A joke of a place! Bad food and worst customer service. They take 2 + hours on delivery. Please do not order from them

Ordered from here via Uber eats , around 45 mins late and it still has not arrived. I am not able to cancel the order or get money back, The store is also not picking up! Do not order, you’ll just lose money.

he is weird they didnt let us wash our hands tho which is insane he offered disinfectant

Oke! This is the worst I ever had. They lying about delivery, they deliver cold food, cost too much! They lie on the phone. Really, the worst place ever. Be honest and get your shit together!

Delicious food and a super cozy atmosphere. The people who work here are always friendly and really make a difference. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Definitely recommended if you're looking for something delicious and a warm welcome!

The pizza is very good but the problem is the language barrier this guys don't understand English. I called to order two pizzas to be collected and was difficult because they don't know what half past four means. After all my wife went to collect and they didn't know there was an order placed so she had to wait.

Ate there 5 times already, the price is the best in Amsterdam, and you got a tasty pizza.

Ordered their pizza from uber eats. The order arrived 50 minutes late. Not only was it cold and the bread hard as a rock, there were paid for ingredients missing. When I tried to call the restaurant through the number provided in the app, nobody picked up. Overall horrible experience and I deeply regret ever even considering ordering their dishes. Worst 16 euros spent

The design is nice, but not really in sync with the products they’re selling. I had a pepperoni pizza which was ok but nothing to rave about. I had trouble paying,which is very unusual in Amsterdam, and the waiter had little patience for it.

Ordered two times on the same evening via Uber Eats. Two times cancelled after a very long wait and without extra info. In the end I waited for hours and no delivery was made. They don't pick up the phone.

So you come in for the lunch offer in my lunch time (between 12 and 13) and you ask for the lunch offer, but then they said they where out of stock, then he said i could only get it with a special app, with a name i could not even distinguish, anyway, no lunch offer for me...

They are just too rude…. I think he was owner and i just finished my pizza and sit there for more 10 min and he started yelling on me… unbelievable…….!

*Update: a day later downgraded 2 stars to 1 due to food poisoning.* The pizzas would be tasty, provided they were warm and/or the toppings were ON the pizzas instead of next to them. The fact that the employees do not speak Dutch is not a problem, but they also do not speak English, so communication is not possible in any way. Do you want to wait a long time for your pizza and then heat it up in your own oven, so that it becomes extremely dry? Then you might consider ordering here. However, a frozen pizza is cheaper, easier, faster and even tastier.

yesterday we went to the fireway with a group of friends, we simply loved the pizza, they are delicious

This place is “inspired” by the Blaze pizza chain in the U.S. I liked the pizza dough used and the tanginess of the pizza sauce. This is definitely a U.S. style pizza, not a super thin crust Italian style. What makes this chain unique/like the U.S. Blaze is that they have a “build your own” option that offers you to add as many toppings, cheese etc as you want all for the same price. They have cheaper options where they decide the toppings and for most people those options are good enough and well priced. They do tend to finish off the pizzas with a sprinkle of oregano - remember to ask for them not to add that if you don’t want extra oregano.

The service was very bad, they were rude and rude, the atmosphere was also bad, we had 4 pizzas that we could not eat, the employees did not speak Dutch and the so-called “180 second pizza” took 25 minutes before this dirty pizza arrived on my table. 1st and last time here, it wastes my money

We recently had a really delicious pizza. Was really recommended. A visit to the toilet afterwards made sure we didn't eat there again. What a horrible intention, yuck!

We bought a pizza and a pancake with Nutella and banana here for takeaway. The pizza was delicious, but the container where the pancake was supposed to be was filled with Nutella and banana. They just forgot to put the pancake in.

I often buy here with the same menu firestarter half hawaiian half bbq boss, but today I was served by a different person who was very unfriendly, and I ordered the same thing but he answered indifferently and I couldn't request the pizza I often buy!

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. There was barely any topping on the pizza and it was overdone as well. It was dry and sad. The garlic bread was super dry. Disappointing...

