Starbucks in Schiphol

Good coffee but incredibly chaotic and ineffective organization. Long queue of people waiting to be served, only one person accepting orders, other 6 (six!!!) Starbucks staff doing nothing. The orders were nor taken in a chronological order.

A must-see when you're at Amsterdam Airport.

Given the number of negative reviews, I want to share my experience. I visited the cafe twice during a rush and the service was absolutely professional. The coffee preparation was completely silent, which I absolutely admire. Considering the number of people who are served here in an hour, tables were clean and the coffee was prepared very quickly and I left with a great feeling from the visit. I appreciate how all the employees manage such a large number of customers with complete clarity. You deserve a higher salary. Thank you to the entire Starbucks team! Sending love from Czechia 🫶🏼

I ordered a flat white. The worst coffee I've had in ages. A coffee that costs almost five euros can't afford to be like that. A disappointment and a rip-off.

Can’t get a better place to spend time, while waiting for the flight.

Staff was friendly. Quite a lot of waiting time which is OK for a busy airport. But it was very dirty and most of all the product I got looked and tasted like filter coffee with milk, not like flat white

Coffee is just like ditch water. You order a coffee, and eventually boiling water is mixed in with a kettle until you end up with a translucent, tasteless cup of coffee.

Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes for my coffee. The breakfast was supposed to be a croissant with avocado and feta cheese, but they didn't tell me it was spicy. It was so disgusting it made my throat close up; I almost vomited. I asked for a glass of water, and they tried to charge me for it. I politely asked them to change my breakfast, and they said they'd gladly throw it away for me. A disaster. The coffee never arrived, and they only made it because I complained. The manager was helpful, but she made me the same meal, without the spice, which I can't eat now because of the disgusting taste in my mouth. It's by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks.

Worst cappuccino I ve had - milk was badly foamed and milk was burnt. Once again I am being proven that I should stay away from Starbucks.

If all Starbucks in Spain were like this, things would be very different. They're very quick, unlike back home where they take forever to serve you. The place is bright and spacious, and the employees are friendly.

Open 24/7, so there is always time for a cup of coffee in any size or flavor. Unfortunately, there is limited choice in mugs or takeaway cups.

Horrible service. It took 15 minutes to get a chocolate muffin that was sitting right in front of me. I had to ask twice for it. Better go somewhere else.

I was helped today by an incredibly sweet Iranian lady at the Starbucks at Schiphol. She had such a friendly and warm demeanor. Despite the crowds, she really took the time, helped with a smile, and made sure I felt welcome. People like that really make a difference during a busy travel day. If you are there, feel free to ask for the sweet Iranian lady behind the counter — she will make your day better. Thanks for the great service and positivity!

Super bad service, workers are rude to you

It was the longest wait for coffee in my life. Extremely disorganized service, not enough staff for the large number of visitors. And the Americano I waited so long for tasted like water.

We are just grabbing a drink before our flight, a lot of customers after us had their orders but we had to leave with half of our order missing as our flight was boarding…

A lot of customers I didn't buy anything but I think is good that's why they have a lot of customers, I was there because it was near to my get pass

The chain coffee shops inside Amsterdam Airport are great for grabbing a coffee or sandwich while waiting for your connecting flight. This time I ordered an Americano, which was ice-cold and refreshing.

Worst latte ever. Not sure what went wrong but definitely not the starbucks quality

We got our coffee quickly and it tasted great! Just very expensive compared to other Starbucks.

Minimum 20 mins waiting and then you get a stale cake. The quality went down so badly I will not visit here again.

This flat white coffee is the worst I’ve ever had. It’s a complete waste of money. I’d much rather grab coffee somewhere else.

The staff is unpleasant; you get the feeling you're bothering them, and it's best to make your choice quickly to avoid inconveniencing the hostess. Even when you eat in, everything is disposable. The pastries are served in bags and loose, squashed. The lighting in the dining room is dim and gloomy. And the music is blasting from 7 a.m. – incredibly noisy.

The lights are the same like a soviet train station in the 80s. The loud music at 7am will help you to wake up for sure . Disappointed.

Unfriendly staff. The boy who took the order (Alexander) was shouting and therefore impossible to understand. The rest of the staff mainly chatted with each other instead of helping customers. Dirty tables and chairs.

What a nightmare! Literally waiting over half an hour for tea and cappuccino... The tea can go right away, but for the cappuccino, you have to wait until your receipt is ready. Hoping someone who's quick enough gets your receipt. Names are called quietly, and one after the other heads to the gate to avoid being late. Dirty, unclean tables. What's nice is the variety of seating options. But I'm definitely not going back.

