Hands down the best batch brew filter coffee that I've ever had. Comparable to the best pour overs I've had. I don't even know how it's possible.

Amazing food and coffee! The portions are very generous. My favorite place to sit outside and devour in some cake in Amsterdam! Daniel was so welcoming and kind, returning back each time when in town!!

So chill and cozy, I had to come here twice in 3 days in Amsterdam, it's truly amazing.

I sit outdoor to taste a little milk coffee with the cozy vibe of summer.

The coffee is actually very good. Not “Amsterdam good”. Properly good. Everything else feels… curated. Concrete floor, white brick, wood, the usual formula. It looks right, but it’s not exactly a place you sink into. More like you orbit it for 30–45 minutes and leave. Service is efficient, borderline indifferent. They know what they’re doing, but they’re not there to win you over. Food is simple and solid. The banana bread does the job. No drama. Net: go for the coffee. Stay briefly. Leave satisfied, not attached.

Excellent coffee. I got a cappuccino that was very smooth. The atmosphere is really nice with different types of seatings and people focusing on their laptops or reading the journal. The barista was very friendly. I will definitely come back to try more items in the menu!

A very enjoyable café. The coffee and sweet bites are exactly how they should be. Easily one of the best in the city.

A few months I was here and tried to order a matcha. The guy scoffed at me and said “we don’t do matcha.” ??? I’ve been since and ordered matcha, shared this story with a staff member and she knew exactly who I was talking about. This is literally known as a matcha place.

Coffee bar with a chill vibe and good coffee!

decaf is quite sour and under-extracted, which is unfortunate in a place that is supposed to take coffee seriously. as a barista myself I understand rudeness as a response to rudeness, but unkindness as a general principle is peculiar - a kind of dry performative aesthetic that is in fact quite boring. sincerity is fun!

The coffee is really good and the atmosphere of the cafe is very nice, the room is very pleasant and large.

I used to love Toki but lately the quality hasn’t been the same, I attached a photo of how their matcha USED TO look like (the picture with the two darker green matchas, a couple months ago), and how the matcha looked like this time I visited, you can tell just by the light green color..it was milky and sweet which is not something I look for in a matcha. Please change your matcha back to how it was:((

My friend came here 2 times, the first time the coffee was extremely bitter and didn’t taste good, the second time she got spoiled almond milk with clumps in her coffee. Disgusting don’t go here.

The place is definitely worth it! I ordered a V60 and a cappuccino. I forgot the name of the dessert, but it was banana-flavored. My bill was 60 riyals (13.50 euros). Great experience, I'll definitely go again! ☕️🤍🤍

Toki had been on my list long before visiting Amsterdam, and I finally went during my vacation in August. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is calm. I tried the latte and the banana bread, both amazing. If I visit Amsterdam again, I will definitely go back.

They have various flavor as well and they all look pretty!! (Also a plus point for their cute spooon hahaha) there are decent seats and the interior is cute! (Also located in such a perfect neighborhood, with lots of vintage & thrift shops along the road) 💛

I was actually a bit disappointed as I was really looking forward to this place. The coffee is mediocre, the pastries are good but they were lying out there uncovered (dont know if thats sanitary). Overall its okay but wouldnt come back.

Real quality coffee, hipster central Toki does hipster coffee like it’s meant to be. Their coffee, their machines and their expertise all poured into your cup to make for that perfect cafeïne kick. Expect a queue if you show up after 09:00 and it moves slow because it is usually only barista at work. The queue has more mustaches than a movie from the 70-ies and more beanie appropriation of English working class culture than most would care to admit. But, the baristas are knowledgeable and up for a chat. Setting the hefty price for the coffee and the sad mono-culture of hipsterdom aside, there is no better place for a cup of coffee in the neighborhood. And, they have punny sandwiches and their pastries are great.

Very rude barista. I asked for my coffee to be put in a to go cup and she did it with such disdain. Coffee itself was watered down, and had no taste… not worth the hype.

