FEBO Alkmaar - Drive in West

I've already received partial orders several times. When picking up, it's necessary to check the entire order at the window, otherwise you'll miss out.

Unbelievably bad. Open for 30 minutes, and only 10 people left. Then they turn you away due to staff shortages. While the staff are standing outside, socializing and smoking. So, I'll just eat somewhere else...

They just don't have small soft serve ice creams. 😂 Asked for a small ice cream and got a fairly large cup. But it was tasty. Tasty and especially hot fries as they should be.

Beautiful building, tasty snacks, friendly service..., but what a remote corner! How can you start a snack bar/vending machine half in the meadow??? Febo does not belong in food courts, but just like before, in the city!

Ordered at the car counter - no long wait and very friendly service. The food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. The fries were nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside - just the way good fries should be. Perfect!

Addressed via speaker in very poor Dutch, and certainly not friendly. Hamburgers were gone, so we had a croquette menu. €11.50 later..... some lukewarm fries, and a croquette sandwich that looked like nothing. Well, coca cola, hence the one 1 star

I've been here twice and the staff didn't help me twice. We ordered a hamburger. Instead of saying that they don't have that, but that it is a grill burger, there was a discussion at the 'drive post' about a special grill burger, even though we had not ordered that at all. Then we went inside, but a colleague didn't make things much friendlier. Fries were also cold quite quickly and we spent more than €20 for 2 hamburger menus with some drinks. Not cheap for snacks.

Helped by a friendly lady, delicious food, you can sit comfortably inside and bring something for colleagues in the office. Friendly and cooperative staff and you can sit comfortably or drive through the drive and take your food with you!

Walked in here and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee, after ordering I only had to wait a very short time and then the food was nice and warm and complete on the table. You know what's fun? This lady (girl FEBO that's what we call her) is passionate about her business! She is FEBO and fights for a cause. We knew her from the first FEBO, where she was already a shining star! And also read about an empty wall. She prefers fresh!!!!!

Just got a large fries and a snack at FEBO. I was surprised by the portion size, which seemed significantly smaller compared to Snackhouse Lobo or another FEBO, where I'm used to getting larger portions and crispy fries. Example: at Lobo, fries are small, while these FEBO fries are large. Fries large will probably be a bucket in comparison here. As someone who likes to eat enough, this really stood out to me. I wonder if inflation plays a role in why the portions at this FEBO are smaller than what I've experienced at other locations. In any case, it is super durable and there is nothing left over. The staff was also very friendly.

The atmosphere is a 1 because the wall is usually empty and the service is a 2*. Because you can only pay by card. And yes the food. Is it just as Febo should be, so just give it 5* for the food?

Always great! Too good to go at Febo: great. Went wrong once; took a very long time; another customer and I received free milkshakes from the company. So great solution. Go Febo, go! And just delicious too. Also try the veggie croquette. And they have a drive thru.

What a bad place this is... shouldn't use the name Febo in my opinion... fries with satay sauce cold! It's just too busy there because of the drive.

We waited for 20 minutes in the drive tru, with 2 cars in front of us. Simple order had to be repeated twice and was ultimately wrong. Unfriendly staff who pulled sandwiches out of each other's hands. We're not going back.

This is by far the worst fast food experience of the year. A burger menu with raw fries, a worthless burger and even worse service, for which you can pay top price. There were also almost no customers, usually that's a hint, in this case certainly... yuck

Unfortunately the staff wasn't very friendly, which was also very disappointing that the machines were all empty. FEBO is known for their machines. The burgers weren't our cup of tea but the croquettes were very good.

Placed an order via the Internet and were able to pick it up at a specified time. When we get there, nothing is ready. A lot of discussion, but there was nothing to do but wait... after all, we had paid! Still had to wait 15 minutes. The only answer we received was that we only prepare the order when people arrive, because not all orders are picked up. When I have paid for an order and then I also come to pick it up???!!! Moreover, I also had to provide proof that the order had been paid for! They should see/know that. Fries were soft and soft and not warm at all. The rest was reasonable. We will never come to this Febo again! Spent for just €35!

You are not even allowed to pay in cash anymore. I made the comment that that's ridiculous and got a tirade from the staff that they could refuse me service if I cursed at them. Normally the food is always brought to you when you eat there, but that was not the case with me. It was slammed on the counter from here's your feed. It was delivered neatly to other customers. If I see that employee again, I will go to the neighbors.

Croquettes for 3 euros each: satay croquette with a yellow curry flavor that is inedible and a veal croquette that looks and tastes like putty on the inside to plaster your wall. It's better to throw your money in the ditch just in front of the ice rink and you'll have more fun than this not done snack bar. Furthermore, you cannot pay in cash, so there is no deposit back on your empty Coke cans. Great way to increase your turnover if you can't eat the rest anyway. Never again!

We had to pay more than 8 euros for 2 fries, which meant we had to wait more than 8 minutes even though we were the only ones. Then they forgot about the outings, so I wanted to go inside. What should have been a tasty fries turned into a huge discussion and disappointment. Yesterday we ordered 2 fries war at FEBO branch Olympiaweg Alkmaar. We received satay sauce that looked more like a dried up block that still needed to be diluted with water. We went back with the fries but no staff to be seen, oh there they are, all on the back of their phones... After 5 minutes of waiting and waving, they finally came to us. We were actually just laughed at because the satay sauce was fine according to them. We indicated that we wanted to be compensated. They walk away. After having a few discussions we decided that we wanted to fill out a complaints form. They didn't have one, just search on Google and write a review. Febo Netherlands, we have never had such a bad experience in terms of customer friendliness and representativeness. You understand that we will never return to this branch. Attached photo of our delicious satay sauce that had nothing wrong with it, right?

Too bad you can't sit inside. As far as I know, special frikandel is a cut frikandel that is filled. Here it is simply thrown into the sauce. It's a bit of a shame that so little care is given to it

I ordered through the drive, I noticed that the order was incomplete and went back. I was missing some fries, the employee scooped them from a container of old, already fried fries and put them in the hot oil for 30 seconds to warm up. It was gross and inedible, my wife who did order her fries had the same dirty reheated fries.
