Went for lunch, it was quiet, we were early, good service and fantastic food, the goat cheese salad... delicious, was great

Had a wonderful lunch this afternoon with two former colleagues. The food was excellent, the coffee (and nougat 😁) were delicious, and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be back 👍👍

For 17,50 € you get a pre-made hamburger. For a restaurant this was the worst quality hamburger for that price I have ever had in NL. I had better at a snack bar, at least they were honest about quality and price.

It started off well, with friendly waiters. The minestrone was tasty, and the avocado fries were great too. It did take a bit longer to get the soup, but that wasn’t a big issue. However, we then had to wait over an hour for two Angus burgers, and when they finally arrived, both the meat and buns were dry and partly burned. When the waiter came to ask if everything was okay, I told him about the overcooked food and long wait—but he simply turned around without saying a word or taking any action. Very disappointing.

Enjoy a nice meal outside on a warm summer evening, friendly service, delicious food and what I found most important: after each course they asked if the next course could come. So not like gulp, pay and go. The unexpected ice fountain for my birthday made it complete.

The men first did a beer tasting, that was a great success. Then the rest of the families joined us inside and we all had a nice meal. Everything was well taken care of and definitely worth repeating 👍

Nicely decorated business in a newer part of Spijkenisse. Unfortunately, there was too little service, so it took a long time and our group was not seen. The staff present worked hard to make something of it. The spareribs were good, the steak ordered medium rare was well done, the re-delivery was fine, only the sauce was forgotten. Extra fries were delivered quickly. Our experience resulted in a decent four stars out of two points.

We arrived with a group of 4 at 6:00 PM and arrived on time. Had a starter at half past seven and our main course did not arrive until 8 o'clock, we waited an hour and a half for it, no one was hungry anymore, it's a pity that it took so long, but we also thought the food was very mediocre, a pity about this experience.

Nice specialty beer cooling with lots of choice. Food is excellent value for money. Not very special, but good. Service does its best. Little experience, a lot of enthusiasm. Very friendly. Were the only ones inside. Some loud hip music, that was a bit less. There is a cozy light corner at the front of the window.

Very bad we had to wait more than 1.5 hours for our food. When the food finally came it was lukewarm. I had spareribs myself, which were lukewarm and very bland in taste. My wife had tenderloin tips. These were also lukewarm. And all you could taste was garlic. This was the first and last time at the harbor house.

The food was good again, no comment on that, but the service was less so. When the main course arrived they forgot to bring the salad and the fries sauce. When we ordered dessert, they had not yet removed the plates from the main course. These were things that we are not used to with you at all. It was a shame, the experience of a nice evening out for dinner was therefore disappointing.

Have had lunch here twice now. Both times we received a warm welcome from the staff! The sandwiches are delicious! We had the carpaccio sandwich and the steak sandwich! Both were very popular! Definitely worth repeating! See you soon!

TOP one of the best spare ribs I had. you put your knife in and the meat falls off like butter, so tender, so tasty. staff was also chill and friendly. Me and a buddy wanted a cocktail and we said whatever and we got a nice drink. At checkout they asked if we wanted a piece of candy so I ordered about 100 and we got a whole bowl full of candy. thank you for the sweets and cavities in my teeth.

Beef tenderloin tips with peppers and mushrooms and garlic sauce. It turned out that we were out of mushrooms, so we only added peppers. Wasn't what I wanted. Garlic sauce was not garlic sauce. Tasteless. It was said that the cook was a substitute. No more Havenhuys for me for the time being.

Bij het zoeken naar een restaurant kwam ik het Havenhuys tegen. Is echt een aanrader . Het is echt een ouderwets gezellig, vriendelijk restaurant. Bij binnenkomst werden we hartelijk welkom geheten . Tijdens het eten paar keer gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Er werd goed in de gaten gehouden of je nog genoeg te drinken had en vriendelijk personeel.. Waar heb je dat nou nog!! Kom zeker terug hier.. Bedankt voor de leuke avond!

Had lunch and now also for dinner. The restaurant itself looks inviting. All the dishes we chose so far looked beautiful and were well prepared. Fresh products are used. The atmosphere is good and the service friendly. There are always some small points to consider, but overall it is definitely worth coming back, even though we don't live in Spijkenisse, that says enough.

Hoewel we in Spijkenisse wonen, waren we niet bekend met dit restaurant. Dat blijkt nu een gemis voor ons. Nu we het ontdekt hebben gaan we zeker vaker terug. Mooi pand met een fijne sfeer, super personeel en overheerlijk eten. Met speciale dank aan Mika😉 die het extra gezellig maakte.

Heerlijk gegeten, vooraf lekkere uiensoep daarna voor mij de varkenshaas medaillons met champignonsaus. Voor mijn man ribeye met pepersaus. Daarbij verse salade en verse patat. Allemaal lekker mals vlees alles vers, dessert limoncello ijs met slagroom. Hele fijne bediening allemaal even vrolijk en vooral klantgericht, gewoon toppers. Zijn hier vaker geweest nooit klachten gehad dus top

Went for dinner today with our friends from Maasland on our recommendation. Things went well until after the main course. We were given a menu for dessert and we sat on the table with it for over half an hour. No one came to ask if we had made a choice. Finally got up and went to pay. We are really not used to you. Unfortunately it had to run xo.

Good service, food in a homely atmosphere at the harbor in Spijkenisse

After an hour we received the starter, and 45 minutes later the main course. The lady at the counter is a very unpleasant lady who barely utters a word. In short, it is fine, but the reception and service is terrible. This is the second time we have been disappointed here, so we will never go here again!

