Als voorgerecht zoals op de kaart gezet: Krokante wonton, geitenkaas creme, rode biet, tomaten chutney, basilicum € 17,50. Nou is een wonton een, uit de Chinese afgeleidde keuken,gevuld deegje, te vergelijken met een Italiaanse ravioli. Het voorgerecht bestond uit krokant gebakken stukjes kroepoek. Mijn kreeftensoep was weliswaar goed gevuld met rivierkreeftjes, maar stukjes kreeft ontbraken in de soep. Verder gaf de erge dik gebonden soep de indruk uit een pak/blik te komen. De soep was erg machtig. Het hoofdgerecht, Grote Gamba’s, knoflook, rode peper, peultjes, dikke frieten € 36,50: het gehele gerecht was overgoten met een dikke saus, de peultjes waren vervangen door snijbonen en wortel. Er werd geen schaaltje gedekt voor de koppen/afval van de gambas. De dikke frieten waren dun en smaakten naar olie.

As a starter as stated on the menu: Crispy wonton, goat cheese cream, beetroot, tomato chutney, basil € 17.50. Now a wonton is a filled dough derived from Chinese cuisine, comparable to an Italian ravioli. The starter consisted of crispy fried pieces of prawn crackers. My lobster soup was well filled with crayfish, but pieces of lobster were missing from the soup. Furthermore, the very thick soup gave the impression of coming from a can. The soup was very rich. The main course, Large Prawns, garlic, red pepper, snow peas, thick fries € 36.50: the entire dish was covered with a thick sauce, the snow peas were replaced by string beans and carrot. No bowl was provided for the heads/waste of the prawns. The chunky fries were thin and tasted like oil.

Last night 16-9-23, we had dinner here with friends, highly recommended, service in a homely atmosphere. No pushiness from the staff, you can stay the entire evening and set your own pace. Products tasted very good, despite the fact that it was September, we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden, but later in the evening we went inside because it started to drip. A really nice evening without rushing and delicious products.

Ronald weet steeds weer te verrassen met heerlijke smaakcombinaties en uitstekende producten en bereiding. Yvonne beheerst alle geheimen van een top sommelier en weet van iedere gang iets extra's te maken met een prachtige wijn inclusief verhaal over druif, wijngaard, huis, enz. De bediening steeds gastvrij, ontspannen maar correct.

Truly a restaurant that can be praised, extra delicious food and a very high level of service. You can feel the work done with love by the chef, who is of course very talented, in every portion of food. We have been several times but each time we are impressed. Had dinner for the first time last night at restaurant Het Ganzengors in Spijkenisse, And what a party, truly a great sensation, Pleasant service, delicious dishes and fantastic wines, and a good price-quality ratio, In short, highly recommended.

In het oude deel van het centrum van Spijkenisse vind je t Ganzengors. Het lijkt een gemiddeld restaurant. Maar schijn bedriegt. Ja op je bord geen creme-pjes, mouse, blaadjes., schuim... Maar gewoon superlekker eten. Het voorgerecht met kreeft, jacobsschelpen en wijnsaus was uitmuntend. De lamskoteletten met thijmjus waren top. Zelden zo n mooie frisse thijmjus geproeft. Wijnen bijpassend en in gulle glazen. Vriendelijke bediening. Wachttijden wat lang wegens personeelsgebrek. Maar ja daar hebben er meer last van deze tijden. Een aanrader.

Saturday March 5, 2022 attended the wine tasting organized by restaurant 't Ganzengors. It was fun, we tasted different types of wine, one was accessible, the other very heavy... but in the end we chose La Crema! Price: 21.50 per bottle. I will be back at the next tasting!

Finally able to enjoy the delicious dishes and delicious matching wines again. We enjoyed the garden of the restaurant.

Every week a different very affordable weekly menu. It is an accessible restaurant that serves delicious dishes with great matching wines. The owner is a registered vinologist and is very driven, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You can also have lunch there or have a nice drink in the wine bar. In addition to the restaurant, they also have a delicatessen with good products. You can also order a dinner box to prepare a delicious 2 or 3 course dinner at home. The weekly changing menu is prepared to such an extent that you only have to heat a few items at home. There is a clear description. There are also cooking and wine courses you can take and they regularly organize themed dinners.

Where do you start to review such a top restaurant, always friendly, super good and delicious food and such a shame that people think it is mega expensive here. But if you like good food and drinks and hospitality, go here, I can't live without it

1 juni 2020, tweede pinksterdag. De horeca gaat na tweeënhalve maand weer open. Samen met mijn ouders genoten van een heerlijke driegangenlunch met wijnarrangement bij 't Ganzengors. Vriendelijke bediening. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Fantastic ambiente and delicious food.

We enjoyed a 3 course takeaway meal tonight. Great mix of flavors where we realize that it is quite an achievement to prepare something in such a way that the right flavors emerge after simply heating it up at home. Clear instructions for the sea bass and a good matching wine. We'll do this more often!

Al jaren een gevestigde naam in Spijkenisse. Dit jaar bestaat het restaurant 25 jaar. Dat wordt gevierd met elke keer een zeer gevarieerd 3-gangenmenu. Prijs slechts 25 euro. Ronald Kleiburg zorgt als kok voor een heerlijke combinatie van eten. Vooraf aten we rivierkreeft, het hoofdgerecht was iberico varken met serranoham en t dessert was sinaasappel hangop met muntijs. Daarbij genoten we ook nog van een passend wijnarrangement van gastvrouw Yvonne Kleiburg. Een complete avond met prettige bediening in een mooi tempo geserveerd. Gewoon top! Een naam hebben is 1, deze waarmaken is (k)ook een kunst.
