This Starbucks branch has a unique location, you will just see it in front of you when yoy arrive at AMS airport, it is really nice, they have seating area, and if you wanna smoke, it's only few steps outside the tge door. The employees are nice, helpful, and serve you with a smile, moreover the service is very fast to prepare the order and give it to you.

Starbucks, Schiphol Airport Plaza Located next to the Burger King that had been the sole option here 20 years ago, it offers a delightful twist—cardamom powder, a rare find at most locations. We indulged in a poppy seed lemon cake, completely legal but, admittedly, a bit of a waistline risk. A sweet treat, indeed, with only one real consequence—extra inches around the waits.

Standard Starbucks you will find anywhere around the world, but at much higher prices. Nothing surprising there, since it is in the airport. There were a limited number of tables available when we were there, since so many people with no coffee or food were taking all the tables to work on their laptops. Also, there was a very long and slow process to finally get our order and it was what we expected, standard Starbucks. Again, the biggest problem we had with this store was all the people using up the table spaces and paying customers had little options but to look for other places to enjoy their coffee. See photo.

Dear Lisa, if you are not enjoying your job, I think it would be a good idea to look for a job other than approaching customers in an unfriendly manner!

Poor quality service. I went in to see if they had the menu that we had found at other Starbucks in Amsterdam which included coffee, cake and sandwich. Not only did the cashier treat me in an unpleasant way, but she didn't let me finish explaining and told me "this is not a restaurant" "we only have this." Really disappointing. I don't know who owns this place but they must really be losing a lot of money with the employees they have.

They write a name on the cups that doesn't even remotely resemble what you passed on. When calling, they also say something completely different than what is in the cups. You then have to find out for yourself what happened, while your drink is apparently getting cold. You get the unfriendliness for free. Really what you are waiting for after a journey of about 20 hours...

It's amazing that so many staff can work in such a small area. Ordering for 4 people was incredibly messy. Someone who takes the order, 1 someone who took the cookies but the last one was missing so we missed a cookie. The tea order was already taken by the person who took the order while ordering and thought we were done with our order while someone still had to pass on their choice. And when you have paid you are waiting and without much notice a cup is placed and you have to hope that it is a cup from your order as the orders were mixed up. The cups are placed together when the order is taken. The drinks were hot. Unfortunately, there is very little seating space, so you have to find a place somewhere in the large space of Schiphol to stand and put down your coffee.

Apparently the art of a cup of black coffee is too much to ask for the "baristas" at this Starbucks. For almost 5 euros I first received one that had not been warmed up Then I was given a bottom of one cm, then after I complained, warm water was added. Ditch water tastes even better. Start a milkshake bar if you can only make sugar drinks.

I ordered ‘’Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch Hot Chocolate’’ but they run out of crunch they did not tell me. I asked for the difference and want a refund for it since this drink is exactly the same like the classic chocolate! The will not tell u they don’t have the crunchy part and will charge you the same price this is so wrong. 😮💨😮💨😮💨this is really a sad story on a Christmas Eve. We just had a disappointing experience at a this Starbucks. Right from the start, it was clear they weren't aiming for excellence. Firstly, the barista completely mangled my name when taking our order. The prices were notably higher compared to other Dutch Starbucks. We were willing to pay more, but we expected the same quality. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We ordered Caramel Frappuccinos, but they tasted more like plain milk with a hint of ice. The caramel was barely present, only as a topping on whipped cream. What added to the frustration was how they randomly stamped my stempelkaart (loyalty card), as if they didn't want to do it. Considering the abundance of Starbucks options in Schiphol and the Netherlands, this branch is one of the worst. It failed to meet the standards we've come to expect.

You can always rely on the products from Starbucks to be consistent. And this location is no different. Between flying out myself or picking up/dropping off people at the airport, I almost always stop by this Starbucks for whatever sounds 'lekker. This morning though I happened to order a venti mocha in tears after I had seen my brother off to his flight home. The young lady at the register just met my sadness with the warmest smile and said "It's ok to cry. Feelings are valid." And I could just breathe and keep moving as she said "coffee will make it better." I was already pumped up from this small gesture and then before I know it her colleague (Jordi) comes walking up to me as I'm waiting for my order. He offers me a cup of water and a small stack of napkins with the biggest smile, just restoring my faith in humanity and sending me off with warmth in my heart from this most special coffee shop visit.

Deserving of all the other bad reviews. They call this a Starbucks "Reserve" but the staff didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked for a reserve coffee using one of the special brewing methods these stores have. Waited more than 45 minutes in the departure hall, after ordering a coffee and smoothie, both of which, considering the price of 16 euros together, were not even sufficient, but vague in taste. Staff is slower than slow, maybe because we were there at 7 a.m., I have no idea. We were number 3 in line and were helped quickly. I think the coffee beans came from Africa. After the long wait, the line had grown to at least 50 people. Disappointed and frustrated, unfortunately, we left for the gate. Partly because there was no interaction whatsoever between staff.

My experience was great! I’ve been there a few times this week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday early morning) and found the cashiers to be extremely caring and friendly. This is a Airport Starbucks and although all airport chains strive to be identical to ones in-city, you have to keep into account that the volume and type of customers is different. Can’t believe some bad reviews are because they mispelled the name or for the long waiting times. If you don’t have the time for it or you’re in a bad mood, then don’t get it!

Staff training appears to be lacking. When asking about allergens multiple staff members had no clue and the fourth staff member involved just said yes it's fine. After making my purchase I had time to look up the nutritional/allergen information on the Starbucks website and found out the staff had lied about the allergen information (I believe they simply didn't know and 'winged it'). So, I didn't consume my products and I would not recommend this Starbucks.

Asked for a espresso Americano. They said they are unable to make that. I said this is literally just espresso with hot water instead of milk. She looked at me again and said yeah we can't make that. Okay. How about a cortado? Guess what else they can't make? I don't think this place wants to sell their product. I'm going to guess they are operating off profits with this of negativity in customer approach

Absolutely shocking experience. Microwaved spaghetti bolognese that was ice cold in the middle. I went and told the cooks and they laughed and didn't apologise. They re-microwaved it and it was still cold so I got a refund. Not one apology. Additionally, I ordered an oat milk latte and my partner asked if it was oat milk and they said they didn't know and to taste it... It was for an allergy, absolutely insane!

If I could give zero reviews I could!!!! So disrespecting, I received the wrong sandwich once I went back for the correct sandwich, she said it was sold out I went over to the fridge and grabbed the correct sandwich that I paid for and gave her back the incorrect one! She chased me through the airport and demanded for the sandwich back that I paid for!!! She should be fired absolutely unexpectable. Her name is Xenab. ZERO STARS
