The food was delicious; the ribeye, the starters, everything tasted great. I am used to better sushi though; that was a bit less good, but still tasty. The meat was simply delicious. The service was also really top-notch. The only thing I found a pity was that when we arrived, a chair was missing; we had to get it ourselves from somewhere because it was busy. And when paying the bill, having to walk to the cafe area to pay would be nicer at the table.

Excellent service, incredibly delicious food. Everything here is halal, there is a prayer room (with a Wi-Fi area available), and no alcohol is served. I really liked the shared dining concept. And it was nice that there were also some larger dishes, in case you didn't want to share ;). What was also nice is that the menu indicated whether anything was vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free. My mother has a gluten allergy, and this made it much easier for her to enjoy a meal with us. A dish was even slightly adapted for her to make it gluten-free. Highly recommended!

I have had lunch here a few times now and the food is delicious every time. The staff are very friendly and respectful, and you really feel welcome. Ibrahim, in particular, is a very nice and helpful man. Highly recommended; I would love to come back here!

The food was absolutely delicious, and what also struck me was that this is the first restaurant I have been to that boycotts all Israeli products. They have Palestinian Coke and Palestinian Fanta, and that appealed to me even more. Special thanks to Ibrahim, may God bless him, he was very helpful and friendly.

I thought there were some negative comments on TikTok, but I found the staff very nice and the food just tasty. And it's not that expensive either, really!

Unfortunately, it took too long for someone to come to us to take an order. Once ordered, the food arrived quite quickly. It tasted very good! They are very good in the kitchen!! As you can see in the photo, the empty plates sat on our table for an hour. We wanted to order something to drink, but again, there was no one around to take our order. Too bad, beautiful concept, delicious food, but the staff is a bit less okay.

The music could be a bit louder, as you can hear each other talking. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

My experience at Restaurant Graça I feel it is important to share my experience here. During my visit to Restaurant Graça, I witnessed the owner—a bald gentleman with a beard—behaving very harshly and disrespectfully towards his staff while guests were present. I found it very uncomfortable to witness this as a guest. In my opinion, staff should be addressed respectfully, even when something goes wrong, especially in the presence of customers. The behavior I witnessed that evening has significantly influenced my perception of the restaurant. I hope that in the future, there will be more attention paid to treating staff with respect.

The food was 10/10 and one of the best meat dishes I’ve had in a while. The hospitality was brilliant and the service was great would recommended to anyone visiting Amsterdam and wanting Sushi or Brazilian Churrasco Grill.

Overall, the food was decent, but didn't really justify the price (€25 for 8 pieces of sushi is too much). The beef carpaccio was very salty, and the mocktails weren't fizzy. The service was also too rushed. Our main courses arrived before we had finished our appetizers, giving the impression of an assembly line meal. The sweet potato fries, meanwhile, were served several minutes after the main course. The menu selection was quite limited. That said, the setting is pleasant, and the restaurant has a friendly atmosphere.

Came all the way from another city to eat, but they are closed. There is nothing on Google or their website saying they are on vacation. Disappointing and unprofessional.

The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all top-notch; we loved it!

The dinner we had at graca was absolutely delicious. The sides were both unique and tasty and the ribeye steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The sushi was also of impeccable quality. Although the restaurant is a bit more expensive, I believe that it is totally worth it for the food that you are getting. The staff was also very friendly and everything was halal.

This was the second time we visited Graca in Amsterdam. The first time, we were truly impressed. We had a Chicken Parmesan, a Tonno sandwich, a mango passion lemonade, and an alcohol-free Martini. Everything was incredibly delicious. The Chicken Parmesan stood out in particular: the chicken was wonderfully tender due to the slow cooking, the truffle mayonnaise came through perfectly, and the sourdough bread completed the experience. The Tonno sandwich was also well-seasoned, and both sandwiches were served nice and warm. The drinks were also very tasty. Unfortunately, our second experience was not as good. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan again, but this time there was far too little sauce on it and the bun was not warm. As a result, the flavor unfortunately didn't come into its own, and it was quite disappointing compared to the first time. What I did really appreciate, however, was the manager. He listened carefully to our feedback, really thought along with us, and handled it in a polite and friendly manner. That certainly deserves a compliment. Precisely because we know how good it can be, we hope that Graca becomes more consistent in its quality. There is tremendous potential in the dishes, and with more attention to the finishing touches, this could easily become a 5-star experience again. Hopefully, this review helps the establishment to improve further, as the foundation and the quality of the ingredients are clearly present.

The food was delicious and the staff friendly, but afterwards it turned out that the staff collected a tip themselves without asking or anything like that, over €5. I don't consider it a problem, but I think it's best to mention it. So, before he gives you your change back, you get a few compliments so you can't complain about the collected tip.

We booked a high tea here for a baby shower and enjoyed it immensely. Everything was wonderfully fresh and very tasty. The service was friendly, welcoming, and well-cared for. The atmosphere was cozy and everything was neatly arranged. Definitely recommended for a lovely high tea. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful, neat, and clean restaurant. I especially like that you can see the chefs cooking. Furthermore, my daughter's allergy was handled with great care. There was also extra attention for my other daughter, who turned 16. That made her evening complete!

Today, I walked into restaurant Graca to have a cup of coffee with my 6-year-old child. It was a quiet moment; there were only two other ladies inside. When I entered, I saw that the girl behind the bar sat down next to the owner. I waited patiently, but no one came to take my order. After quite some time, I got up myself to ask if I could order from her. She stood up, came over to me, and said, in the presence of my child, that the barista who is normally present—and whose coffee I like best—was not there and that she would not make my coffee for me. I asked her why, to which she simply replied: “Because I’m just not going to do that.” I was completely bewildered. Not only by the words used, but especially by the way I was treated as a customer. When I asked her why she hadn't told me this immediately, instead of making me wait with my child, she replied: “I’m telling you now, aren't I?” That lack of respect and customer friendliness genuinely affected me. What perhaps saddens me the most is that all of this happened in the presence of my 6-year-old child. As a parent, you try to teach your child how to treat people kindly and respectfully. Instead, my child had to watch his mother being treated in an unfriendly and demeaning manner without any provocation. I found that painful and shameful. But what shocked me the most is the role of the owner. He was present, saw the whole situation unfold, and did not intervene at any point. In fact, he allowed an employee to treat a regular customer in this way. To me, that says a lot about the culture within the company and the way customers are treated. A good entrepreneur takes responsibility, radiates hospitality, and ensures that customers feel welcome. I did not experience that for a single second today. I eventually got up and left, mainly because I did not want to expose my child to this situation any longer. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The way my child and I felt will stay with me. And that is incredibly sad.
