What they call flat white is just a latte from the machine. They add 1 cent to your order for the cup, without mentioning it in their menu. You have to ask why they add 1 cent to each order. I know its just 1 cent.. but who does that? Especially for an overpriced machine coffee

The lady at departure hall 1 is sending me and several other customers away because she isn't serving coffee because she has already cleaned the coffee machine. This at 1:30 PM 😅. According to the opening hours, they are open as usual..

Ordered an Americano. Not great coffee. Not terrible, but not what you hope for. The girl serving was very nice, but I had hoped for better being a coffee first place. I saw a place serving Lavazza and further down and wish I had gone there

It's located at the edge of Amsterdam Airport. I was having trouble finding a place to charge my phone at the airport, but there was one at this table, which was very helpful!

Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 2:45 PM, I got two teas. What terrible service from the disinterested and completely unfocused young man behind the counter. Too embarrassing for Schiphol. I quickly walked past him. Tip for Schiphol: please pay attention to the staff; this is harming Schiphol's reputation👎🏼

I came to charge my phone, ordered food out of politeness. I checked plugged in my charger, the sockets had some issue to I asked the staff to help me out to be able to charge my phone, he didn’t help. Very poor service, I don’t recommend the place.

I can’t imagine how you can call this coffee.

Asked for a espresso Americano. They said they are unable to make that. I said this is literally just espresso with hot water instead of milk. She looked at me again and said yeah we can't make that. Okay. How about a cortado? Guess what else they can't make? I don't think this place wants to sell their product. I'm going to guess they are operating off profits with this of negativity in customer approach

This guy deliberately gave me the wrong change and tried to with hold the receipt when i questioned him. Immediately going into a well rehearsed gaslighting routine. Crooked... at best.

Perfect spot for a coffee and tea bar! Delicious coffee and Rob's exceptionally hospitable and friendly service complete the experience. Highly recommended. I picked up a friend and greeted him with a delicious cup of coffee. The only improvement could be to position the coffee machines so you can see over them or at the back, so the host can always keep in touch with the guests. Thanks Rob. See you next time!

SCAM ALERT. They "accidentally" charged me for previous customer's purchase, and said they'd refund the payment in my card, but never did. The staff seemed all smirky about the whole thing, so I would avoid this place if possible.

That boy who is on duty on Saturday morning 16/12 does garbage for 15 minutes and leaves customers behind, maybe choose another career? What crazy bad service!

I always enjoy visiting this coffee shop in departure hall 3. In addition to delicious coffee, there is also fantastic staff. Mr. Mario always puts the customer first and his hospitality makes me happy to keep coming back here!

I just bought a coffee from this place and the lady could not be more rude. I asked for a coffee and she said ok then I bought a muffin and she forgot about the coffee. I politely and calmly asked her for the coffee again but she got angry and said I never ordered it and started cursing at me in dutch thinking I don't understand it. not ok!!!

I wanted to get a coffee before my flight at 1:30 in the afternoon, but the lady said 'I just cleaned the machine'. I asked what this meant and she said there was no coffee. I then asked if there would be coffee again soon, that I would be happy to wait a while, but she said: 'no, no coffee'. Very strange, during a busy afternoon at Schiphol.

Coffee is okay, but the lady with the hijab behind the counter is super rude.

Had a good experience. Took a croissant and juice which was good enough. The seating space and capacity was good too.

They are scammers! I bought a banana bread for €3 and they deducted €3.45 from my account! If you do not specifically press a button, your 'tip' will automatically be withheld!

I believe this coffee shop changed since serious complaining about hygie, taste and friendliness occutlrs. I had good coffee, not burn, no wattery just pure coffee beans taste. And blueberry muffin? Soft, fresh. Last but not least, Edy/Edie. He was friendly enough, polite and shows some geopilitacal knowledge. About small country, he never been to.

Expensive and horrible coffee. Apparently they killed the only good coffee bar and now have the same coffee machines all over the airport. Which create rubbish coffees.

Bought a tuna sandwich that contained fish bone. Now it’s stuck in my throat while waiting for my luggage at the destination. Great start! Thanks Urban Beans!

You land at Schiphol after a great holiday and have a drink before getting into the taxi. It's a shame that there is a grumpy person at work who wants to earn her money with as little effort as possible

The two young ladies on duty were , very friendly and my order was ready within minutes .
