A very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow; we had to wait over 50 minutes for sushi, and the food wasn't served at the same time. An inappropriate comment from the server (you shouldn't come on weekends) made matters worse. The checkout process was also chaotic, and the portions were too small for the high prices. A waste of time and money; we won't be back.

Despite our reservations for 8:15 and 8:30 PM, we were turned away because they don't take tables except for dessert or coffee. Strange, weird, that's not how you treat people who make reservations.

My girlfriend had made a reservation at Graça for my birthday. Upon arrival, we noticed the restaurant was divided into two sections: a restaurant and a bakery. It was a Sunday evening, and we wanted to make it a special dinner. Unfortunately, things quickly turned sour. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted and had to wait until someone was available. This can happen, so we were understanding, but the restaurant only has about 20 tables at most, so it wasn't exactly chaotic. Finally, we were shown to our table: a small table on a bench, right next to the bakery area, close to other guests. For a birthday dinner, I'd hoped for a little more privacy. We saw a row of tables for four people was free, so we sat there. Simply because we wanted more space and because the other tables were really small. Then the manager (or owner) came over. Instead of showing understanding, he asked in a rather rude manner why we were there. I explained that it was my birthday and that we'd like to sit a bit more quietly—especially since everything was empty. His response: "If I make an exception for you, I have to make one for everyone. Go back." I suggested we could move if that table was needed, but he simply retorted, "You heard what I said." So we went back. Five minutes later, he came back to us and asked what we wanted. At that point, I'd had enough. We got up and left. For a restaurant that easily charges €70+ per person, this kind of treatment is incomprehensible. The service was unfriendly, rigid, and completely unwelcoming. A huge disappointment, especially on such a special day. For us: never again.

Let's start by saying the food was absolutely delicious. I'd recommend the pumpkin soup if they serve it that day. The cheesecakes are also wonderful. Serving was a bit inconsistent, where some parts of the experience were smooth sailing, other parts didn't get picked up with our order, or took much longer than the rest. I'd still return here though, because as soon as the food did arrive, it was more than worth it. Food is halal and drinks are non alcoholic. There are veggie options, some listed with a V, but some are definitely veggie but don't have the mark. So take your time reading the menu, or else you might miss those.

Everything was fast and attentive — you could really feel that the waiter cared. They didn’t leave you sitting alone for too long with an empty plate or without checking in. They kept coming by to ask how everything was and whether we needed anything else. No delays, no issues — just great service and fantastic food. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was completely unremarkable. The table we were at was barely cleared, and meanwhile, you could see some sort of manager sending young girls to the other side. Apparently, VIP treatment, while we paid through the nose, was not good service. We waited so long to order dessert that we just left.

A really beautiful restaurant. Different sections with different interior ambiances. The food was delicious. It's a shared dining concept, so the three of us ordered a few dishes and shared them. The beef carpaccio, wafer-thin with a delicious sauce. (The sauce was well-balanced.) I recommend the tempura broccolini. Not too salty, so the flavors really shine. And then the crispy chicken—what a treat! Delicious spices and still tender on the inside. For our main sharing dish, we went for the lamb rack. Nice and medium rare. Luckily, that was well-prepared. And then the chicken thighs. You might think it's a simple dish, nothing special. But it was perfectly executed. Nice and tender, and the sauce was excellent. We went for the spicy sauce version. All in all, highly recommended if you want to eat well in Osdorp. But at a high level. Excellent. Keep up the good work! The only criticism is that it was a bit chilly. But I was seated near the front door.

Terrible service. Went there yesterday and had to wait two hours for drinks. After asking five times, the staff was also unfriendly. The food also kept arriving in batches every half hour. And then you pay a fortune for it. Never again.

Unfortunately, this evening was the complete opposite of last year and a huge disappointment. We returned to this restaurant full of enthusiasm, having had a wonderful meal there last year. There were five of us and we were seated at a table right in front of the kitchen, where the staff constantly walked past us. It was completely uninviting and absolutely not suitable for a night out. Things went wrong right from the start: when a bottle fell over (accidentally hit by us), the waiter placed a final bottle of drink on our table and then simply walked away without a word or help. We cleared the drinks ourselves with our napkins. Only after we approached someone (probably the owner) did he come with just two napkins to "clean" the sticky table. No attention or apology whatsoever. The shared dining concept seemed completely misunderstood. We initially only received a plate of sushi, and only after half an hour did we receive the rest of the appetizers. The carpaccio was utterly disappointing: hardly any arugula, almost no Parmesan, and the color and flavor were neither fresh nor appealing. The main courses also went awry. Dishes arrived 10 to 15 minutes apart, without any order or explanation. The staff bent over us to bring everything or just shoved it onto the table without any explanation. The tuna tataki was anything but tataki. The sirloin steak was tasteless and bland. Only the chicken thighs and fries were okay. The corn was in uneven pieces and so spicy it was inedible. Unfortunately, the desserts didn't improve matters. Of the five desserts, three arrived first, and the other two only half an hour later. The San Sebastian cheesecake was everything but the San Sebastian dessert itself. The Dubai cheesecake had kadayıf threads that weren't even baked, just white and raw. We were given EATING/SOUP SPOONS for the desserts. When we asked for dessert spoons, we were told they were all gone! An overrated, expensive restaurant where the staff doesn't understand the concept and the kitchen lacks taste, finish, and timing. What was once a fine restaurant has now become an expensive disappointment. An evening we'd been looking forward to, €300 later, without any experience, service, or quality. It was our last time. I definitely don't recommend this restaurant.

