We've been here a few times already and had a delicious meal. When I come with my girlfriend, it is very difficult to get in and/or out with a wheelchair because of the high thresholds. But the staff is very nice and helpful. The shawarma pizza is highly recommended. I'm going to get another one tomorrow.

I've been waiting for 2 hours already, first 19:00, now 19:30, still no food. The phone is never answered or is busy. Ridiculous, bad service.

I waited an hour for my order, then contacted them and was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. I waited another hour, and then it was canceled out of the blue. I haven't had any food for two hours. I can't reach the restaurant anymore, but I've already paid. I'm very disappointed.

Food half an hour late isn't too bad on a Sunday. Calling impossible, the receiver is probably lying next to it. Delivery driver arrives with a leaking order. Oil trail from the car into my kitchen. Wrong delivery and cold. Last time for me at Cleopatra.

We ordered food and had made a request in the comments for no tomato on my durum, but unfortunately, I found tomato on the second bite. So I called and was told a new one would be delivered. It took well over an hour before my durum was delivered again. They have been making mistakes more often lately and say you will get something extra next time; they promised that last time, but I didn't see anything. The food was also cold when it arrived. No more Cleopatra for us!

Honestly, the best grill room I've ever been to. The prices are incredibly cheap; you can get a Turkish pizza for just €4 with all the trimmings! The cleanliness is top-notch, nothing to complain about! The owner is extremely friendly and always fun to chat with. My friends and I often go to Grillroom Cleopatra during our break because our school is nearby. Always delicious at Cleopatra! Definitely go if you're craving a delicious Turkish pizza, kapsalon, and much more!

Delicious food, I recommend trying it

My Turkish pizza was limp and cold and tasted of raw dough, really nasty. My mozzarella sticks were cold and had no taste and when you called them they said it wasn't their problem.

The food is halal, delicious, and you get a Big meal. I recommend it. Especially the Kipfilet Schotel speciaal 👌🏼

The food didn't arrive until after 45 minutes, cats walk on the tables licking them clean, nothing gets cleaned, and it's way too expensive for what you get.

I don't understand it. It says the store is open, but when I call about the delivery time, no one answers. When I went in myself, they said the oven was already closed, even though it was only 10:30.

We ordered 30 minutes before closing and everything was delivered on time the same day. It was very tasty, I haven't tried such delicious cheese for a long time, the pizza size was 32 cm, which is a great size for its price of 11€. The food was all hot and fresh, they also put some salad and 4 sauces. We are very happy, we will definitely order more!!!

Ladies and gentlemen never order or eat here. Never experienced something so terrible at a restaurant. You literally get half the food, I also found several hairs in my dish, not normal and with this service. Had to wait 3 hours for a delivery person to keep you on the line. Delicious pizza and great hair salon

Been waiting for my food for 2 hours, I've called 3 times and they keep saying it's busy, this that, ordered at 6:00 PM, it's now 8:00 PM, called and it hasn't even been prepared yet. Scandalous!!!

Ordered a large hair salon. Grammage of a small one... But pay for the large one. Hygiene is also not in order. Man behind cash register rude after reaction to poor hair salon. Says you should go to Thailand for a better portion.

It really takes way too long. Really every time. If you call it will take another fifteen minutes, but in reality this time it will take another half hour. Waiting 1.5 hours for food is simply not possible. Staff always nice! And food also ok. We really don't like the long wait. Next time we'll try something else.

Have eaten here a number of times now. The food itself was always very tasty here when you compare it to other similar eateries. Especially the pizzas, which are often disappointing at most non-Italian restaurants, were very popular here. The Turkish pizza was also very tasty.

Iedere keer weer super tevreden! Goede porties, voldoende saus, en gewoon lekker. Bestel meestal super shoarma + extra pita en broodje doner kebab en pizza margherita.

Wat een geweldig restaurant, een vriendelijke kok die zijn vak goed verstaat, voor de heerlijkste kebab en Turkse pizza ( waar genoeg feta op zit) grijp je hier nooit mis !!!

Op doordeweekse dag bezorgtijd van bijna 2 uur en telefonisch onbereikbaar.

Pluspunt, veel vlees. Minpunt vlees is niet heel smaakvol.. broodje ook niet.

Meestal haal ik broodje döner kebab en patat, maar in verband met oppas kleinkinderen een keertje laten bezorgen gisteren. Precies op afgesproken tijd en goed warm. De kids smulden, kregen ook nog verse Baklava toe. Heel aardige mensen, zorgvuldige bediening. Eten altijd erg lekker en grote porties voor redelijke prijs. Als je zelf haalt hoef je nooit lang te wachten, parkeren kan even naast de zaak. Volgens mij de beste Döner zaak van Heerhugowaard e.o.

Kortom: De beste grillroom van Heerhugowaard! De shoarma en kapsalon smaakt perfect! Vriendelijke service.. goede locatie. Gezellige sfeer. Houden zo!
