Snackbar Kitsy's in Daalmeer/Koedijk

I'm not complaining at all, but the service here is so bad, unfortunately. I ordered fries and a snack three times. One of which was fries with ketchup for €3.85. I thought it was strange that they re-fried the leftover fries from a previous order. When I opened the bag, there were even fewer fries in it than a small portion at any other snack bar. When I showed them, the man and woman were very snappy and said there might be more in another container and we should share it. They had no intention of adding any extra fries. The other containers had a little more, but still very few. You could see the bottom of the container. This also made the fries lukewarm. And the cardboard containers the fries come in were soggy and wet. I'm never coming back here.

The fries are perfect! So are the cheese croquettes. The snack bar with peanut sauce is also recommended. The snack bar is clean and tidy. The interior is a bit outdated.

It's a snack bar, a perfectly good one at that. Just grabbing a quick bite to eat, etc., isn't cheap anymore.

I am surprised to read the many bad reviews. We have been coming to this snack bar for about 4 years and are always satisfied. Always everything made hot and quickly. We always collect it ourselves. Even when it rains, I think it is very difficult for delivery services to deliver fries and snacks warm, as it is a product that cools down quickly. I personally have not yet found a snack bar that can deliver everything hot and crispy. They are hard-working people, and I sometimes wonder if they are ever free. I don't copy them! I also experience the staff and owners as friendly, never had a bad experience. So I don't recognize myself in the reviews I read here. After saying this, let's go get a snack!

Great snack bar. Fast service and always had good food. We go regularly and the food is always excellent (for snack bar snacks). Good fries and tasty snacks. Hamburger sandwiches are also recommended, although they are large, which makes eating them not always easy.

Food itself is fine. But there are often miscommunications. And the light goes off while you're sitting on the toilet. Staff and owner know about it but do nothing about it. They then came at me aggressively after reading my review. Have been banned from entering. My friend was involved without having anything to do with it, and is no longer allowed in. Strange thing, this strange thing.

On February 28, 2024, I bought €39 worth of snacks for colleagues. Apparently people couldn't read the shopping list. Because everything was missing or the wrong food had been given. The Chinese staff gives the impression that they understand Dutch. Not so. Also refuse overtures for compensation. Annoying scammy snack bar!

Ball tent!! Always had a good time, but not anymore! Ordered a hamburger, it fell apart in misery. Wet and soggy. Fries limp, milkshake already melted. And oh yeah, delivery people can't read. Had indicated not to ring the doorbell because the baby was sleeping and what is that lame dick doing, ringing the doorbell!!! We call, indicate, the best gentleman indicates in very broken Dutch: yes, how should you eat? Well, uhm you were given hands by your mother!! It's a matter of knocking. The corona rules were carefully taken into account in the store. Employees are friendly and very quick, so we didn't have to wait long for the food. The food was well packaged and placed in a paper bag.

Been to Kitsy's several times in the snack bar itself, both alone and with large groups. Always fast service, large selection and good quality snacks.

I often order from Kitsys. I'm always satisfied. Fast delivery, very friendly staff and delicious food. I work in the catering industry myself and that is why I also check whether the areas are neat and clean. And that's it at Kitsys.

Still another star because the food wasn't bad... If you want your food delivered to your home, don't order from Kitsy's. The wait time is easily more than an hour. Ordered earlier this year and had to wait a long time, and months later it's not much better. To make matters worse, a portion of fries had also been forgotten, which is downright sloppy with a small order like ours. All very sad...

What strange birds here, my husband just wanted to order a soft ice cream but was looked at twice sheepishly upon entering and was not helped. A good afternoon didn't happen either. I can't reach this snack bar by phone even after calling three times. This girl clearly doesn't feel like working.

Bad business with extremely unfriendly owner. Misunderstands everything and solves it very unfriendly. Last time I come to this snack bar, next time an extra 5 minute drive to the Mare. At least they are friendly there! If I could I would have given 0 stars! Drama tent!

My surprise was great when I saw that 2 employees were properly wearing gloves and the two owners were not. My surprise was even greater when the gloves were not removed when operating the cash register and taking/receiving money... and then they continued preparing food.

Ordered Kapsalon with lamb. Not only was it delivered too late, but it was lukewarm and the meat was too large, making it undercooked. There were also hard pieces in it. Won't order from here again.

