After being loyal and regular customers for so long, we'll never come back. Since the man and woman left, it hasn't been the same. Now, after the third bad experience in a row, it's clear. Even after having to ask for a refund twice, we gave it one last try... I won't dwell on it, we've become so dissatisfied. The new staff are ruining the quality and service. We now have a 3.4 rating on Thuisbezorgd. It's a real shame; it's no longer the dining experience we know, and more loyal customers will leave if this continues. Can you 100% guarantee that the last review with the green pizza wasn't from a regular customer? Unfortunately, and I'll never see you again. Just picked up the Popeye Pizza, and I swear: after one bite, I felt like I could lift a whole boat. So much flavor, so fresh, so delicious—this isn't pizza anymore, this is green magic on dough. That crust? Perfectly golden brown. That topping? As if Popeye himself made it. I went in as a regular customer… I left feeling like an upgraded version of myself. Eating Point, you've created something that should actually be banned: too delicious, too fresh, too addictive. If you don't try this, you're seriously missing a chapter in your life. Absolute 10/10—and that's even too low.

Today I ordered a Margherita pizza from Eatingpoint in Heerhugowaard, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The pizza was burnt on top, and the crust was very dry and hard. This made it unpalatable. I hope you'll pay attention to this in the future, as your meals are usually of better quality.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, everything was clean and tidy and the food was great.

Too bad that there is a lot of effort for a few napkins for 2 small children who are eating mayo fries. Only 3 extra napkins. And I'm not even going to start about a whole block of döner in my sandwich. I'll never come here again.

I come here 3 times a week to eat at the eating point. They are super nice people who work there and they help you very well! The atmosphere is nice and it is nice that there is an upper floor where you can eat in privacy and enjoy the outside world through the view. Great place to eat with the family!

Had to wait a long time for my food. Food was luke warm pizzas and menus. The lady who called me about it wasn't nice and said I added some free stuff. what should I do with free things? I want to eat well. I always had a good meal there, but never again.

Waited 1.5 half hours for us to know. After our food was delivered, it turned out that a menu was missing. This was delivered quite quickly. When we discovered that the croquette we ordered extra looked as if someone had driven over it, the service was nowhere to be seen. According to the employee on the phone, we had nothing to complain about, because of the long wait she gave us a can, and in the absence of a menu she gave free baklava, which we had not asked for! The croquette, if only it were there, look at the photo, would you still be hungry? The food is of mediocre quality and often cold upon arrival. The lady on the phone lacked customer friendliness and was downright rude. We no longer place orders here

Never had such a bad kapsalon, salad and sauce came separately, and I had said twice no tomato and STILL there was tomato. The cheese was not melted enough. I've only had a stomach ache since I ate that hair salon meal.

Very friendly people, ordered once while it was busy, but the food arrived hot and tasty, got some Durum for lunch which was almost as good as from native Turkish stores in Side. Very pleased with their Kebab!

Het eten was echt prima. Alleen is het meer een afhaalpunt of thuis bezorging dan om ter plaatse te eten. Je zit boven en er is geen sfeer, geen gezelligheid of luxe. Maar dit alles doet niet af aan het eten want dat was gewoon erg goed.

Hele goede zaak. Ging even iets verkeerd met het eten maar ik werd gebeld door een medewerker met excuses en dat ze de volgende keer heel goed gaan opletten. Altijd top eten gehad daar, dus ik zou het wel adviseren.

Alleen besteld, kan niets over de zaak zeggen. Het eten is lekker en altijd ruim voor de geschatte bezorgtijd binnen.

Heerlijk gegeten en super service

Had besteld 3 kwartier van te voren op een rustig tijdstip en moest nog een half uur wachten toen ik het kwam ophalen. De calzone was niet echt naar mijn smaak, een echte calzone heeft een krokante bovenkant en zit kaas en stukjes vlees in. Dit was helaas een letterlijk brood gevuld met saus een paar plakken ham en brakken champignon. Normaal geprijst maar verwachte wat meer.

Lekker gegeten. Moest even wachten voor me eten klaar was. Maar ik was er ook rond etenstijd.

De zaak is niet groot. Soms staat de eigenaar er alleen voor en moet je heel erg lang wachten. Het eten is er zoals meerdere van deze kebab tenten. Niets om aan te merken.