Saturday night, I went out for dinner with my family. After all the TikToks and online ads, we thought this would be a nice, family-friendly place, but what a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us. No hello, no welcome, nothing. We just stood there like we were air. Finally, we walked through and approached someone who looked like a manager. He asked if we had a reservation. Yes, we did, at 7:45 PM, right on time. The reservation was in the system, but the communication was so chaotic that it seemed like they didn't know what to do with us. After some fumbling, we finally got a table, but from that point on, it only went downhill. We were seated at 7:50 PM, but didn't get our menu until 8:30 PM. We waited 40 minutes for a simple menu. During that time, we approached several servers, but no one could help us because "everyone had their own tables." Seriously? Listening to one simple question could have saved so much time… We decided to look at the menu online, which we struggled to do due to the poor reception (not that they can do much about that). Our order wasn't finally taken until 8:35 PM. Five minutes later, the waiter returned with the blunt message that the food would take "between 45 and 50 minutes." Excuse me? We'd been sitting around for almost an hour without anything, and then we'd have to wait another 50 minutes for our food? And he only mentioned that afterward! If we'd at least let them know, we would have gone somewhere else long ago. Then the drinks… they arrived quickly, but were half full of ice. They tasted good, but what good is it if my drink melts within ten minutes because the food is nowhere to be seen? And then the worst part: the dishes arrived one after the other. It was like being at an all-you-can-eat restaurant with mini rounds. Who eats edamame alone while the rest of the food arrives later? And as if that wasn't bad enough: the meat was COLD. The prime rib and ribeye, dishes you're always looking forward to, arrived literally cold. After waiting almost an hour and a half, you get cold food? Simply scandalous. And what really made it worse: not a shred of empathy from the staff. No apology, no acknowledgement of how ridiculous this all was. We only got a cold look of "well, it happens." No, this can't just "happen." We were there with two children, we had made a reservation, and we were treated as if we should just be happy to get a table. The food itself tasted fine, that's the only positive thing I can say. But that doesn't make up for the chaos, the lack of service, and the zero sense of hospitality. In short: on TikTok it looks like a great place, but in reality it's a complete mess. No organization, no respect, and absolutely no empathy for their guests. I don't know why I would give it a second chance. ⭐☆☆☆☆ – 1 star purely for the taste, otherwise it's a complete disaster.

A unique dining experience in Osdorp. We wanted to grab a bite to eat before attending a performance at the Meervaart Theatre and stumbled upon Graça. When I made my reservation, I'd indicated I was vegan, and Graça accommodated me wonderfully. I received a call to say they didn't generally have any vegan options on the menu, but they did have vegetarian ones, and that they would be preparing a few vegan dishes especially for me. We had a truly delicious meal, and the staff was very friendly! We didn't miss our glass of wine 😉

The flavor of the inside was strange and unnatural; the kadayif strands were limp and bland, and the whole thing tasted unfresh. We politely pointed this out, but the response we received was that Graca doesn't use old products and that other guests had never mentioned this. This made us feel unheard, even though the four of us experienced the same thing. When I even offered to let them taste the pastries, it was rejected. That felt disappointing, because the difference between "not liking something" and "tasting it as if it wasn't fresh" wasn't recognized. For €64 (three pastries and drinks for four people), we expected a bit more service and understanding. In the end, we left the pistachio pastry alone after the four of us had tasted it – it was €11 that, unfortunately, went uneaten.

My cousins and I had dinner at the restaurant for the first time yesterday . I would recommend this place 100%. The service is good, the cocktails were on point 10 out of 10 and the food was super delicious. Everything we ate was cooked to perfection and the flavors were bussing.

