We had a wonderful meal; the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The menu included dishes that were just a little bit different, which we love. It's a shame we don't live nearby; we would eat here regularly!

Delicious food, nice menu, it was difficult to choose, good friendly service, we will definitely come back on our next visit to Harlingen!

We came here with the whole family and were absolutely thrilled! Everyone had a different dish – everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was warm and attentive, and the location was cozy and unique. It was very child-friendly; our kids felt right at home. We'll definitely be back! <3

The food was absolutely delicious! What makes this restaurant unique is that it features dishes you don't see everywhere. Thanks to the knowledge and enthusiasm of the staff, I chose something I wouldn't normally order. It was a surprise, and everything was delicious! My tip: ask the staff to recommend their favorite. That way you'll try something unexpected that's guaranteed to be delicious!

Great place. We had coffee and apple pie. The apple pie was lovely, great dough. The coffee was also great, third weave level, which is not common in the Netherlands. Awesome.

Beautiful location with very friendly staff. Your dog is also welcome, which is extra special. There's also a lovely terrace.

I ordered a €65 bottle of Pinot Noir. It wasn't up to par for that price. It was a bit port-like, with a sour finish. Not the promised experience. I'm a Pinot Noir lover. I hesitated to avoid being annoying, but my two dinner companions confirmed it. The service had no intention of taking anything away from our experience. She sniffed (!) the glass and declared the wine good. We insisted on tasting it. No, that's how the wine always tasted. They said it was a matter of taste. The wine, which we didn't drink, was supposed to—and did—be added to the bill. Conclusion: you can eat there, but don't order the more expensive wine.

I had a magnificent culinary experience at this interesting establishment in the wonderful city of Harlingen. I was drawn to their bouillabaisse, as it's hard to find in restaurants these days. I enjoyed this delicious dish followed by the local "Schol" fish, excellent quality and very well prepared. I'd also like to highlight the thoughtful touch of a complimentary bottle of house water at the table. We will definitely return.

We'd been there before, and it really stuck with us. So when we missed the ferry due to cancelled trains, we made a virtue of necessity. Very friendly staff, and once again, the food was delicious.

Had a wonderful meal tonight after a day on Vlieland. Delicious olive oil with bread and butter. Delicious chicken and steak. Side dishes were excellent, plenty of them. The extra fries I ordered were only small pieces, which was a bit disappointing, but it didn't spoil the fun. The staff radiated their enthusiasm for their work!

That afternoon, they went out of their way to reserve a table for the five of us that evening. And it was definitely worth it. The food was delicious, the service was great and very pleasant, and the atmosphere was lovely. My birthday was a success. Definitely recommended for a meal in a southern atmosphere.

Delicious food, friendly service. Make sure to book in advance, as it gets quite busy. The price is quite reasonable. Two main courses, three drinks, two cups of coffee, and a chocolate platter (4 chocolates to share) for €85.90.

We werden heel vriendelijk verwelkomt door een attente gast heer. Op de kaart staan wat originelere gerechten dan gemiddeld. Wij kozen voor de vegetarische curry . Die was heerlijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

We had a wonderful time here with our team. Shared dining, a great concept. The variety of starters was enjoyable and the portions were just right. Enough main courses for everyone, and they were very tasty and beautifully presented. Desserts were again delicious and accommodating of dietary requirements. The food and coffee are nice, though it took nearly 25 mins until the food that we ordered while the place wasn't very busy. Maybe the kitchen is very small....

Zo hoort het. Alles klopt hier, lieve mensen, echt goed eten, mooi opgemaakt,mooie prijzen. In een prachtig pand ook nog. Hier snapt men hoe de horecabeleving moet zijn. De gast staat voorop, flesje water op tafel, top. 2 dagen later kopje koffie gedaan met appelgebak. Ook al zo een fijne ervaring. Niet twijfelen dus: hier kun je gerust naar binnen! Of buiten.. ook prachtig.

Prachtig oude ambiance, ontzettend lekker brood🍞 als vooraf, het hoofdgerecht was voor beide, vis en vlees, en de bijgerechten was gewoon top, had wel iets meer tijd tussen gemogen, maar was heerlijk, een aanrader hoor!

Best place in a long time. All servants were individuals with great, pleasant personalities, and the food was outstanding so the kitchen team members were as good as the front desk folks. We were slightly disappointed with the city, but our restaurant experience more than compensated for this. Thanks for the relaxed and great atmosphere. Highly recommend to pay them a visit!

Beautiful building with appropriate furnishings. Extremely friendly team. Don't wait long for the meal, but don't rush it either. Clear attention to the guests. Keep in mind that parking nearby can be a challenge. Recommended.

Gezellig eetcafé! Leuk ingericht, vlotte vriendelijke bediening. Ook naar de kinderen zeer attent meteen een kinderstoel brengen , tekening en kleurtjes. Lekker gegeten alles was heel verzorgd. Super ervaring! Het is nu de 3de keer dat we in Harlingen komen (verspreid over enkele jaren) telkens bij Nooitgedagt gaan eten steeds zeer goed!

We went to this restaurant spontaneously and were thrilled. Looks really great from the inside, the staff is really friendly and they took the time to translate/explain dishes to us. The food was incredibly delicious! We were lucky that the two of us got a seat without a reservation, but a reservation is necessary for better seats.

Voor de lunch aangeschoven met het gezin in Nooitgedacht. Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk gegeten. De gebonden vissoep en de huisgemaakte Icetea zijn een aanrader.

Received with table water for lunch. Nice, friendly service & prices. Delicious food. Generous portions. 2 thick slices of bread are reserved with the soup. Also well informed about gluten-free options and plenty of options. Gluten-free pastrami sandwich was very tasty. Small but tasty cappuccino.

Rarely have we experienced such attentive and friendly service! The map is clear and exciting! Local cuisine with a modern twist that you rarely experience so positively. We were thrilled with the Christmas menu. Slow-roasted venison with a stunning “duck variation” first. The vegetarian menu was at least as sophisticated. Pear Wellington with blue cheese cream... Nice atmosphere, an all-round successful evening. Highly recommended!!!
