Starbucks Lounge 3 in Schiphol

Made order of coffee and food, but arrived different times, staff rude and uncaring.

Very bad experience at Starbucks. The service was awful from start to finish. They handed me my coffee in such a careless way that it almost spilled on me. Even though I clearly asked for no cream, they still gave it to me with cream, and when I pointed it out, they started mumbling to each other instead of handling it professionally. Instead of making me a new drink — especially considering this could have been an allergy issue — they just roughly removed the cream with the lid and handed it back to me. When I addressed this, they responded with attitude and irritation. Then, when I asked if they had a cup holder or a bag, I got a blunt “no,” again with a rude tone. Overall, the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. For these reasons, I’m giving 1 star. If there were an option for 0, I would choose that without hesitation.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! So disrespectful, I received the wrong sandwich once I went back for the correct sandwich, she said it was sold out I went over to the fridge and grabbed the correct sandwich that I paid for and gave her back the incorrect one! She chased me through the airport and demanded for the sandwich back that I paid for!!! She should be fired absolutely unexpectable. Her name is Xenab. ZERO STARS

Perfect for boiling eggs. The coffee was so hot it was undrinkable even after several minutes. I can't say whether the broth tastes good. All my taste buds were damaged with the first sip. Great coffee is something else entirely.

I've rarely encountered such grumpy staff. They don't even crack a smile, and your food and drinks aren't even brought to you. They don't even say hello, goodbye, or even a word.

Quick to order but horrendous wait times for pickup. 15+ minute wait a cappuccino, only for it to taste as poor as foyer coffee at a 1 star hotel. Coffee was cow milk instead of the requested oat. Severely disappointed and not what I would expect from the brand.

only take away, buy your coffee and then find a place to sit somewhere else in lounge 3. there is another starbucks where you can sit down. but for this you have to walk up to the restaurant area on the first floor.

The girl working was really nice and even offered to heat the cinnamon roll I ordered. I've never had it warm before and it was delicious! Thank you :)

Starbucks at the airport. I had never tried dragon fruit refreshers before, and they were delicious.

After 15 in line finally order. I wanted to check my order at the checkout, but it would be fine, they said; yet it turned out to be incomplete (1 cappuccino short) and incorrect (a wrong cake). Too bad all that hassle and the lost time when you just want to be nice with the people you just picked up.. The cappuccino gets 2 out of 5 stars in terms of quality.

The coffee is good but there are 3 people standing around looking at it but it works dramatically soooo slowly, it's not normal.
