Grillroom - Pizzeria Morgana in Centrum

Ordered food twice. Both times I didn't get what I ordered. The food itself was also substandard. Dry shawarma. What a shame!!

I understand that your main clientele consists of annoying drunken youths and that those are tough nights, but the step-by-step plan below doesn't seem like the very right way to retain customers. Step 1: order a pizza gorgonzola. Step 2: the employee tries to make you pay too much for the pizza. Step 3: get a cheeky remark thrown at you as soon as you politely point out that the amount doesn't match. Step 4: get served a pizza margherita, which is supposed to pass for a pizza gorgonzola but on which there is absolutely not a single piece of gorgonzola to be found. Still, two stars instead of one 'for old times sake' and for the sweetheart of an owner. Cheers to habibi.

Yesterday I bought four ayran drinks and they were spoiled and the containers were bulging. He put the containers in my bag before I even saw them. Unfortunately, I don't recommend them.

If I could give 10 stars, I would easily give 100. Grillroom - Pizzeria Morgana in Meppel is truly fantastic. The food is exceptionally good: perfectly crispy pizzas, generously topped and clearly made with care. Everything tastes just a little bit better than you are used to. And we haven't even mentioned the infamous and famous döner box yet; when I consume this, it feels just like I am imagining myself sailing across the sea on a beautiful boat on a sunny day, on my way to an island where I will have no more trouble. The service is friendly, fast, and professional, and you feel welcome immediately. The atmosphere is also top-notch: cozy and just right for a wonderful evening. Without a doubt, this is the most beautiful place in all of Meppel for me. Highly recommended. Actually, it is simply mandatory to eat here at least once. Thank you, Morgana!

Large chicken burgers are filling, the fries and the homemade spicy sauce are also very tasty; the sauce is nice and fruity with a slight spicy edge.

It's strange HOW this establishment is doing a doner. It falls apart, and there's not enough sauce, which makes it dry.

Had pizza delivered today, with a new flavor without asking, the cardboard one. Last time I received cold spareribs, which is a shame.

We waited an abnormally long time for our food. After waiting almost two hours, I decided to go to the restaurant myself. When I got there, they hadn't even started on my food. The guys who work there are nice, but that's unacceptable, and the food was subpar.

Quickly ordered something after a long flight. An unfriendly employee asked three times what we wanted, and the order was still wrong. We ate it at home, but I didn't like the shawarma, and I wasn't the only one who thought so.

I ordered there and it was delivered within 20 minutes, as promised. As a joke I wrote in the description that they should fill it well, and to my surprise I got a full menu with extra sauces and lots of meat—really worth my money, those 20 euros! They deserve their tip, soldiers!

Order placed via internet, upon delivery we discovered that a portion of potato slices was missing. Called back immediately, was not answered. Then called the delivery person, who said he would arrange it. After which we didn't hear anything from the delivery person or Morgana. But paid for something that was never delivered. Don't want to answer when it's busy

Kapsalon falafel fries were too soft, falafel was burnt, not one piece but all 5. Shoarma was not fried properly, almost raw, garlic sauce containers were half full and the delivery was incredibly grumpy.

Called 2 days later, we are told that they are really not going to give that much of a "discount". Order a few times a month for a nice amount. Delivery people come to the door several times and miss a coke or not enough change... never too difficult about it, but it ends eventually. They have lost these customers.

Unfortunately, I now have to respond very negatively to our order from yesterday afternoon. We always order a Lahmahun with salad twice a month and never have any complaints. But yesterday the lahmahuns were very cold and a bag of iceberg lettuce had now been put in between them, without a tomato, cucumber or anything. It definitely wasn't tasty this time! I always tip because it was always good, but this order was not worth the tip! Please pay your attention to this!
