USTA in Waterland

I ordered a kapsalon and it arrived quickly (20 minutes). The ingredients were really good quality; if the ratio of fries to döner had been a bit better, I would have given it more stars. In the end, I mostly had fries (crispy and very tasty) and a slightly too-thin layer of döner on top. Because the ingredients were really tasty and fresh, and the sauce was also delicious, I got 4 stars.

Absolutely worthless hair salon, inedible and you wait almost 2 hours for it, once never again

€7 for a doner sandwich! How 😂. then you expect me to have a special bite. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. Half contained only green food.

Perhaps not the usual location for 'dining', but the food is very good and always plentiful. Staff work hard and have a customer-friendly attitude. Recommended. Also for takeaway and delivery.

This order was for delivery. In the end it arrived 45 minutes late and almost cold. Unfortunately we were not called to report that it would be a bit delayed.

Great shawarma place! Meat perfectly seasoned and tender, portions generous and the staff super friendly. The garlic sauce is delicious and the pitas are always fresh. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality hoarma!

I just received my order at 6:00 PM even though I ordered before 7:00 PM. So no hunger, so €13 in the trash.

Wonderful, this is actually my number 1 place to get a hair salon. They are incredibly tasty, but keep in mind that if you order and have them delivered, it may take longer than what is indicated. But the taste is certainly there. The inside is cozy, compact but with a good atmosphere.

Super spare ribs. Other dishes also good. But the new dish on the menu, the usta loaded fries, is really a winner.

Have had it delivered to Usta more often in the past and the food was good. Unfortunately the last two times have been very disappointing. The pasta is tasteless and the mushrooms are old and taste bitter. This was not the case before. The lamb shawarma only tastes of black pepper with paprika powder and with every bite the structure is very much like solidified powder between the meat. This makes it seem as if it is old meat that has lost its flavor with copious amounts of spices. Disappointing because they were very good in the past.

Nice little place with delicious food. We really don't want to miss this one here.

Only after an hour and a half does the order for Turkish pizza with donor and spaghetti bolognese arrive. The sous was everywhere and even through the bag, not accepted and had a new one delivered, this was within half an hour WITHOUT EXCUSES, but anyway it was finally there, the sous was minimal and with maybe 20 grams of minced meat, the Turkish pizza, the raw vegetables in it were normal. cooked I think they cleaned the spaghetti ball so no new one most of the sous was in the bag so not enough sous in it and too Turkish pizza new packaging and heat it up in the microwave. So no more Usta for me.

First time ordering here and the last time. Called after 1.5 hours and was told that it was busy and that we would start now. After calling and asking for delivery within half an hour, my order finally arrived (after 2 hours) (everything medium). Then just make it a big one due to poor delivery, that is a small compensation. Food was good by the way, I didn't expect anything else 😉

Too bad Usta, this is the 2nd time, the 1st time I didn't say anything about it. But my grandson comes to pick up one sandwich and it still goes wrong. I don't think it's that difficult without lettuce and onions. And what does the döner kebab sandwich contain lettuce and onions.

In terms of a nice hair salon, but it contains more fries than meat, unfortunately I see that more often since I order in Spijkenisse. I also notice that in Spijkenisse the food is a lot more expensive than in Rotterdam and the quality is somewhat lower. The food was delivered very quickly

Simple little grill house in the middle of the shopping square. I always take the pasta carbonara with ham and my wife the lamb shawarma in a pita bread. Always good food so far. Both for delivery and collection.

We recently moved to Waterland and we now regularly order from USTA. I'll be honest, the food is exceptionally good, we are very pleased, exceptionally good service, yes, I hope to order more next year, really perfect.

I have now ordered from Usta about 3 or 4 times and am very pleased with it. As a vegetarian, I have fewer options at many eateries, but I am deeply impressed by the vegetarian/vegan choices at Usta. I ate the kapsalon with vegan kebab & shawarma and these were delicious. Good portions, fresh products, enough sauce & cheese. Really nothing to complain about. They are sometimes a little later in delivery, but that is not something I worry about. The quality of the food makes up for it completely. For me, there is no other grill restaurant in Spijkenisse than Usta.