I bought a cinnamon roll muffin, it was a good size and a fair price 👍. It was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. I visited here and although the staff were professional they didn’t have any ice cubes. Also the area around the cafe is very messy and trash left behind. This is not the fault of the staff but the people passing through the airport.

After several years of visits to this Starbucks in Schiphol airport, the time has come to find another cafe. Although they recently underwent a remodel and reopening, today was average level service and I noticed the drink recipes have changed for the worse. The exorbitant prices and "assembly line style" preparation of drinks leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. Ha! Just wait until you taste the coffee for yourself. What used to be a sure shot of flavorful coffee has become a crappy cup of brown flavored water served by pubescent teens just there to collect a paycheck. Coffee at Starbucks has become a joke...sorry for the sucky review but I don't think I am far off from speaking aloud what others are thinking. They just havent taken the time to share an honest review. Try harder Starbucks...you used to wear the crown of caffeine connoisseurs but it's no longer yours.

Too overpriced. Many drinks are out of stock. The quality of coffee is really poor especially for this price. Also, workers here every time mispronounce my name so I never can be sure if the order is mine (even though my name is quite common and this never happened in other Starbucks locations)

The coffee tastes like dirty water, the milkshakes are very bad too, and the treatment with the staff is terrible. They serve you one thing and the other 15 minutes later, instead of finishing, you order the worst place in the world.

Americano coffee? No this was water with a hint of coffee. Awful. Couldn't finish it. Expensive. To load music. But very friendly staff.

I was extremely poorly served and treated by a rude employee, as well as by the manager, Jasper. They are incapable of acknowledging their mistakes and apologizing for what happened. Customers pay exorbitant prices for products and are treated with mediocrity. Among all the employees, the only one without a name tag was precisely the one who was rude to me. I requested her name to formalize the complaint via email, and the manager refused to provide it. From start to finish, they maintained an air of mockery and discrimination, with a terrible attitude, never once apologizing for the delay in serving my order. I waited 15 minutes with my drink in hand, waiting for a cheesecake... meanwhile, the ice dissolved in the drink... The employee, instead of expressing regret, grabbed the drink and said it was still cold, with every expression mocking me or calling me stupid, as if I had no basis in my complaint. It's clear to see the extremely low rating given to this establishment here.

After a 20-minute queue, they refused to make me a matcha latte. I came here specifically because it's hard to find a cafe that makes matcha at the airport.

Immensly long waiting times. The americano is watery and simply sucks. The flat white was okay, but literally tasted more like coffee than the americano. I like the mango chia pudding, but don''t get your coffee here.

At 5:30 a.m., you wait almost 30 minutes for your cappuccino. There are tons of people. There's barely any room to wait. It's so crowded. There's hardly any staff. The croissants on offer don't look appealing. When you finally get your coffee, it's unappealing due to the risk of burns... I let it stand for 10 minutes to cool.

Waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 coffees and make one wrong! Disaster! Unorganized stuff that every 1-2 minutes were drinking coffee. Sorry but you need a proper training for your people how to service,how to make coffee fast and without mistakes! That was the last time to have a coffee from any Starbucks !

Starbucks after the security control in European flights section, has always had huge lines to order. Paying goes quickly now, but the waiting time has shifted to the receiving of your food/drink. Food that should be served warm, is hardly warmed and you receive them cold… not sure why I even come here to pay for overpriced drinks/coffee when the “service” and the food/drink is mediocre

This is not Starbucks. Cannot use the app as it's a franchise. Asked for a tall oat milk cappuccino, got it with a half cup of foam. Asked to remake, they made me feel I don't know what cappuccino is, as cappuccino has foam... The second one I got extremely hot. Personnel rude. Never again.

Today 17-04 6:15 I ordered what I thought was a delicious ham/cheese sandwich. But after one bite it turned out to be cold inside. Anyway, back to the waitress. Have you eaten it? Yes, it seems logical to me, how else would you discover that it is cold inside.🤔🤨 Is it still frozen? No, not, but it is completely cold inside. Because you have already taken a bite of it, we cannot reheat it. Okay, but what can we do because I would like a warm sandwich. The lady did not feel like helping and made it clear that she wanted to get rid of me. After a whole cross-examination about my cold sandwich, I finally got an answer to my question. Well, we can heat up a new one, but then I can't promise you that it will be completely warm. Huhhh? But you can just heat the sandwich a little longer, right? Smiles worthy of a prison door, not even the basics of politeness. Orders are at the counter without announcing what they are. And when we ask we feel like we’re bothering them. We are light years away from what a service worthy of the name should be.