Extremely poor food and poor quality! Extremely overpriced and overrated! I want to warn people about this. I've rarely eaten so poorly, or at least hardly at all. I had high expectations because of the good reviews. However, I can only say that the sweet potato fries, beef sushi, and sparkling water were excellent. The carpaccio was edible. But that's all there is to it. Tastes differ, but this wasn't a matter of taste. The carpaccio was pale. It had just a little truffle sauce on it and a tiny bit of arugula. Oh yeah, and some dry chips; I have no idea what those were supposed to be. It was tasteless. The spicy tuna sushi was inedible. It was also grayish, smelled strongly of old fish, and tasted like old fish with sambal. The eggplant seemed to have been boiled in water with a lot of hummus, so it only tasted like hummus; we left it. The shrimp pirri pirri was watery and tasteless. We tried to make it edible with salt and pepper, but without success. The shrimp tasted soggy, like old frozen shrimp. Six pieces were also way overpriced at €17.50. The icing on the cake was the scallops. I've never eaten such disgusting scallops. They tasted like lemongrass, one scallop wasn't cooked properly and released a lot of liquid, and the other was cooked dry. All in all, we paid €140, money down the drain. We asked if the tuna sushi could be removed because it just didn't seem right. Unfortunately, we didn't get any help. With dissatisfied customers, you kind of expect a solution, but no. In short, money down the drain. The restaurant itself looked nice, and the waiter was a friendly young man. The atmosphere was dead; there was no background music, just a dull restaurant. We'll never come here again. And we hope this will save others.

Last Sunday, we wanted to dine with you. We heard the kitchen wouldn't open until 5:00 PM. No problem, we thought. We moved to the coffee lounge across the street and decided to have a drink there. We ordered two cappuccinos and asked if there was anything nice to go with them. There wasn't a dessert menu, but the waiter suggested a few options from memory. We chose a tiramisu cheesecake. We ordered one to share. The drinks took a while to arrive, even though it wasn't that busy. This is something we recognized from a previous visit. Eventually, the cappuccinos and tiramisu arrived. Everything was delicious, and the tiramisu was even surprisingly good. After this, we decided to pay. The bill for two cappuccinos and one tiramisu was over 20 euros. The cappuccino cost €4.50 each, and the tiramisu turned out to be €11. Eleven euros for one dessert. It's not about us being unable to afford it, but about what we're actually normalizing. Even at upscale vegan hotspots, you rarely see a dessert costing more than €7. We wondered: what justifies €11? Special ingredients used? A sustainable concept? No idea. Even then: transparency is the least you can expect as a guest. Where is the dessert menu? If we had seen this amount on a menu, we probably wouldn't have ordered it. Precisely because we don't want to normalize these kinds of prices. We've been to you twice now. Both times, it was striking that the target audience is very normal and diverse. That makes it even more strange that such prices are being charged, but maybe we're in the minority? For us: charging these kinds of prices so inconspicuously without clear communication not only feels unnecessarily expensive but also simply unacceptable. As guests, we want to know in advance what we're paying for. Because it's okay to offer something more luxurious, but be clear about that. On the other hand, we find the price of the dessert absurd. A shame, because the atmosphere and quality are really good. But this takes the fun out of the experience for us.

If you want something different than the standard restaurant, this place is definitely recommended. That everything is halal and you don't have to ask for every dish is also nice. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. We had a delicious meal with our family. The starters in particular were really delicious and I definitely recommend them. Main courses were also tasty but they arrived cold and I don't really like that with meat. Despite the fact that they asked how we wanted it cooked, everything came medium. It didn't spoil the fun but for that price it's a shame. We didn't say anything about it but next time I will send the plate back. The desserts are really delicious, The service was great, very friendly and helpful.

I normally never post reviews but this place was really 10/10. Haven't had such delicious fresh sushi in a long time and the staff was also super nice, we will definitely come back.

Delicious food and great that it is completely halal. Enough choice in the food and the mocktails and home-made lemonade are also very tasty. Atmosphere in the restaurant cozy, warm, modern. Service also top, good passage of serving and very polite, friendly service. We will definitely come back.

Graca is in my opinion way too expensive for what they deliver. Despite the high prices, the quality of the food is disappointing. I tried almost everything on the menu, but the dishes almost all lacked flavor and were often poorly prepared or fried. It is a nice place for people who come mainly for the Instagrammable atmosphere, but if you really understand food, I would not go here.

The food is delicious, nice that everything is halal and there is a prayer room. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is good. The price/quantity ratio is less. You get little for what you pay. I did not find the desserts spectacular, they are not freshly made but are ready-made cakes/pastries that are made somewhere else. All in all, if you want to eat well and do not mind spending a little more in terms of price, it is recommended.

Cosy atmosphere and friendly service, but unfortunately the price-quality ratio is not right. The portions are small and the prices are on the high side, which makes the overall picture not right. They present themselves as a luxury restaurant, but that is not entirely true. The food itself was fine - the sushi was tasty - but way too expensive for what you get. Too bad!

It was my first time at Graça. When you enter you immediately feel the atmosphere. It looks beautiful and luxurious. Food was super delicious I can't think of anything else than that! Definitely recommended. Owner of the restaurant is also involved, friendly and likes to talk:)

For the amounts that were on the menu, far and far below par. Dishes with waiting time of almost 30/40 minutes, food lacked taste, servers had no idea what they were doing. Very unfortunate for the price we paid there... definitely not recommended.