Small complaint about the delivery, not about the quality of the food because that is simply great. However, I called after a review and it was resolved promptly and of my own accord. Good service.

Post a review after the fifth order. We don't complain if the delivery person is 10 minutes early or 20 minutes late. We care about the quality of the food. Your spare ribs are really great and fall off the bone every time, piping hot and tender. Both the sweet and the fresh garlic variant. So far the tastiest in Spijkenisse for us. Keep up the good work, gentlemen and ladies of team Usta!

Wonderful vegetarian hair salon! Highly recommended, hopefully it will remain on the menu. We will order more often. Delivered on time and everything was complete, even the extra cutlery requested.

When we placed our order the restaurant was empty. We then had to wait an hour for our order. Customers who came after us all left with an order earlier. When I commented that it took a long time, I was told that I should have asked in advance how long it would take. When I got home it turned out that the shawarma had been baked for far too long and there was no sauce and it was no longer edible. This is the last time we order something here

Called on Sunday, girl on the phone said that Thuisbezorgd.nl was very busy. Delivery would take 1.5 hours, but self-collection could take half an hour. After half an hour it was neatly reported, but it was not ready yet. After waiting more than fifteen minutes I had my order (doner sandwich with extra meat and kapsalon XL). This time it was disappointing. There was little taste to it. The previous times it was much better, hence the 4 stars, but I have eaten better elsewhere, my brother also said. Especially because it's not super cheap either.

Just received food, instead of receiving 6.19 at 6.40. Last time, 1 tray of meat was delivered too little. Now no meat in the hair salon, and 2 small slices of mergez on a sandwich. Everything goes wrong every time, home delivery!

Excellent food, especially with takeaway. But delivery is always a problem. If you order before 4:00 PM, the delivery time will be 6:45 PM. They come knocking at 7.40 pm... such a shame... from now on just pick up

In short, a very bad restaurant, not recommended. Lack of sauce on hamburger. Kapsalon with burnt fries. Donner sandwich instead of shawarma. There are much better restaurants in Spijkenisse that don't make mistakes. When you call they say it's not the case. Also not customer friendly, be honest, admit mistakes and don't appease someone. With the next order you will get this or that for free.

Great business with the best hair salon in the area. It always takes a while for your order to be ready, but it has always been worth it so far.

Ordered a satay dish and ate it in the small cozy restaurant. You get a nice large portion that has really been taken care of. 4 skewers of satay, choice of chicken, beef or pork tenderloin. You can also choose from fries, potato slices or rice. The salad was also a generous amount. Smooth service, nice ambiance and friendly staff. Highly recommended, I will definitely go here more often.

Good customer-friendly business

If you order, it is better to pick up. Something is always missing. However, even when you pick it up, it's not quite right, to put it politely. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the fries that they would deliver. I even get a call when I would pick it up. Their excuse was that they are busy. Then I wonder which part of that is my problem.

I will never order anything from here again. Called in an order today 2 hours and fifteen minutes ago. I was informed in advance that due to the crowds it would take an hour before I would receive my food. That's absolutely fine, you can adjust to that. Called an hour and a half later to check the status. I was told that my order was ready and would be delivered to the delivery person at any moment. Half an hour later no food arrived. So called again. It was reported that the delivery person was on his way and would be there any moment. 10 minutes later I received a call but was too late to answer. Called back immediately. Immediately went to voicemail. This up to 4 times. The fifth time it rang but was not answered. We called again and got the lady on the phone who delivered the order but indicated that she had already returned to the business. She claimed she rang the doorbell and knocked on the window several times. There were several people in the living room and no one heard anything, so I don't believe that at all. We canceled the order and have now placed an order with Atlantis! If you can't handle the crowds: no is also an answer!
