Best snack bar/cafeteria in Alkmaar! Clean, tasty snacks, and the staff are all friendly. Sure, things go wrong sometimes, but they're always resolved promptly. We're all top-notch here.

Always delicious, but this time the fries were cold and tough. They forgot the hot dog and garlic sauce. And a bag of regular fries we hadn't ordered. A new girl had to do it all by herself; another employee only came to help pack the stuff. Better to check what was ordered first. And guide someone. Too bad, but we'll go elsewhere from now on.

I'm at this snack bar almost every week. I bought soft serve ice cream, but this time I find the ice cream cones far too small. I reported it, but your colleague says the rest is in the cone... and that's normal. I personally find this unacceptable.

The satay was delicious and fresh. The prawn crackers were well-prepared, and even though the promotion was over, we still got a free soft serve ice cream. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

I live 300 meters away. They managed to deliver both the fries and the chicken satay almost cold. When I called, they basically said it wasn't possible. I'd get a milkshake next time... By the way, don't order the "frikandel speciaal" (special frikandel) because you get a kit.

Ordered two menus tonight, February 15, chicken schnitsel and Italian menu. Neither salad was delivered as stated on the site. Paid for it. Just tried to call but they are already closed at 8:15 pm. Unfortunately, this happens often these days. Pay a lot and lower quality. UPDATE We have been called by Kwalitaria and they have apologized and a free menu is being offered. That's good service!!

This place turned into a shit show, ordered twice after a long time, delivered twice too late, twice there was something wrong with the orders, they have completely lost their preparation quality and what great prizes. I didn't want to leave a review after the first time, but after it happened to me again I have to say something.

Rude staff, food undercooked and not well done. Order is not as stated, if you don't say anything about it you simply won't get it. If it's sold out they just won't give you anything. Very bad!!! Children's menu with snack tomatoes is simply replaced by a lollipop without asking. They have been doing that for a long time, they said. You shouldn't come across that.

Got fries from the spare ribs menu this week, very dry fries, salad was half brown and completely slimy, very bad! Laundry can be obtained via social deal for photos

Staff very smart, when I ask something I get a big mouth in return, employees are not interested in it. And especially the one with a black bar, if he works here I won't come to eat. Big grumpy!!!! Kwalitaria Oudorp recently has a new owner and new staff. And this is noticeable in terms of food, service and atmosphere. For a Christmas drink we were tipped to try a bowl of luxurious snacks. And a big 10 for the layout, taste and quality-price ratio. In short, Kwalitaria Oudorp is highly recommended 👍😋

Better than your average snack bar. Nicely decorated food on a shelf with a basket of fries, for example. Play corner for the little ones is also fun

Ordered my food online for a pickup, food was made fast when I arrived, tasted amazing and not to expensive, friendly and helpful staff.

Tasty (original) fries. Generous portions. Service was variable. I was helped by someone who was very friendly and I was helped by someone who probably didn't feel like it that day. All in all, I will definitely come back.

Downright bad, one thing you order is not possible while you are already waiting and have already paid. You are asked what you want instead. Then you come home and there is no sauce for one of the other snacks that you paid for. The difference in price between the snack that could not be made was also not refunded.

Ordered a "Gyros menu" via the site. This looked nothing like the image on the site: for example, the meal did not contain onions, although these are clearly depicted on the site. Furthermore, the site shows a separate container for salad and a separate container for the tzatziki, but a meal was delivered with everything in one container, which resulted in my fries being limp and wet. This doesn't exactly deserve a beauty prize.....

Don't go there anymore, you never know when it will be open. It has been twice this week and it is closed even though the website says it is open.

We had placed an order for three milkshakes: strawberry, banana and toffee caramel. Final score: three vanilla milkshakes, and the croquettes are also inedible. Service was fine but the order just wasn't made properly

Veal croquettes and beef croquettes are really tasteless here. If you are used to tasty croquettes such as Dobbe, Kwekkeboom or private label and then you taste this mess..... really delicious. I don't dare order anything other than fries anymore. Qualitaria, well, not so.

Over priced. A chicken burger with fries and a sad salade is about 10,50. It didnt taste all that good, not going back. The staff is great tho fun young people.

Bad. Healthy sandwich without egg, and no cucumber, but sour pickle. It came with salt and pepper, but no egg to put it on. Actually disappointed there for the umpteenth time, I won't go there again.

Super attentive staff, a bit noisy among themselves, but that is more because it echoes quite a bit in the room. But still 5 stars. The temperature in the snack bar was comfortable, It was also nice that there was a newspaper to read while waiting. The food is good, very tasty even, but the service leaves something to be desired. Longer waits than at comparable establishments, and children are sometimes overlooked as customers. I often come across the street to do some shopping, but due to the limited service, this place is not exactly inviting to go there more often. I hope this improves, because it's not the food.

Gem hidden in a mini shopping center.

The burger I ordered from the quality shop in Oudorp (Alkmaar) did not look anything like what it should have had. The mrs. Bullet burger. 4 measly pieces of pepper and 3 very thin slices of zucchini. The morazella was missing and instead I received a free hair from an employee.

Expensive, large, empty and with Lobo (proven top quality for years) a few streets away, I cannot imagine that this cafeteria will still be there in a year's time.
