Smullers in Wijk 18 De Berg Noord

What a terrible, customer-unfriendly, dysfunctional Smullers branch this is. Truly rude. They don't listen to customers, don't tolerate complaints, and don't take you seriously. Treated like a number. I'm always polite and considerate of the other side, but I'm treated outrageously here. Moreover, the fries are soaked in grease. The manager is a somewhat excessive (frying) grease collector, regionally, who makes no effort whatsoever to maintain customer satisfaction. He ruins the work atmosphere for everyone else. A mystery guest visit from Smullers would suffice. He's not worthy of the concept. Props to the blond guy, who, despite everything going wrong, is still trying to get something done.

It says they open at 11:00 but at 11:50 they are still closed with staff playing behind the counter

I asked if the cheeseburger was included in the burger deal price. "Yes," he said. Then he charged extra for the cheese. You end up with a cold burger and cold fries. If you mention it, he looks like he's burning water.

The signs in front of the store advertise two kinds of loaded fries. I thought I'd try them. Well, I guess not. Week 1: ingredients missing. Week 2: ingredients present, but not the right ones for proper loaded fries, so the two kinds were mixed up. Week 3: ingredients missing again. At least take down the sign then. Otherwise, the fries and snacks are delicious there.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Fries with extra sauce are a nice touch for the train journey. The milkshakes are definitely worth trying too. Fast service, but unfortunately a bit pricey.

Today (Wednesday, October 9th) I ordered a cheese chicken burger. The lady accidentally forgot the cheese, which can happen. I reported it, and the staff resolved it promptly. If you're reading this, you're a star.

What antisocial staff. Today (September 23rd) I wanted to get a burger from the vending machine. I paid €4.50 and accidentally opened the wrong door; there was only a napkin inside. Shortly after, a burger was put in, which I then tried to grab. After all, I had paid for it. When I picked up the burger, to my surprise, a man grabbed my hand and snatched the burger from me🤔🤔 After that, I went to the counter and explained the situation. You'd think they'd be more cooperative and just offer me a burger. But no, in fact, a brunette told me in an antisocial way that I should have checked what I was getting. So now I've paid €4.50 for antisocial staff who don't even show a shred of empathy, and I don't even have a burger. Shame on you.

Nasty burgers full of some sweet sauce, and fries drenched in equally sweet ”mayo”. I don’t understand how this franchise can be so big in the Netherlands, which should probably tell you something about their food culture.

Today, June 26, there was a girl with brown hair behind the cash register. We took 2 burgers, but they were filled incorrectly. We hadn't even taken it for 10 seconds and asked if we could exchange it, but that wasn't allowed. She reacted very unfriendly and almost laughed in your face with a grin on her face. What bad service! As if she was waiting to say this to a customer, yuck!

Arrive 15 minutes before closing time and then say with a smiling face that you have nothing left. Seriously, stay away from here. There are staff here who would rather look away.

Uninterested. Fries are gone. OK. Frikadel costs just under 3 euros.

This happened on 3rd of December 2023, at exactly 19:00, I bought frikandel met bread with sauce, I was given a very cold frikandel, which means it was fried a long time ago, the frikandel has already shrinked into a pencil, I asked the cashier to please change it to a freshly fried frikandel as it’s very cold and I the weather itself is cold, she refused, I talked to the other cashier, he refused as well, he said their supervisor told them not to change it,,, it was really disheartening as they attended to the white people well.

Don't know the difference between a hamburger and a chicken burger. You will then be called crazy if you go back because your order is incorrect. Update: nicely resolved by webcare

Very customer-friendly employees. Food tasted very good! In a central location in the station hall, in front of the check-in gates, so you can go there without having checked in. No seating options, but plenty of seating on the station square.

So slow ... pfff you have to wait 10 minutes before you are even helped and that at 1:50 PM it's the umpteenth time so slow and then there are only 3 waiting for you :( .. and then wait for your order. Also slow .. . Now Let's hope your train is delayed...

Really super friendly employees! Neat and clean place. Also really nice that there are several vegan options and vegan sauces such as truffle mayonnaise! The smullers are highly recommended for a tasty quick snack. Snacks also good and warm, top tent

Good fries, good service but the chicken burger is still half frozen with 2 drops of sauce, way too expensive too

I'm not quick to write bad reviews. But what happened to me yesterday made me quite silent. I went to eat a 7.85 fries with my daughter, but I was not shocked that everything is becoming more expensive. My daughter got a nice portion. But something went wrong for me. I had specially ordered fries, but the person who helped me wanted to give me fries war? While I had already told her twice that I wanted a special one. Mistakes can happen, we are happy people, but what happened really happened, there were not enough fries left, but they were put in a box half full and then the mayonnaise ran out, so I quickly opened some bags. Nice and hygienic, then add curry sauce on a teaspoon of onions because that was also gone please. I was per location what kind of service I have my own company, if my staff provides such service they will be fired. I understand that there is a shortage of staff, but there were three of them there so that can't be it. Unfortunately it is the last time I get fries there, ps be careful with hygiene there because things are not going so well there.

Patat smaakt prima. Maar ze hebben de inflatiecorrectie van 2030 al toegepast €5,05 voor een grote patat.

De patat is vaak zonder zout, dat is niet geweldig. Snacks zijn prima.

Lekker en vriendelijk personeel! Enige nadeel ze gingen net wat later open dan 12.00 opzich niet heel erg maar als je maximaal een halfuur pauze hebt kan zo iets wel een verschil maken

Iets uit de muur (laten) trekken is af te raden. Laat ze het maar vers maken, zeker savonds. Is al meerdere keren misgegaan bij mij. Harde, gerimpelde broodjes met slap, smaakloos vlees. Zou er zowat vegetariër van worden. Arme smulkip.

Als student zijnde een beetje duur maar de prijs is het voor mij wel waard lekkere patat en snacks de kroketten zijn heerlijk

Een goede plek om snel iets lekker te kunnen eten. Service was goed en aardige medewerkers.

Lange wachttijd, bestellingen worden niet op volgorde geserveerd.

Voor een snelle hap frituur. De kwaliteit is wisselend. De friet is niet altijd smakelijk en de hamburgers zijn af en toe wat droog. Ook de bediening is wisselend. Sommigen zijn aardig en behulpzaam. Anderen af en toe wat ongeïnteresseerd.

Alright service, the fried foods aren't very special and you're better off going to the burger king round the corner. There's a wall here so if you're in a hurry and need a quick bite this is the best place to go to (preparation of foods at Julia's takes about 5-6 mins and the burger king is very depending on what they have already prepared).
