Welcome to Slop Palace! If you're a starving Afghan child, I'd definitely recommend it! The only downside was that the pickle on the burger was warmer than the burger itself. The wings were okay, and the burger had absolutely no flavor. It was ready quickly, but that would be the only positive. The chicken nuggets taste like cardboard, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this would be ideal pig food. Respect to the staff who sacrificed their souls for this restaurant. The prices are reasonable, but that's understandable when your menu is made with the ingredients found in the trash at the supermarket the night before. The play area is good, though. Edit: I had to have my stomach pumped. Edit 2: Thanks for the prayers🙏

The saddest and most expensive snack bar I've ever been to. I had a menu that cost €10 at Burger King, but at HFC it was €15. I also wasn't allowed to take my coke while my order was being prepared (I'd already paid), because we don't do that here.

I don't understand why people give negative reviews to HFC. I have only had good experiences here. For the best experience, go to HFC yourself. Even with a 15 minute drive home, your food is still delicious. Good chicken, crispy fries and the staff is often very friendly. I come here regularly and am always satisfied.

Inedible, I say. You'd be better off going to Mac and ordering a McChicken, and it'd be cheaper too.

Almost no one knows this is a halal restaurant. It doesn't say so anywhere. So if you want to eat unstunned slaughtered meat, this is the place to be. Hardly anyone goes there either. People who eat this for their faith even sit next to the fishmonger.

The place was beautiful, the products were fresh and hot. Employees are concerned.

Finally, I found the taste in Turkey and I was attracted by the fact that it was halal and the employees were very friendly. Thank you, HFC.

One word. Godawful. I was hungry whole day until 17:00 so i had to eat something quick, but god wish i stayed hungry I paid 7 euros for a TINY salad that was consisting of dry tomatoes, full of letuce and ONE piece of chicken. NO SAUCE. The service was terrible. There was one worker only. HORRIBLE!!!

I came here purely because of the reviews, I really didn't imagine it could be that bad. It gives Halal a bad name. I ordered at the Kiosk; No sauce ordered with the fries, so automatically no sauce on my burger?... The fries were dry, salty and crushed in a box, the burger was missing half of the ingredients. The burger was so dry and tasteless that for a moment I thought I was eating the packaging. Bored staff because hardly anyone comes.

First of all, the restaurant is completely empty. Loud music that constantly plays above your head. Order wings. Arrived quite quickly. A bit too fast, it turns out. Just raw. Gave them back to the employee and was kindly given a new container. Had to play Doctor Bibber with these wings. Half raw, half okay. I threw everything away halfway through. Had enough of it. The man behind the counter was super nice, but I wouldn't even recommend this to a dying child. Single salmonella. Hope I didn't catch that.

Imagine KFC yourself, think away everything that is tasty and you have come to the right place.

All food was freshly prepared. So everything is fresh and warm. The cans of soda and other refrigerated items were packaged separately. Sufficient napkins and clean wipes in the bag. In short, just good.

Someone had a big diarrhea session in the pee bin in the men's toilet (photo is included) food was cold and very dirty never again

We had a great meal there. It was really very tasty. Ate with 6 people in total. You had a 15% discount for collection. I asked the woman can we still eat it in the restaurant? And that was fine. We ordered the family bucket xl with extra cheese soufflé and mozzarella sticks. It was super tasty 😀

Tasty but a bit expensive… We paid a total of €25 for two menus. We ordered at terminals and didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. The service was friendly. Our burgers and fries were fresh and warm and the fries were super crispy. Can't understand the bad reviews. Were here for the second time and it tastes really good.

WORTHLESS!!, What a worthless tent. The story: I placed an order via the internet. With that order I indicated that I would pay in cash at the counter. I then walked leisurely to the branch, and when I arrived there I realized that paying by card was easier, also because I did not have enough cash with me. Well, that's when the trouble started. I told the lady that I preferred to pay by card. Unfortunately that was not possible, she told me. I got a little angry about this and indicated that it would be better for her to cancel the entire order. She then went to the manager........ The manager was very enthusiastic about his staff, which is very good, but putting the customer first was not there. He could hear me yelling from the back of the store about what I wasn't doing, and I wasn't being patient, and he was going to fix it, all the while going on about how wrong I was. There was no way I could get in between it anymore. It was only about the fact that I indicated that I would pay for the order in cash and I now did so by card.... I was really dumbfounded, I have never, really never been treated like that or had any hassle or anything, and now when I pick up an order, this is what I get. I will never come here again, absolutely never again. I live around the corner, and I never actually see many customers here, I now really understand why you never actually see customers here. The only positive thing is that the food is very good, delicious fried chicken, nice fries, good buckets, a shame about the rest of the place.

We ordered the fish burger and chicken burger meal with curly fries, the chicken burger was good, too bad there was little sauce in it, the fries were tasty.. the fish burger was tasty.. but a bit small.. the restaurant is very big.. the staff was very helpful and friendly.. next time I would like to try the bucket..

Super bad. I'm not one to write reviews, but this is really not possible. I order at 9:00 PM even though I live nearby. Sure it can be busy, even though it's still a Monday. Fine. After an hour and fifteen minutes I was fed up with the fact that the food had not yet arrived. I called the business and they indicated that he had left 10 minutes ago. This was around 10:10 PM. It is a maximum of 10 minutes' drive. So at half past ten I called again and told the woman on the phone that home delivery had no delivery people and that was why they had canceled the order. I found this story strange and so I emailed Thuisbezorgd. They indicated that the delivery person was in front of the building to pick up my order and that they were already closed at 10:15 PM!!!!!! Then you wait 1.5 hours for nothing and they lie too! Never order here.