This restaurant, which we visited last Friday, is nicely located in the center of Spijkenisse and has a good atmosphere. Parking is very easy in the nearby very large parking garage and you can reach the restaurant in 2 minutes. The service is attentive and super nice and pays a lot of attention to the customer. The food is delicious and prepared with love, so it was delicious! In other words, if you want a nice meal and enjoy a nice place with good staff, a varied menu and delicious food, then this is definitely recommended!

We spontaneously stopped by Havenhuys and were very happy with everything. The drinks, food and service were great. The starter came relatively quickly, we had to wait a bit for the main course and later until we could order the bill, but since we were on vacation and in no hurry, that was okay.

Super cozy restaurant, super sweet and nice service, also for our little girl, she is always thought of, the drinking bottle is filled when necessary, she gets nice cucumbers and she doesn't eat desserts yet, but she does get a nice dollop of whipped cream in her own bowl The food is always super tasty, everything is good, and the tenderloin is delicious.

Good food, but a bit pricey for the large portions you get. It could also be better in terms of service. We were with a large group (reserved in advance) and with every course there was something that had been forgotten. Furthermore, the staff was friendly.

As a culinary critic I can only conclude that we had an excellent meal. Something for everyone on the menu. The salmon carpaccio was good, just needed some salt flakes. Good portion of meat (picanha), perfectly prepared (compliments to the chef). Good tenderloin tips. Tasty fries. Filled tasty 'non-standard' salad. Excellent chocolate and cheesecake. Market prices, good portions, we had just enough room for dessert. Extensive beer list with characteristic beers of varying types. The service in particular was pleasant and did everything they could to ensure that the customer had a nice meal, according to the book. Attractive place despite the modern base, good chairs, sitting outside is also possible. We'll be back.

Dinner for group was full evening. The food was tasty and very good, by serving the dishes at some intervals it was pleasant to sit together at the table. Worth repeating.

The restaurant and the service are cozy and friendly. Price-quality ratios are ok. We love coming there.

The first thing that comes to my mind is; I don't know (what kind of restaurant is it). It is a big deal where wallpaper with a brick motif must provide the rustic character. You have to create the atmosphere yourself. The staff is very nice, but they don't actually know what they are serving. The wine list is very limited and yet they don't know the four types of wine they serve. All in all I would give them a 6.5. Which is a shame, in the summer you can get tasty, good quality snacks on the terrace (unfortunately in the shade). Perhaps I recently had dinner here with too high expectations.

Leuke inrichting, vriendelijke ontvangst. Voorgerecht garnalencocktail redelijk. Hoofdgerecht ossenhaas goed gebakken. Maar aan de presentatie kan nog wel wat worden verbeterd. De inkoper van de wijn moet op cursus. Zeer beperkte keuze en slechte kwaliteit. Bediening reageert niet op vragen.

Food was nice, but we got a lunch menu and was shocked by the prices. I thought it was a good price for just a snack at lunchtime. 18 euros for a hamburger sandwich and a small basket of fries for the two of us. No, rather a few steps further and to the crooked, much cheaper and also good.

Had dinner here yesterday as we have been married for 44 years. Highly recommended.

geen leuke avond gehad, de ober kwam de bestelling opnemen en hij begroette ons met "HOI" daarna kregen we onze borden, met vlees en op het bord ook een bakje met, het zag eruit als in de magnetron opgewarmde saus. Vlees was goed maar we kregen voor 3 personen een klein bakje friet (hetzelfde als voor 1 persoon) en een vingerhoedje mayonaise in een papieren bakje (zonder lepeltje oid) Op onze vraag of di gebruikelijk was kregen wij als antwoord dat dit het was en als we meer frites en/of mayo wilden konden we het, tegen betaling!!!, bijbestellen. Samen met 2 glaasjes wijn en een flesje water moesten we € 90,- !!!! afrekenen en binnen 1 uur stonden we alweer buiten. Kortom geen reden voor herhaling

We like to eat at Havenhuys often. The food is always top notch, the service treats you almost like family, the wine is delicious and there is always a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. It feels like a warm bath. I regularly come for cocktails with a friend on Thursday evenings. They are very good and dirt cheap. Of course, the bitter garnish should not be missing. Enjoyed a 5-course Christmas menu on Christmas Eve. Well looked after and once again a delicious meal. Thanks everyone

Beautiful day in Spijkenisse, my daughter was there for school, so we took a look at what there was to do. Unfortunately no service here…. The gentleman behind the bar thought tasting was more important and the only waiter had to rest from serving 1 table. So unfortunately peanut butter the Havenhuys!

We had not been here yet, the food was very tasty, we had tenderloin with mushroom sauce and ribeye with pepper sauce, both wonderfully tender, nicely seasoned sauces, nice and creamy Deliciously fresh salad, tasty fries. For dessert limoncello ice cream with whipped cream and to finish delicious expresso and cappuchino, service super nice atmosphere was also great. In short, we will definitely come back here

Heerlijk gegeten, met erg mals vlees, genoeg keus en Bediening was erg vriendelijk en snel. Zeker een aanrader.

Het was een matig diner wel erg vriendelijke bediening. Uiensoep was waterig en net boullion. Spareribs waren erg flauw van smaak en de ketjap saus was gewoon uit een flesje. Aan de rib-eye steak zat wel erg veel vet. Huiswijn was ook erg matig. Helaas was dit de 1e maar ook de laatste keer, zonde.

Excellent food. The tenderloin with pepper sauce was very good, the rest was quite mediocre. The tenderloin tips with mushrooms and peppers tasted a bit different. The service also mixed up some things, which meant that one of us had to wait a little longer for the main course. Everything was resolved neatly and the staff was very friendly.
