Dirty tables, long wait, strawberry cheesecake smashed on its side in a paper bag :(

Queued up just to tell me that there is no Matcha Latte. This happens two time already. Just put a sign and don’t waste people’s time at an airport

Too overpriced. Many drinks are out of stock. The quality of coffee is really poor especially for this price. Also, workers here every time mispronounce my name so I never can be sure if the order is mine (even though my name is quite common and this never happened in other Starbucks locations)

The coffee tastes like dirty water, the milkshakes are very bad too, and the treatment with the staff is terrible. They serve you one thing and the other 15 minutes later, instead of finishing, you order the worst place in the world.

It’s been a tough day for the croissants… So cool that this place is open at midnight!

Server named Sekondir noticed I had been waiting a while for my drink for a while and we had a great little chat while I was waiting. Such a nice guy, made my day

Americano coffee? No this was water with a hint of coffee. Awful. Couldn't finish it. Expensive. To load music. But very friendly staff.

I was extremely poorly served and treated by a rude employee, as well as by the manager, Jasper. They are incapable of acknowledging their mistakes and apologizing for what happened. Customers pay exorbitant prices for products and are treated with mediocrity. Among all the employees, the only one without a name tag was precisely the one who was rude to me. I requested her name to formalize the complaint via email, and the manager refused to provide it. From start to finish, they maintained an air of mockery and discrimination, with a terrible attitude, never once apologizing for the delay in serving my order. I waited 15 minutes with my drink in hand, waiting for a cheesecake... meanwhile, the ice dissolved in the drink... The employee, instead of expressing regret, grabbed the drink and said it was still cold, with every expression mocking me or calling me stupid, as if I had no basis in my complaint. It's clear to see the extremely low rating given to this establishment here.

After a 20-minute queue, they refused to make me a matcha latte. I came here specifically because it's hard to find a cafe that makes matcha at the airport.

They replaced a very nice breakfast / coffee spot with a Starbucks. Zero stars if possible

Immensly long waiting times. The americano is watery and simply sucks. The flat white was okay, but literally tasted more like coffee than the americano. I like the mango chia pudding, but don''t get your coffee here.

At 5:30 a.m., you wait almost 30 minutes for your cappuccino. There are tons of people. There's barely any room to wait. It's so crowded. There's hardly any staff. The croissants on offer don't look appealing. When you finally get your coffee, it's unappealing due to the risk of burns... I let it stand for 10 minutes to cool.

Waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 coffees and make one wrong! Disaster! Unorganized stuff that every 1-2 minutes were drinking coffee. Sorry but you need a proper training for your people how to service,how to make coffee fast and without mistakes! That was the last time to have a coffee from any Starbucks !

The barista who served me was very friendly, she spoke to me in English and Spanish without any problem.

Costumer service is awful. I waited the line and they didn’t even checked one allergy ingredient for me. They didn’t even cared.

Regular Starbucks coffee, that's fine. Long lines. But what is worse is the guy taking orders putting his finger inside all the cups when passing them to the barman... I don't want to have my coffee tasting like your fingers!

Bad food, worst personnel. Any time I come here they do some mistakes with my orders, unfortunately they can keep doing this, since there are not alternatives in the airport.

Starbucks after the security control in European flights section, has always had huge lines to order. Paying goes quickly now, but the waiting time has shifted to the receiving of your food/drink. Food that should be served warm, is hardly warmed and you receive them cold… not sure why I even come here to pay for overpriced drinks/coffee when the “service” and the food/drink is mediocre

This is not Starbucks. Cannot use the app as it's a franchise. Asked for a tall oat milk cappuccino, got it with a half cup of foam. Asked to remake, they made me feel I don't know what cappuccino is, as cappuccino has foam... The second one I got extremely hot. Personnel rude. Never again.

Today 17-04 6:15 I ordered what I thought was a delicious ham/cheese sandwich. But after one bite it turned out to be cold inside. Anyway, back to the waitress. Have you eaten it? Yes, it seems logical to me, how else would you discover that it is cold inside.🤔🤨 Is it still frozen? No, not, but it is completely cold inside. Because you have already taken a bite of it, we cannot reheat it. Okay, but what can we do because I would like a warm sandwich. The lady did not feel like helping and made it clear that she wanted to get rid of me. After a whole cross-examination about my cold sandwich, I finally got an answer to my question. Well, we can heat up a new one, but then I can't promise you that it will be completely warm. Huhhh? But you can just heat the sandwich a little longer, right? That is possible, but there is a chance that it will burn. Do you agree with that risk? Ridiculous question but fine, I just want a warm sandwich. The woman goes to the refrigerator to get a new sandwich, but comes back without it. Madam, we have no more sandwiches!? And it falls silent. The worst employee ever! No excuse, no alternative and very unprofessional in terms of communication. My irritation was now so high that I walked away and exchanged the cold sandwich for a sandwich at de la place.

