Florence Grillhouse & Pizzeria in Wijk 00 Made

Poor delivery time. They said they would deliver within 45 minutes. It took two hours before they finally delivered. The food was fine, but the delivery time was really bad. They also didn't answer the phone when you needed them.

I wrote in the delivery information to call the phone when the delivery guy would arrive, but no one even rang the doorbell... I found my order in front of the door, cold and on the ground... I will never order from Florence again, no matter how hungry I am.

Ordering here is a real waste of money. You pay almost 40 euros and get incredibly bad food. The pizza is incredibly salty and hard. The kapsalon (hair salon) is hardly worth calling it a kapsalon; there's almost no meat in it. Once and never again!!

We recently ordered a dish, and we'll never do it again, at least not from Florence. For almost 18 euros, it's almost as much meat as a regular sandwich for around 7 euros from any other place. Only the delivery person deserves a passing grade; otherwise, there are nothing but letdowns.

I checked Thuisbezorgd for the nearest delivery restaurant and, out of respect for the local business, ordered directly by phone to save the 19% commission they have to pay to Thuisbezorgd. The order arrived, and the pizzas that had a 20% discount on Thuisbezorgd were actually charged at full price. When I called, they acted indifferently and told me I should have ordered online. I also received a handwritten receipt because I paid with cash, which wasn't properly recorded anyway. Terrible, terrible service! The delivery driver was still at the door and could have given me a €5 refund, but they didn't encourage me to do so.

There was no atmosphere, they were only interested in their own family, and the shawarma that had already been reheated three times tasted like overcooked bacon. We didn't eat it, and nobody asked why. Never again.

Terribly bad, food left uneaten. Waste of money.

After internet promotion 10 euros per pizza, 20 minutes later I arrive at the door and find out that the promotion is not valid after all and additional costs will be charged at the door. Don't order anything

If you read my reviews they are always positive, unfortunately I cannot meet this requirement at Florence GrillHouse and pizza in Made. A long time ago I ordered Pizza for Family. These were really bad, I promised myself not a second time. Now they have recently changed their business, counter in the back and restaurant area in the front. A second chance... Why not!! Ordered one small and one large Döner Kebab sandwich to eat there. Two pita sandwiches were served with a small plate of kebab. Explained that for me, the Döner Kebab sandwich is on Turkish bread and not pita bread with loose ingredients. Second time, two small hard rolls were served, no Turkish bread. I asked the owner about the difference between the two sandwiches, because I had ordered a large and a small one!! There was no difference, so that's a mistake. I proposed to make a large hair salon and then settle a small one with him, so the difference should be resolved. I also had to look for the ingredients at the large hair salon. When paying, I was charged a large hair salon fee even though I had paid for a large Turkish bread donner kebab. His motivation was that he had put in extra, I thought never mind, this is the third mistake he has made. For me, the third time is the charm. I always like to go to a Turkish restaurant, in most cases it is so fantastic and delicious, but unfortunately I cannot recommend the above Turkish restaurant. From now on we will drive a little further for a tasty, high-quality sandwich.

Friendly service and delicious food

My hairdresser was wrong, ordered a mix with 2 types of meat but only had 1 type of meat. The fries were limp and undercooked. Received a new one after calling. But things go wrong there so often with orders. This was the last thing I ordered from there. The quality has become poor. And on the site it said that all hair salons were €10 on Thursday, but I just had to pay €14 for my hair salon. Now the discount has been removed from their site

Ordered 2 Turkish pizzas with donner via home delivery and it would take 30 minutes for home delivery. Finally received the order after 70 minutes and the food was not tasty. BAH!

The shawarma was inedible and had been thrown away and reported several times, so I won't go there again

This is not a recommended place to eat I was there waiting for a friend to come and I was sitting outside and I hadn't ordered anything yet my friend arrived and I wanted to order and then a woman came out and started to shout at me if I don't order anything that I have to leave I tell her I'm going to steal now the woman was aggressive and started to squeeze and push me while I was sitting in my chair she wanted to call the police for no reason and the food there is not good everything is made in the same pan for people who eat halal food food is made in a pan in which pork is made and garlic sauce bottle you can see that garlic has become hard because it is never cleaned you love yourself and want If you want to stay healthy and you don't want people to attack you for no reason, then I do not recommend this place.

Extremely disgusting food. The hair salon was heated up in the microwave and the cheese wasn't even melted. The meat was also unpalatable. The shop has holes in the ceiling everywhere and has not been cleaned since the Middle Ages. There are also holes in the benches, I think it has a nice and cozy atmosphere despite the horrible disgusting "food" they serve. Only a few spoke Dutch, but they were nice (I think) Wouldn't eat here for the fun or the good prices (they're crap) otherwise it's fine👍

Food is okay but prices are quite high.

Ordered 2 durum with chicken (1 of which was without cheese even though it was requested) Chicken is full of greasy bits, like rubber in every bite. Same as the chicken sandwich... Only pizza Margerita was good. Also very expensive. I spent €34.50 for 2 durums, a sandwich and a pizza.

Too late and not the right order. I tried to call back but the conversation lasted for 1 hour anyway. Very unfortunate if you normally get a reasonably good order.

Ik heb geholpen bij jullie en we kregen friet en pizza en dat waren een van de lekkerste dingen die ik ooit op heb 😋maar ik zat een paar uur later wel met diarree opmeet wc dus dat was minder😕

Gisteren lekker gegeten bij Florence. De smakelijke vleesschotel was vergezeld van super verse sla, tomaat en komkommer. Aardige, vlotte bediening.

Het is de laatste tijd steeds schoner aan het worden maar sinds kort. Lekker eten maar voor het geld beter naar korhan in Made gaan.

Niet best. 6 euro betaald voor een broodje dunner, blijkt het om een kleine pitta broodje te gaan met een heel klein beetje vlees en veel saus.

Absoluut de lekkerste pizza's en grillgerechten! Zeker een aanrader!
