Picked up a Christmas menu from Aladin on Christmas Day. The friendly owner has explained in detail what has been included. We enjoyed it deliciously at home. The portion was generously sized! We still have some left for Boxing Day. Tasty. The restaurant also looked cozy because of the oriental atmosphere and the view and smells of the charcoal grill. We will come back to eat here as soon as we can again.

Lots of delicious meat, well grilled and nice service

A few days ago they installed a large charcoal grill on which fresh skewers and chicken are grilled. The entire area smells of delicious herbs and fresh meat that is not available in Veenendaal and the surrounding area.

We had a delicious meal again, it was a long time ago when they were still at the old location. Still very customer friendly. Picked up a Veensche dish, now packed with delicious treats!

Employees are having a very hard time there is no understanding for them they have no breaks when you walk to the toilet you walk past the kitchen which was filthy the owner is rude to his employees food is bland not halal old DO NOT EAT HERE

With a review you judge the food and not whether or not the doorbell was rung! As I have eaten here many times before. Very friendly owner Mo, who immediately puts you at ease. And the food is delicious. Recommended if you like Shawarma etc... :D

Apparently it's hard to read notes. Food was fine, but also think about the wishes of your customers.

Great thing. Ordered food via home delivery. (shawarma dish & lamb dish) We had run out of lamb and were called early about it. The gentleman came up with a suitable solution for a different type of dish and free drinks of your choice. Neatly resolved and delicious food!

Had dinner there tonight. Starters were tasty and generous, which is fortunate because the rest was bad. Everything from the starters was still on the table, the dishes for the main course were served. In some cases the meat was lukewarm and so was the sauce. Shrimp had a strange taste. They didn't come for the drinks anymore either. There were inexperienced staff. For us it was once and never again. Too bad because we had relied on the references.

I find it quite scary to sit down and eat alone. So we are pushing boundaries... at Aladin, friendly atmosphere, owner with a chat. It didn't take me long to feel comfortable! Delicious food, sat on the terrace for more than an hour and a half for my pleasure! See you next time!