I got served by a girl called Jolie, she was so sweet and did 110% customer service.

Smiles worthy of a prison door, not even the basics of politeness. Orders are at the counter without announcing what they are. And when we ask we feel like we’re bothering them. We are light years away from what a service worthy of the name should be.

I like Starbucks coffee and drink it quite often, but here you really have to wait far too long because of the way they work. Disorganized and slow and understaffed.

As every other starbucks, it is a nice place which makes getting a good coffee or hot chocolate a bit more personal. Friendly staff and quick service.

The Real Coffee Shop is spelled STARBUCKS and it has a green, Queen logo. Always cool interior design, trained, smart and professional staff. I love devoted cooffee people and every barista is a ”friend” of me. Happy to see that you have so many cool option and your menu is very exiting, but for me, drinking coffee is a holy moment and it is always a HOT brew To sit down and have a coffee in a real porcelain cup is the clou of the day - never run around with single use cups - boycott that ”life style”. Have a great and coffee full day!

Very friendly staff even when I was here at 1am. Coffee was good and the mango dragonfruit is highly recommended! :) :)

It's a shame to see that some of the staff are working very hard and some employees are just chatting. Had to wait more than 20 minutes for a frappucino because the lady who made it thought talking to colleagues was more important. There is nothing to criticize about the product itself, but the employees can still learn a lot from some colleagues.

Classic airport Starbucks. Quality of the drinks is okay. There are worse Starbucks. Service a bit very slow. You shouldn't be in a hurry. Great seating for working and watching

Bought a big nice piece of cake and asked if I could get a cup of water as I didnt want coffe or waste plastic bottles. They wanted to charge me 2.90 eur for a paper cup of tap water, as they ‘could not give away cups’. Appalling, and you lost a lot more in goodwill than that paper cup would have cost you. Will never go there again. The cake was good though, but a bit on the dry side….

Great Starbucks! Much better than the Starbucks in the United States. I had a freshly brewed drip coffee with soy milk and loved it! Nina and Amber, the team members who helped me, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Also on my coffee cup from Starbucks there was a sticker with the text (see image attached) "You have a positive energy and that is contagious" and this is amazing in the middle of a gigantic and immense airport like Amsterdam Airport. Congratulations!

I know it is a busy airport but wow, talk about bad service... 2.1 rating at the moment I add my review, so I guess I am not the only one with a bad experience

This is the location right by the baggage claim. The staff is lovely!!! This is my preferred location bc of the size. There’s plenty of room to get cozy if you need to wait around. The only problem with this location is that they don’t have any plugs to charge your devices. None! Bring a charging bank if you choose to chill here.

My bad experience in Starbucks ever. It's probably not a good coffee and too bad it was just a little watery. I’m not joking, the location is nice because there is a waiting area right in front of it and it also has many very comfortable sofas. whatever, I've already talked about it. And then you want to say that I take brown cookies and latte coffee and throw them in the trash..

Ohhhh finalmente un buon caf...no. Probabilmente non è un buon caffè e probabilmente non rispetta lo standard italiano, probabilmente è anche troppo costoso ma vi posso assicurare che i prezzi a Schiphol sono fuori di testa. Quindi ben venga il mio ristretto da 3,95€ e la mia donut da 3€. La cioccolata calda a 5,95€? Peccato fosse solo un po' acquosa. Peccato anche per il senza glutine: nessun prodotto, nemmeno incartato nella plastica (come tutto del resto). Non scherziamo, la location è carina perché proprio di fronte una piazza d'attesa e ha anche tanti divanetti molto molto comodi. Il personale è molto gentile (nonostante non abbiano fatto il cuoricino affianco al mio nome) e i prodotti...vabbe, ne abbiamo già parlato. E poi vuoi mettere che mi porto a casa il famoso bicchiere di Starbucks? Si, a casa ma nella spazzatura.

Veeeery long waiting time for a coffee although there were 8-10 employees. No nitro or cold brew options. And they don't accept the Starbucks app so you can neither earn or redeem your points.

Line was incredibly long but moved fast! Staff is sweet and speedy and everything tasted great. Especially recommend the ham/cheese croissant. They heat it up for you!

Silent misery. I am not sure if anyone actually enjoys this sick produkt of american consumerism. So unnecesary. So unwanted.
