our money at. So… that was disappointing. The fact they had multiple options for different dietary restrictions, a beautiful looking baked goods section, tons of seating… undid by a grumpy and/or rude employee. She even had a second staff member standing with her who also seemingly couldn’t believe we were trying to buy food and ask if it was possible to get a cup of water. Very silly.

Not Starbucks worty: Barrista was more occupied with chit chatting with his colleagues than being mindful of preparing a 5 EUR cappuccino. The coffee at Burger King is even prepared with more love and attention

I was not even in a hurry but getting a coffee took more than 20 min waiting. The operations are so inefficient in a such fast-paced location. 3 people serving 1 person definitely did not make it quicker or better. The staff seems chilled and pleasant but not bothered to offer a more organised service despite the massive line of passengers waiting in a queue.

Against my better judgement, I tried Starbucks again, the cappuccino is stuck in the 90s. The same goes for the carrot cake, very sweet.

It’s not Reserved, they don’t have reserved options, neither an average coffee. Poor quality.

€5 for a Flatwhite that they don't even know how to make. They heated the milk as if they were making soup. The place is all dirty and messy.

I love Starbucks pastries (Blueberry muffin, cinammon roll, carotte cake...). Expensive but always a good spot to wait for your flight at the airport.

It can be quite confusing when you're traveling and looking for your favorite coffee brand at different airports in various countries. I specifically told her I wanted a tall coffee with milk and sugar, yet I ended up with something I can't even describe—foamy milk and a bitter taste. Not impressed at all.

Some time ago I got 2 chai's and 2 sandwiches here, just before we boarded the plane. The sandwich was okay, not great, but if you're hungry and haven't had breakfast yet, it's okay. The chais here were delicious. Basically what we're used to from Starbucks. You can taste the chai flavor well. You can't really sit there because it's just super busy. In addition, it is very messy when collecting the drinks. You can hardly get through because people stay in front of the counter. But otherwise the only location where Starbucks chai is still good in the Netherlands.

They promote the pistachio latte, but it wasn't there, bad thing, but nice coffee!

Flat white gone, but cappuccino madness. When we politely asked the black-haired barista with a piercing for a new one, we got an absolutely disgusting reaction and instructions on how it should look like this, which in the end I accepted with a smile as a barista. You can see the planes, the cafe vabank and the staff don't know how to behave. The flat white was okay, but the cappuccino was a disaster. My worst Starbucks experience to date - due to the worst employee I have ever encountered. She worked near Terminal C15 on January 27th, 2025, had very curly hair, a pug shape and was rather tall. After making a cappuccino that was WAY too hot, she was unable to make another one that wasn't scorching hot. She smacks me with cold milk, which I didn't want because I didn't order a latte machhiato. After she finally made a new coffee after 10 minutes of discussion with her incredibly unfriendly manner, she laughed with her colleagues and deliberately made a small one, even though I ordered medium. When I asked her about it, she 'forgot' about it. I then gave her the choice of making me a third one in the size I originally ordered or paying me the difference. She finally smacked me of the café I had ordered and said that next time I should order a children's café. The employee's behavior was unbelievable, I've never experienced anything like that.

Lovely place lovely staff but medium cuppachino is half a cup of coffee in a medium sized cup. When i complained they said its the foam- and next time get a latte if you want more coffee. The prices are fixed and astronomic and then the sizes are a joke. A medium cup should be full of coffee.

Luego sin previo aviso a las 8. 45 pm nos dijeron groseramente que nos fuéramos ya que estaban cerrando. Ellos tomaron felizmente nuestro dinero y luego nos sacaron, no por favor, no gracias, “estamos cerrando así que debes irte”. No había otras zonas de estar disponibles, lo que dejó a muchas personas sin ningún lugar para sentarse, a pesar de que podrían haber permitido a todos permanecer sentados y simplemente cerrar el mostrador. Luego, cuando todos estaban fuera de la zona de estar, la misma señora grosera arrastró unas 10 sillas (gritando por el suelo sin preocuparse por ningún cliente sentado cerca) y las usó para crear una barrera para evitar que nadie usara la zona de estar. Extremadamente poco cortés, grosero y egoísta. No uses este Starbucks

Say what you want about Starbucks, but I just had the best Dirty Chai (Chai Latte with Espresso Shot) of my life here. And that comes from someone who often goes to small coffee shops to order data eleven, so it certainly means something. I was positively surprised! On top of that, the service was very friendly, even though the place was very busy.

The big boss of Starbucks would be amazed to see how this store is not at all in line with the spirit and directives of the group. I'm allergic to fish and shellfish and I swear I ate an egg sandwich that tasted like fish. I hope the brand takes care in making their products and does not have cross contamination. Otherwise everything is very good

The worst coffee I have had in a long time. Needed to throw this away. I would expect better from a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Latte tasted bitter, harsh and flat. Milks wasn't even foamed...

Terribly bad service! Slow/slow service! Nonchalant staff who like to chat with each other instead of fixing orders. Ordered hot chocolate made with coconut milk, it was hot water with a little coconut milk, tasted NOTHING. SEK 73! Asked about new hot chocolate without water was treated nonchalantly and badly! Had to leave without hot chocolate or money back!

12 euros for 2 weak containers of boiling hot ditch water in a paper cup. It doesn't smell or taste like coffee. You expect a decent cup of tasty coffee from such a well-known and famous coffee chain. Return the cups full without a refund!! The owner should be ashamed!!!