They don’t serve hot food like posted on some previous reviews (which I was sadly looking forward to), just the options in the photo. I had the lemon cake which was lovely. And their coffee is really good.

I tried many of the well known coffee spots over my one week trip and this place is definitely the best coffee i had in amsterdam

It is crowded and there are few places. You must come early in the morning or at the end of the day, but depending on the weather outside, you will have a great time.

As foreigners, we didn't feel welcome by the staff. We ordered food there and were served grudgingly. We thanked them, but they didn't even look at us or respond. It was a simple request, but we felt uncomfortable. If we return to Hola Da, I would definitely not return to this café. The product was good, but the service was very disappointing.

Cappuccino was good cakes as well. However, hygiene wise questionable. Cakes displayed in the front counter where everyone orders. No display glass installed and ants around the cakes.

Popular for Cakes sliced arbitrarily, the Chocolate bagged to go a messy decision but rich and moist, rumors of excellent “Banana Bread” prove factual though the fact that it is indeed Cake should make it evident that the flavor is sweet while the crumb is dense.

Super delicious cake. I had a banana cake. The buttercream was a bit heavy, but the cake was super delicious. The chocolate cake was also incredibly delicious. Since I don't like coffee, I can't comment on this one, but it looked and smelled good.

I really don't know why this is a must-visit place when you come to Amsterdam😭 I regret it so much...ㅎ All the bakeries in Korean neighborhoods have this kind of taste..! The amount of coffee was so small that they served it in a paper cup-sized cup... .

Used to be a favorite, but standards have really dropped. I’ve always liked this place, but unfortunately, this might have been my last visit. I also heard from others that it’s not what it used to be. I was served coffee in a very dirty cup. I brought it back to the bar, and while they offered to make a new one, there was no apology. The second cup was also dirty. When I pointed this out, the response was dismissive — I was told it “sometimes doesn’t wash off in the dishwasher,” even though it clearly looked just unclean. We were sitting outside, and there was also a strong sewage smell. I understand that’s not within their control, but it didn’t help the overall experience.

The matcha was okay. Nothing to overhype. The waiter was awful, I kindly asked for a socket to charge my phone but he rudely answered. I also asked for wifi password but they were quite grumpy. Honestly, wouldn’t come back again. Avoid this place!!!!

Have been in 3 times in the past week. One staff member is very rude. To the point where I have left each time feeling sad and uncomfortable. Today was the worst. Actively hostile. I know you are busy but speak to your manager about being understaffed. Don’t take it out on the customers.

Go to this place regularly. The coffee is actually quite nice. Unfortunately, not the attitude of the staff. On Sunday, Apr 6, I ordered a coffee to take away. The girl did not take the order correctly, I rectified it before I paid. Apparently, it was too much work for her to change it in the POS so she let me pay for the original drink. She even printed out the ticket with the wrong drink, just prepared the one I ordered. The price difference is not a big deal, but deliberately overcharging customers is. For this reason alone I will seriously consider coming back here again.

Today I experienced racial discrimination at this store. Please be careful, everyone. Around noon, close to 12 PM, my two friends and I sat at a table by the wall. Then a staff member came over and, in a commanding tone, told us we couldn’t sit there because we would block others. So we left that spot. But just a few minutes later, three white people sat in exactly the same spot and started chatting. None of the staff stopped them or said anything, even until they left. I felt extremely angry. No matter what the reason was, I will never come back here again.

Really love the place, the stuff and banana bread. But maybe coffee or latte can be a little bit hard because i feel like i drinking milk. Location was really good and calm.

Coffeeshop not far away from the train station but a really cool place with terazzo everywhere. They serve breakfast and brunch, I really enjoyed the granola bowl, parfums were very balanced. The brioche was spongeous and very richly covered with jam and cream. Concerning the staff, they were really nice and sweet. Hope to come back to Amsterdam and taste the rest of the menu

I like the cake but didn’t like the coffee because I couldn’t feel espresso in my coffee. Service was kinda off because I felt like baristas were very unhappy about something.
