I had an unpleasant experience with Ms. Leng during my visit on 28 Nov 2025. Her attitude was rude and quite irritating, which made the environment uncomfortable not only for me but also for the other staff around her. It really affected the overall experience. However, I want to highlight that the other staff members were absolutely excellent. Ms Ezrah, Ms Mellody, Ms Chivany, and Mr Fros were all welcoming, friendly, and provided great customer service. They were professional and made me feel appreciated as a customer. It’s unfortunate that one staff member can ruin the atmosphere, because the rest of the team is truly amazing.

I’m not a coffee drinker, but I usually enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and Refreshers at Starbucks. Unfortunately, this location at Amsterdam Airport missed the mark completely. The drink I received looked nothing like the advertising—there was zero fruit in the cup, and it tasted like watered-down artificial flavoring. I expected the standard Starbucks consistency, but this was barely drinkable. It’s frustrating to waste $10 right before a flight, especially since I didn't have time to go back and ask for a remake.

I knew what to expect here. Fresh sandwiches, a sweet dessert, and a hot coffee. And still cheaper than the surrounding restaurants. Plenty of tables and seating alleviated the crowding.

I was looking for a special edition of Starbucks cups for my friend and was helped nicely by Inez. She packed them very neatly for me, as she knew I had to travel with the mugs. I am very happy with the mugs and the great service I received.

Disappointing Service Before Closing I stopped by Starbucks 30 minutes before closing and ordered a sandwich and a coffee. While they were happy to make the coffee, they refused to heat up the sandwich because they were “closing soon.” If you’re still serving drinks, why not food? It felt like they were more focused on shutting down early than serving customers. Disappointing experience—if you’re open, you should be fully open.

I don't know if this is the one in zone F, but if it is the truth, the guys are very friendly, especially the one who charges, but they don't prepare the drinks with a lot of love. The sandwiches have very dry bread, do not buy the slice of lemon pancake, it tastes very chemical.

The females working at Thursday 15th February at 15:30 are very rude. Horrible service. One was 5”6, 220 pounds and mixed race and the other looked about 5”8, 260 pounds and black. Please train these staff members in customer service. One spent the whole time talking to other members of staff working at the airport. There was no manager present to report their behaviour to.

The rather large girl at the cashier was very rude when I asked about the doughnuts as if she was keeping them all for herself to consume after her shift. Also, the Blasian looking barista was cackling and shaking the airport with her condescending attitude. Would not recommend coming here.

I went there and the lady said we would open at 6:30 I went back to 6:30 she was like: Please give us 10 more minutes and the manager added "we haven't had our other staff showing up today so we are not prepared" Meanwhile the shop's tables were dirty and full of trash.

Great Starbucks drinks as always. This cafe offers spacious coffee experience. With plenty of space for trolleys and suitcases so a great place if you are tired and would like to rest until your next flight. It is located near the D gates.

I ordered a cappuccino and it was boiling hot, yet when I asked for a drop of milk milk on it, they said no. When I said the coffee was not tasting good and the milk was not creamy but foamy, they asked me if I knew what a cappuccino was. I drink daily barista coffee. I left my coffee there.

Wow, this was really a waste of money. To start with, I paid 18.50 for a donut, a small piece of cake 4x4cm, a hot chocolate and a mixed fruit juice. The donut was soggy and old, the fruit juice came out of the carton and there was so much ice cream in it that a lady said: hey, nice, do you have a slush puppi? I had a special hazelnut chocolate crunch hot Chocolat. In other words, hot chocolate with hazelnut flavor, topped with hazelnut cream and pieces of hazelnut. This is what it looked like in the picture. What I got was a watery drink with a faint hazelnut flavor and normal whipped cream. No hazelnut chocolate crunch. The service was busy, that said it all. If this is supposed to be a special experience then I can only agree, but not in a positive way. Never going to Starbucks again. Behind a facade of pretensions hide over-priced products of mediocre quality.

Comfortable place to sit and you get what Starbucks sells worldwide. They get 2 stars less since a part of their tables are dirty and the staff treated a foreign female customer very roughly when she asked for a "wipe" to clean it herself. Would be fine to see the staff doing that work or at least be grateful if someone is trying to do their job.

I've rarely encountered such grumpy staff. They don't even crack a smile, and your food and drinks aren't even brought to you. They don't even say hello, goodbye, or even a word.

We waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches while there were two people ahead of us (the kitchen takes about 5 minutes to make one sandwich), and then we even got the wrong order. We won't be coming here again.