Unpleasant atmosphere. Very rude staff, luckily not to me. Mixing up orders and repeating the process of making a frappe several times. Staff shortages apparently lower the quality level. This is now the third time in a row that it has been bad and I will never go here again

That Starbucks is not cheap and certainly not at an airport, that is. However, 17.56 euros for 1 bottle of Vittel and 3 small sandwiches is a lot. Starbucks' new CEO can start by making prices reasonable.

Very friendly, English-speaking service - quick service. Drinks delicious as always. Only the tables could have been wiped down and the garbage cans emptied.

The coffee is typical Starbucks quality and reliable. I tried the chocolate cake, which was generously portioned but unfortunately very dry. Overall, it's still a more relaxing spot to hang out before a flight than the terminal areas. Just be sure to check the opening times, especially during summer months.

Pastries are super dry. When asked for an exchange the girl behind the cashier rolled her eye and acted as she would have been offended for the quality of starbucks food 🤦🏻‍♀️ Overall customer service 0 star. There was also a little mouse running around behind the tilt 😑

Service at this Starbuck franchise is awful. My wife was asked if she was Dutch. After which she had to wait while 5 to 6 customers after her were served. No reason was given. When my wife asked why she wasn't served, the person that told her to wait said she was waiting for a collegue. My wife asked why she couldn't be served in the 'non-Dutch' line. This annoyed Starbucks to such an extend that they (especially the person responsible for making the beverages) started talking about my wife being an enoying customer. As a regular customer at Starbucks, this is not what I am used to. Shame on you. (20th May 09.35 AM)

It's a shame the pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat) were not fresh, but old and dry. No cynamon or cacao to sprinkle the beverages either. No wonder Starbucks is not doing well.

Excellent service, truly the way Starbucks once started. You don't come across this much anymore. Very good milk foam and the barista made beautiful latte art too.

I had a lay over in Amsterdam. And the lady who took my order was so rude. She didnt even get my name for my order and didnt even gave me my receipt and my order took a long time. And the crews was just laughing when i have to follow up my order. Dont even deserved a star for the customer service. It was really bad. The company have to to something about the crews who are being rude to their customer.

Ridicules Im pretty sure staff doesnt know what ‘iced’ is I ordered iced coffee and they gave me just milk and shot with no ice If you dont have ice, you could let me know theres no ice and suggest the other option If you dont want to work, just dont please? And it wasnt even busy haha

Nonostante mi avessero sbagliato l’ordine la collega con gli occhiali alla cassa si è alterata perché c’è stato un problema di comunicazione… avevo chiesto un FRAPPUCCINO quindi freddo ma mi è stato consegnato un Cappuccino! Mi sono recata alla cassa per chiedere gentilmente di cambiare l’ordine e nel caso mettere la differenza di prezzo, ma la collega ha iniziato ad alterarsi dicendomi quale fosse il problema non specificando che io volessi un frappuccino anziché di un cappuccino!! Cordialità e gentilezza ci vuole per questo mestiere sennò fate altro!

D gates: Service was just non existing. Several employes just wandering around like they couldn’t care less eventhough the que were long, checking their mobile phones, a lot of private talk and insaaaane slow. Just wanted a toastie and a chocolate chip cookie. Asked if I wanted the light or Dark cookie. Answered the Dark a got the light. Shouldnt be that complicated to get two things right when working in such a slow pace…. Looked like the most boring job in the world…. And I have no idea why two of the employees sat in the eating area.. maybe a meeting? Would have made sense to stay in the back since customers could have avoided the shouting !!! back and forth to/with Blessing in the register. Not choosing Starbucks in that airport again.

The service and the waitresses in this Starbucks are Rude! They have no sens of customer services: they provided us with the wrong beverage and food (twice in one order) and when you kindly ask them to correct your order, they deny their mistake. We hated and do not recommend to come!

As a weary traveller already trapped in the hottest airport in the world, all I need was somewhere to grab a bite to eat, and a refreshing beverage. Unfortunately Starbucks did not fulfil these requirements. Once grappling with the singularly worst designed fridge in Europe, I managed to retrieve what I hoped to be a BLT worth the €7 price tag. Instead I bit into my sandwich to find a distinct lack of B, with an afterthought of LT. Please do not make the mistake of visiting. There is an entire wing of the airport full of cafes and packaged sandwich shops, offering a much wider range of sandwiches worth eating.

Ordered a flat white and macchiato and we get a double expresso and a machiatto. I have nicely asked to get some foamed milk but two of the staff refused saying that i did not ordered that. When asked for a receipt the girl on the counter she said she can’t look for it. There were 4 staff members and some of them looked like the shift managers. They did not bothered asking what happened or anything. Their attitude was rude towards a request that can be fulfilled in 30 seconds. I do not recommend this place as the staff behaviour is under standards. Also the coffe shop needs a bit of cleaning.

They got my order wrong. Had to wait 30 minutes to get it replaced. Loads of people came after me and managed to get their orders before I did. And to make it worse it was the most awful awful chai latte I have ever had in my life

One of the worst coffee I ever drank The roated the coffee so much that you smell it burning. Not recommend for visit. Visit another cafe to save some money and also better drinks

They forgot one of the drinks, the first caramel macchiato was sour, I told them and when they gave me a new one it was literally just a cup full of caramel, I couldn’t even finish it. VERY BAD SERVICE

The coffee on the picture was so beautiful with big big foam but completely different to the reality. It was just normal coffee with very small foam...

Unfortunately they were out of oat milk. Coffee was still good though. Ask them for a porcelain cup instead of a disposable coffee-to-go cup! Tbh, I don't understand why the staff doesn't ask customers whether they want to drink their coffee there and thus get a real cup. Giving out disposable cups seems to be standard procedure. So much waste could be saved!!
