I almost made a mistake because it's no longer the Greenhouse Effects like before, but Tyson 2. It's a bit of a shame to go from the Peace Green to the Brutal Red, even on the "Tyson" bags. The customer is having trouble keeping up, but luckily the quality is there. Even if my prices seem to have gone up.

Very friendly staff, very nice outside, even in the evening there are heat lamps. A tea and an Americano for €7, enough to warm up from the cold, go to the bathroom, and relax for half an hour.

I came back here the next day and wow, the service was impeccable, but above all, the products were of very high quality. First time in a coffee shop. The manager is so aggressive. I sat with a beer without knowing it's a problem and instead of asking nicely to leave he acted like I was a criminal and had an aggressive tone. Unprofessional behaviour.

Being friends with Arjan and the team, I try to stop in, say hi, and check out the latest flavors in ‘Dam. This stop did not disappoint. Friend Steph behind the counter was a huge help. He’s really passionate about the plant and you can tell. He shared the current lineup of flower. I ended up getting one of their new brownies ago. This was by far the best edible. I’ve had in town for sometime now. If you want a nice variety of local and import product, look no further. The location is fantastic, and the customer service is spot on.

What a joke. Most of the brightest stars from the old menu are no longer available. What is available now is almost as good but mostly is not as good. Then there is the pretend California product. This product is absolutely not up to par with the products in California. Cookies products are available in California on the streets for approximately five euros per unit, and the product is exponentially better in the states. There is no sense in pretending that this product is even comparable to what is available in California. Most of the California product is worth maybe $10 a unit at best in a tourist zone

First time coming to amsterdam, i bought a mixed hash joint and found somewhere to smoke it. The high was gone by the time i left, about 20 mins. I also thought it was weird because it tasted almsot entirely of tobacco, but as it was my first time smoking hash i brushed it off. I got home with about a quarter left and decided to take it apart. Inside i found pure tobacco and not a trace of hash. Very bad experience and a waste of money.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to raise a serious and formal complaint regarding the disgraceful conduct of one of your door staff members during my recent visit to your establishment. What should have been a simple, uneventful entry turned into an unnecessarily aggressive, inappropriate, and frankly disturbing encounter, leaving me appalled angry and deeply disappointed. Upon approaching the entrance, this man made an inappropriate and unprofessional remark to me, saying “can you get me this” all while sitting down, smoking at a table, the public were also utilising. Given the number of beggars and opportunistic individuals we have encountered on several stays throughout our visits to Amsterdam, it was reasonable for us to assume he was soliciting us to purchase marijuana for him — something completely unacceptable for someone in his position. When I ignored his request and continued towards the door with my friend, he then proceeded to physically follow me in, block my path, give attitude to say he doesn’t care about previous visits, doesn’t give a shit if we were the Queen with no Id????…. Led me out individually and continued getting irate in an intimidating manner, confronting me and escalating the situation entirely unnecessarily. As a young woman, this behaviour was particularly aggressive and threatening, at times also very racially motivated. He continued to argue with me, dismiss every legitimate concern I raised, and made it his mission to publicly cause a scene over absolutely nothing. What was most shocking, however, was the way he began boasting about how much The Green House values him as a staff member, claiming how much the management “love” having him there and appreciate his way of doing his job. To hear this from someone actively behaving in such an unprofessional and aggressive manner was nothing short of outrageous. He even went so far as to demand that I check the CCTV footage — a suggestion I could only wholeheartedly agree with. I strongly urge you to review the footage from that evening, keeping in mind the safety and comfort of the members of the public you are meant to be welcoming. I am also compelled to point out that the staff member in question appeared to be under the influence of marijuana at the time, which may well explain his erratic and hostile behaviour, but makes the situation all the more concerning. If you take the time to review the CCTV, you will clearly see the sort of individual you have representing what has otherwise been a popular and respected establishment — one that myself and my friends have frequently returned to over the years. However, having a man like him on your staff truly lets down your brand. It is appalling and deeply disappointing that someone displaying this level of aggression, intimidation and inappropriate conduct is not only employed by you but, as he claimed, is actively praised by your management. Amsterdam has long prided itself on protecting the rights and dignity of women, fostering an inclusive and progressive social culture. This man is a prime example of everything your city — and your venue, I presume — claims to stand against. His aggressive and dismissive behaviour was shameful, dangerous, and completely unacceptable Frankly, I am disgusted that a man of his character is freely walking the streets, let alone representing a venue as well-known as yours. His behaviour is a stain on your reputation and utterly unacceptable. I do not and will not no longer be returning here & will endeavour to encourage anyone reading this to strongly avoid visiting here.

I visited it in the morning for a fast buy. The cashier, busy preparing boxes in front of me, ignored me for several minutes, making me feel unappreciated. I purchased Amnesia at 11 euros per gram (more expensive than the usual 10), with an aroma different from usual that might justify the price. but the edible I bought had no effect, despite my expectations. When I left, I said goodbye, but got no response. The customer service was very poor, and the products weren’t worth the price. I won’t return and give 1 star.

It knows what it has to know. Defenetly not a high level of hospitality, but huge variety of space cakes, coffees and other things. The staff is very kind.

This coffee shop has always been my go to when visiting amsterdam. It's been 5 years since I last went and made this our first stop off when arriving. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with an arrogant, unfriendly budtender. Shame that the actions of one person who wasn't able to communicate properly would tarnish my view of my favourite spot. I'm nothing but nice, polite and respectful and I expect the same treatment. This idiot thought he was something special and I wouldn't return because of it.