Unfortunately, they no longer have ham-made fries. But the new fries were well cooked. They did have a link via Google to their old website with old cheaper prices, so I sent my son to the snack bar with too little money, so he only came back with fries and not with the hot dogs that we also wanted. Fyi: I changed the link to their website on Google Search myself and it has just been approved by Google.

What a crappy tent. Advertise with 30 minutes delivery time, then take 2 hours! When they call they are just working on it... but then it takes another 20 minutes! In addition, considerably more expensive than other snack bars. First time, never again for us

Too bad, friendly service, but the quality is not good. Possibly because it was busy, but the Van Dobben croquette was more like a bite of potato flour that could go straight into the trash. The fries are mushy and not sufficiently cooked.

This snack bar is located in a nice central location in the mini shopping center in Daalmeer, which was recently renovated. The interior is modern and sleek and the staff is friendly and hard-working, so the waiting time is never (too) long.

9 times out of 10 they are not open at the stated opening hours and you are faced with a closed door. You regularly only receive half of your order. There are often products that they should not have in their range.

What poor service from the staff, a staff member even had to run after a customer who was already in his car because there was still a fried egg on the plate that they had forgotten !!

It's really bizarre, you have such a bad reputation and yet nothing is changed. Raw fries, frikandels were too hard, if you order a cup of peanut and a cup of onion you get it all together and the waiting times are not normal either. You are 5th and you still wait about half an hour to 45 minutes even though it is not busy.

The fries at Kitsy's are often too soft or too well done. The service is often very slow and it sometimes happens that colleagues at the Kitsy's get into disagreements among themselves while taking orders.

First tried to call 3 times to place an order, but no one answered. Well, I'll go there then. I can't order what I want to order because the burgers are gone... at 6:00 PM... And when I want to indicate that I tried to call, I am ignored. 👍🏻

You can eat delicious food there, but when I was there last time it took a very long time before my food was ready.

Last time I order here! Ordered food at 8:15 PM and got a call at 8:45 PM saying they were already closed. On the internet and home delivery it says that they deliver until 9:30 PM! All other times I often waited hours for my order

There has been progress since the new owner/owners. Orders are often complete, the service is often friendly and it is sometimes ready quickly. Too bad that the fresh fries with skin are out of the range.

On Monday, Jan 29 - waiter is arguing behind the counter - some George is unashamedly directing colleagues to the annoyance of all customers - eventually got my products - came home - fries poorly cooked (undercooked) - the only thing that was tasty , the croquettes were cracked open - really not recommended - so will never come again.

Fast is different... What slow guys. They have no system at all, it doesn't have to be that difficult, right? Last time here Update: they recently had fries that were edible... Homemade fries! Unfortunately, it was destroyed by vinegar pissers and now that dry, bland aviko rubbish again. Unfortunately, I heard that after I ordered.

Actually they deserve 0 stars. 1 fries mayo and picanto was always €4.20 (way too expensive, but hey, the fries were tasty), now €5.00!!! and now the fries are also made from unpeeled spuds. WHY!!! Gross rubbish, bad staff who are way too young and don't know how to fry, company managers who don't get it, etc. etc. etc. I won't be there anymore. You should too. BAD, BAD, BAD!!!

7-11 I had placed an order, on a Tuesday, now it is indicated that the order time is 35 minutes. After an hour and 30 minutes I called to ask if the order was already on its way, when I heard someone in the background shout 'they all say the order has already been placed', I asked to speak to the person who shouted that because it is just antisocial. They kept me on the phone for 5 minutes because the short, spicy lady didn't have time. When I called again there was no answer, the worst part is I live a 5 minute drive from them.

There are no hamburgers from the site, they have run out of ham and cheese soufflés, they have run out of bacon, the staff only knows how to say that, a 45-minute wait in the store, dirty tables. We'll never come there again

Our order was delivered incorrectly (cheeseburger without cheese, how difficult is it). If you call politely you get pushback, first they can't deliver the order again, then they want to write it down and finally they offer to bring ice cream... NEVER again wait 45 minutes for the wrong (cold) food. Really highly recommended.

Dishes or sauce are often forgotten when ordering. Such a shame when you find out at home.

What a rip off €3, for a medium milkshake it costs €2.20 And then they don't add straws either. The gentleman couldn't speak proper Dutch either and had to wait a long time at half past 8 in the evening 😬
