Uncle Jannes is now permanently closed. Shame.

Ordered food, the guy didn't respond... crappy place... no wonder it went bankrupt... Amateur chef trying to play restaurant/cafe...

We ordered and paid online last week. After waiting for about an hour and a half, I called. Unfortunately, I received a recording that said Uncle Jannes was closed. We drove by and it really was closed! We emailed last Friday but haven't heard anything yet. The food is really great, but unfortunately, this isn't how it normally works. We'd like our money back.

I didn't think Uncle Jannes was really funny.

Unfortunately it is no longer as it was, very unfriendly and poor service. Unfortunately, the quality that was there is no longer there at all. We had a party, which turned into something that was ruined by their atmosphere. Never again for us!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very grumpy and unfriendly staff. What should have been a celebration ended up being an afternoon with a very bad aftertaste. And to top it all off, we were overcharged by €100, and couldn't even say sorry... never again for Uncle Jannes!

Called and then they reserved a spot for my truck. Great food for a normal price, with v friendly staff. See you soon again

Very cozy restaurant with a very nice outside terrace where there is also a barbecue. The cool bar and super nice people who work there make everything complete. So don't drive past it. 5 Stars

Had a delicious lunch. Friendly staff and service. Beautiful terrace and accommodation. At first glance it is a strange location, but if you look further it is a top place.

Delicious food on a beautiful outdoor terrace at the back of the restaurant.

I was able to celebrate my 50th birthday with Uncle Jannes, it was a great evening, I was able to sit outside on the terrace by the water with all my guests. This is an undiscovered pearl halfway through Spijkenisse. The food and service are also top notch!

Unfortunately, we no longer order from this business. After we ordered last week it arrived much too late. Products were forgotten and the fries were soggy and the panini was dirty. Actually completely out of order. This would be rectified this week. OK. Fine. Then you would say and think. We are going to do everything we can to get it right. Unfortunately too late again, of course the weather is bad, but if you call and after 20 minutes it would be there... and it's not there again... bizarre. And forgot another product and sweet potato fries almost black and tough sandwich... And then call and hear: you might have better luck at the local snack bar. 🤨. I should hope so... 🤙🏻

Just placed an order. Order incomplete. Ordered fries war but got fries mayo. Fries were cold. Ordered a hot meat sandwich, normally with fricandeau and peanut sauce, but this was fried ham slices, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. Everything too salty, fat and bread undercooked... Never order again!!!!!! Waste of money.

Fantastic dining options. Went for a rib salon on Claire's advice. Great choice. She was open to every question and suggestion. Great service. Portions were very large, but they pack everything neatly for you. Another delicious meal tomorrow. Only words of praise. We will definitely come back here.

Today we eat from Uncle Jannes This is definitely recommended. It was all deliciously hot and the portions were huge. We had the pork tenderloin satay for our son, two huge skewers of satay with satay sauce, fried onions, bread, prawn crackers and a large bowl of fries. Uncle Jannes' Snitzel 2 delicious Snitzels with vegetables, ham, fried egg, potatoes with onion. And the fish and chips again. Add fries. And a delicious salad with all 3 meals. To top it all off, uncle Jannes also delivered it himself. This man knows his trade. We are very satisfied with it and will definitely order more often and come and enjoy it on the terrace. Uncle Jannes has problem-solving skills, the food was delicious and the missing order was delivered quickly. In short, highly recommended, everything is very tasty And well cared for. The after delivery was compensated with two nice cans of cold cola, thanks Uncle Jannes

We had a super tasty meal from the spareribs bucket!! Everything you need, baguette with herb butter and a delicious homemade salad! Highly recommended and more than enough for 2 people!

Just something to eat quickly, fine

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here with our family and friends. At our request, they prepared a wonderful Mexican buffet of the dishes we suggested, which was appreciated by all our guests. All in all a successful party, thanks Uncle Jannes and staff.

I can't tell you much about Sister and Zo/Uncle Jannes. I have only been to this restaurant/bar for annual meetings. What I can say is that coffee/tea was available every time and this year we even had homemade iced tea in 2 different flavors at our disposal due to the warm weather, which was well received by all those present.

Cozy restaurant. Very nice owners and children. I went with two people who had had gastric bypass surgery. Because they can hardly eat out anywhere due to the large portions, this is really an ideal restaurant. People with a large stomach (or a normal one 😉) will also get their money's worth. There is really enough served, but small portions for people with a stomach reduction, at a reduction of 15%. Besides the discount, it's really nice, but it's especially nice that people with a stomach reduction can simply go out for a nice meal without having to pay the top price. Good food and nice people. 👍

Been many times in the past...always great. The order was only taken today after half an hour. A meatball is cut on a cutting board with the raw chicken still next to it. And after waiting for 45 minutes, the lady finally brought a cheeseburger to someone else... last time here...

Another delicious meal at Uncle Jannes's. Always a warm welcome in the restaurant. Very tasty soup, and a delicious steak, with a fresh salad! Too bad there are only a few places for the trucks, I definitely recommend it!

Had lunch on February 28. Unfortunately we were unable to order milk or fresh orange juice. Rotterdam Burger was very tasty. There were no other visitors present