Nice people at the desk, but what you see on the photos is not what you get. No cups but cans, look fake. Beef burger had tiny paddies, maybe 3mm thick. Nuggets were ok 6/10.

Picked up food via too good to go. Were really old chicken pieces. We reported it to an employee but he couldn't do anything. It was really inedible and ultimately thrown away. Been nauseous all evening. Bah.

Had to wait more than half an hour for a bucket. The nuggets are chewy, the hot wings are decent but nowhere near hot, the chicken pieces are tasteless and the chicken strips are bland and it is like I was chewing in rubber. It is way too expensive for the quality of the food to be this bad.

Disappointing experience. Ordered burger was ice cold and far from the expected quality. When I confronted the staff about this, the ladies started arguing in Polish and ignored my complaint. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Won't return here and won't recommend it to others.”

The place looks nice, plenty of space, but the only minus is the food. I ordered a Combo and all my chicken pieces was very oily, I can say the most oily I ever eat. Probably I will not try again just if I will be in difficulties to find another place to eat something.

2 children's menus: Fries far too salty, beef burger does not match the photo when ordering. Instead of apple juice minute made (330ml) you get a small pack of apple juice from appelsientje (of 200 ml) in short, not value for money.

I had picked up chicken and when I put my bike with my food in the pannier in the shed, I initially thought that a cat had pooped in the shed. Dirty scammers, I ordered via their own site and was told that it had been cancelled. I will then receive my money back after 3-5 working days, but now a month later I have still not received anything into my account. I don't recommend everyone to order here!

Hele goeie plek! De wings zijn knapperig, maar niet super bijzonder. Wel goed! De grote kipstukken hebben niet heel veel smaak, maar ook goed te doen. De tenders zijn wel het beste. Hele lekkere kruiden op de tenders, en lekker mals. De friet is ook zeker goed. Hamburger is goeie kwaliteit, de kipburger heel standaard. Goeie plek, prijs is alleen iets wat te hoog als je het mij vraagt. Vergelijking tussen HFC en KFC: Kipstukken zijn veel beter bij de KFC, maar de tenders zijn hier toch wel het beste, en de burgers helemaal! Goeie afwisseling zeker, vooral als je KFC bijvoorbeeld zat wordt.

Ik kwam naar binnen en het rook al gelijk kkr lekker ik moest bij de paal bestellen en daar hielpen ze me ook mee ik had een dubbel cheeseburger en een chicken wrap met patat en het was heerlijk ik ga zeker weer komen en volgende keer neem ik me matties mee. De wc’s zijn redelijk schoon en de tafel’s worden ook gelijk schoon gemaakt. Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam ik raad deze tent zeker aan!

Lieve medewerkers, lekkere eten service was ook helemaal toppie en er is een speelhoekje voor de kinderen dat is ook geweldig!🎉 Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

ruim 15 tot 20 minuten gewacht voor 4 hot wings in een vrijwel leeg restaurant. Er waren zo een 6 personeelsleden aanwezig. Ongeïnteresseerd en op hun telefoon. Geen fijne sfeer en ik zal hier zeker niet terugkomen.

Het was niet duidelijk hoe het bestel scherm werkt je krijgt lauwe slappe friet het is pittig gekruid, je krijgt geen bestek als je een salade besteld de burger was smakeloos en slap ik ga hier niet meer naar toe

Een hele verandering dan in het begin. Kwaliteit is verbeterd en de sfeer die je ervaart ook. Vriendelijk personeel en verbeterde service

Je kan hier gewoon alleen lekker kip eten in vrede zonder dat je beoordeeld wordt. De kwaliteit is al een stukje beter dan toen ze net geopend waren. Ik zag dat er nu halal kalf bacon is 🥓. Wat goed Alhamdulilah, ik zal het volgende keer proberen.

Deze gaat het niet redden als de burgers 2mm dun blijven voor 8 euro. Ze proberen wel gastvrij te zijn. Maar er moet echt beter worden gelet op kwaliteits processen. Oude frietjes, donkerbruin gebakken kip. Ik heb bij Overvecht betere ervaringen gehad in het verleden. Ik gun het concept verbetering.

Mediocre at best, it feels very unfinished, and when we had dinner here we weren't yet able to sit inside the restaurant as this was still "under construction" and closed off, so we were directed to sit just outside the Dirk supermarket beside it. The food itself is fine, we had a bucket of chicken wings with a variety of sauces and they honestly match the quality of chicken I've had before at KFC, which is a good thing! But there's nothing special to say, the order screens (similarly to McDonald's) have a very unfinished UI and feels almost cheap to use and is very inconsistent and unclear, making it hard to properly make an order. The restaurant itself felt and was unfinished when we visited it. For a quick snack, I cannot recommend this, it would be smarter to get something at Eemplein, or consider walking to the city centre around 5 minutes away by foot.

De mensen die hier werken lacht de gasten gewoon uit je roepen door de hele winkel word ook niet goed aan geven of ze het ete als je hier eet zelf moet halen of dat je mag gaan zitten al vast ook is het één en al kippen hok ze kunnen niet eens op hun eigen plek staan en kan ideeën er zo inlopen zelfs de baas of manager

Niet special, hamburgers nog dunner als bij de McD. Ook de kip burger zat niet veel kip op. Van de mixed bucket waren alleen de hotwings lekker, rest echt smaakloos.