Me and my mom came to Holland for the Travis Scott concert and when we went here to eat was out last day in Holland. The pizza tasted so fresh and delicious and the service and the staff were magnificent and very kind with us. Totally recommend

This Is a margherita with buffalo cheese mushrooms and olives. 20 euro. And It taste as It look. Terribile.

This place is only made for tourists, Amsterdammers have no business here. Obviously they don't speak Dutch. Pizza couldn't be called pizza, let's leave it at that. Chicken tenders were "ok". Because of these kinds of shops, De Pijp is losing its soul.

I had to wait 1.5 hours for my order, 2 pizzas for €30...FROZEN pizzas. this was the worst pizza ever. It was LITERALLY out of a frozen package, asking 30 euros for it and making someone wait 1.5 hours. I really want my money back

Not only were the pizzas delicious, but the service was exceptional. Despite the time constraint and specific dietary requirements, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. FireAway pizza restaurant is a one of the good restaurant i went few months ago, their behaviour towards customer is so good even the environment is calm and hygiene. there's also plenty of Verity food items include Verity of pizzas, and other items

FireAway = STAY AWAY!!! Not to be too harsh, but this was the worst pizza I've ever had in Amsterdam in almost six years of living here. The dough was tasteless, too dry, and overly salty, and it was definitely not cooked well. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the cheese appeared to be spoiled. I felt nauseous after finishing it, and my wife almost vomited. I wouldn't even call it pizza. If you're considering trying it, I suggest changing your mind for your own safety

The food decreased its quality, the staff became unfriendly, and the restaurant does not have much of a good atmosphere. I ordered two pizzas, a side of chicken tenders, and a coke. I had it delivered and to my surprise, half of my meal was missing. I did not receive one of my pizzas and got only half an order of chicken tenders. The pizza that did arrive tasted burnt and looked like it was handled after being prepared and served. As for the tenders, they were somewhat burnt, dry and three of them were missing. I called the restaurant to inform them about this mistake and ask if it was possible to get the missing part of the meal. However, the staff member was not friendly and he showed not to care for my situation. I have not been able to get my refund, so I ended up paying for food that I did not receive. As for the atmosphere, the place feels uncomfortable to eat in as it is quite small and it’s missing better atmosphere, such as music and better decorations. I had been a customer for over a year now, however I would not recommend stopping by as, in my opinion, the food is not worth it anymore and the staff is not customer friendly.

This place is amazing. I just had an amazing meal. They do have great selection of toppings and you can customise your pizza. Potato wedges are freshly prepared and tastes real good. I really liked interacting with staffs too. Highly recommended place!!!

Eerst bezorgen jullie nooit mijn pizza waardoor ik voor niks op aan het blijven ben en op een gegeven moment maar moet accepteren om zonder eten naar bed te gaan en de dag daarna krijg ik een pizza die mij voedsel vergiftiging geeft. I ordered from them and the pizza really did not look like its photos at all. The taste was really mid-tier, I picked this place just because it seemed like a higher quality option that dominoes or papa johns. However when the food arrived it didn't really look like the photos at all, and just was not very appetising to eat. Additionally half of our order was incorrect (but luckily uber eats was able to resolve this for us with a refund).

The Perfect Pizza Experience Today, I had the pleasure of trying a pizza that left me speechless - a true masterpiece in the world of pizza. This culinary wonderland, nestled in the heart of the city, is none other than “FireAway pizza”

Pizza was not great, oreo milkshake was nice. We ordered through Uber Eats and one of the drivers was very very rude to us, and 4 pizzas of 8 were missing. We called the pizza place and the man on the phone was very rude to us when we were trying to find out what happened. Instead of explaining the situation and referring us to Uber Eats respectfully, he did so aggressively and had no patience for us. Bad experience overall

ordered Uber, pizza was great, so were the sides. Even though the Uber was over half an hour late (not the restaurant's fault, obviously), the sides were still hot - unfortunately the pizza wasn't, but after a few minutes in the microwave it was as good as if it was just taken out of the oven

Una piacevole scoperta per ricaricare le energie dopo una giornata a camminare in giro. Pizza non male, per essere una pizza non italiana e prezzi tutto sommato contenuti (cosa rara ad Amsterdam). Ambiente piccolo, ma carino.
