The pizza wasn't great and it was quite expensive. It's okay late at night, but that's about it.

They charge you €1 in cash to use the bathroom, which has no toilet paper, a broken soap dispenser, and obviously no soap.

This is the best pizza I have ever had! Have had the best in NYC and this is better. Try the sweet chili chicken. Kudos to Mohammed and Abba . Very friendly service and the best thing crispy crust you will ever have. Haven’t left store and crave another! Oh dear!

Open late 2am and not far from centre hotels. So after realising I hadn't eaten I seen this American Style Pizza and comes by the slice. Mixed and matched and one of the best pizza takeaways.

I'm not a takeaway food type of person but New York Pizza was my go-to when I lived in Amsterdam many years ago. Happy to see the food is still great and this outlet has very friendly staff who are also quick to fix any errors.

Good deal for a quick stop and if you just want a slice of pizza. Pizza was good, good location, place is small but enough for a small group. Pizza slice is a good size. Toilet- you have to pay 1euro.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit New York Pizza after seeing it recommended on TikTok. As it was our first time there, we took a moment to look at the menu and decide what to order. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was disappointing. The staff member at the counter appeared impatient and addressed us in a rude manner, repeatedly asking us to hurry while handling the utensils aggressively. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere, and we chose to leave without placing an order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Unfortunately, the salesman behind the counter was rude. We all bought food and drinks, and moreover, the pizza was dry. When we asked to use the bathroom, he said we had to pay one euro. Since when do you have to pay to use the bathroom when you are a customer in the same establishment? Obviously, we complained, but he kept making comments and compared the restaurant to a petrol station. Especially from reading the comments, the toilets are dirty.

Dirty food took an hour until I received my order there were hairs on my pizza absolute no go

I ordered a 4 Cheese pizza and honestly it was barely alright. For a pizza this size and quite thin, the price of 16€ is insanely high even for Amsterdam standards. There wasn't enough to eat and the taste was mid. Honestly I wouldn't come back to this place or pizza chain because I feel like it isn't worth it. The staff was very nice though.

We ordered four pizza slices and had a great experience. Everything was delicious, especially the Caprese pizza. The slices arrived hot and fresh, the place was clean, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily come back.

I came here 2 times durring my stay in a near by hotel -The place was always busy, but the lines move fast. -Good customer service, and fast paced. -I ordered a spicy mexican pizza i think, it was ready in about 10 min both times. -Pizza was good pizza, i would return. -Its in a area with lots of people and bars at night, so gets lots of younger people at night.

A small Hole in the Wall shop right in the tourist center. For a chain, the pizza is excellent, nothing like the rubbish you get from Pizza Hut and similar places. The dough is the perfect thickness, the toppings are plentiful and fresh, and the pizza is surprisingly delicious. The staff is quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

The serviceman was very impolite. I ordered today crispy chicken and 2 souces. After that I got some strange chicken fried. I had to pay for it and didn’t get my crispy chicken pop. Instead he insulted me, although I paid 9€ for nothing.

The man behind the counter was SO rude, we felt really unsafe. He was already grumpy when we were ordering because he thought we took too long to think and because we didn't want to get cookies. He said we were stingy Dutch people, and when we got the pizza, we even got the wrong slices. That really blew us up and he got really angry. He told us we weren't allowed to say anything anymore and said he doesn't like Dutch people. Well, then you're in the wrong country. (He was Bulgarian or something himself and didn't speak Dutch). This was truly antisocial and beyond words.

Yousef is relly good he treat us rely well and so polite . We was drunk we ask so many questions but he was patient with us.

The food is delicious, working hours are perfect but the staff is not friendly, we made an order of 2 slices of pizza and the cashier placed 3 slices, however instead of apologizing and being nice to us as customers he mentioned “it’s your order guys 🤬” and he was the one angry on us and so rude.

One of those places you go to after a night out. Pizza by the slice or made to order, open until late at night. A good option if you want to eat anytime, although don't expect pizza made by Italian masters.

The American pizza dough isn't cooked very well, and the same goes for the bread. It's garlicky. It's not bad, but I still find it a bit expensive, poor value for money.

I ate many pizza’s in different New York Pizzas around the Netherland but idh how this shop didn’t have delicious pizza’s like others. I used WC to wash my hands before eating but it doesn’t have liquid hand soap.

I would give it 0 stars if I could a slice is overpriced. They aren’t good either. I also ordered buffalo wings and they had no idea how to make them. They just gave me regular wings. Don’t recommend.

The pizza had METAL STRANDS OR SHAVINGS!!! We were shocked. I returned it and showed it to the worker, but told me it's not their fault and refused to give me a fresh slice. The workers are chatting by the staircase, leading to WC, thus blocking the way. You pay for the restroom, even paying customers. They even forgot another order of ours. Needed to remind them. Workers there are not handing out receipts. Check the store cams.

I am very disappointed with the service provided at this place even through the food was okay. One of the guys rushed me and my friends out of the shop when we were almost done eating the food and leave. I told the guy that he was being rude and at least let us finish the food, he responded by saying that he has been working for the last 10 hours and didn’t really care if we finished eating properly but wanted us to quickly leave. We eventually had to rush and I told him that I’m not going to visit this place again and he couldn’t care less. This is probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced ever!
