Everything was great, just a shame that soft drinks weren't available to order. The food was ready quickly and the fries were well-salted.

Terrible KFC. Took the drive-thru, had to wait 10 minutes at the pole. Then another 15 minutes for my order and worst of all... nothing was edible. In the snack box, the strips were old and tough and the fries tasted like old oil and looked terrible, but then there was the menu: 2 hot wings, 6 on each side were old and tough and loaded fries with fries that were leftover from yesterday. Please drive on to the other KFC in Almere or elsewhere, that is my advice. Or go to the McDonald's next door.

This place offers slow food...a 30-minute wait for two vegetarian meals, only to find out at pickup that neither the ordered Sissi Mango nor a regular SevenUp Zero was available...and this was on a Wednesday evening. The replacement drinks were smaller, and no refund was offered. Service was nonexistent.

The food is fine. But: . - Some staff members could be a lot friendlier. - And above all, the restaurant and the toilets are filthy. A disgrace! - Few seats because the upstairs was closed.

Kipsalon.... What a pathetic bowl of food. A few pieces of crunchy chicken, some clumsy fries, lettuce, and sauce. This has nothing to do with a kapsalon. The "Restaurant" is particularly lacking in atmosphere and the chicken is tasteless. Not my fast food choice.

Sometimes good coupon offers, kapsalon and the cookies are recommended.

Terrible branch!!! Too filthy; the photo is from the floor, but the table looked like that too. I cleaned it up a bit myself with napkins. The staff just stand there. Original box with legs and thighs; the thighs were okay, but the skin on the legs was filthy. The Variety box also varied in temperature. The sauces are impossible to open, but of course, this is typical of KFC in general. In any case, ridiculously expensive for this poor quality. All in all, never again 🤢

It took 20 minutes before we got the food🐌🐌🐌 they forgot the mayonnaise. Ordered 10 tenders and only got 8. The tables were dirty.

Service is too slow. They have so many people working in the kitchen but the speed of their movements are just like sloths. Huge line waiting, but no one seems to be bothered with so many customers.

It’s delicious and good and very neat

We stopped here to eat on the way with the kids. The spot on the terrace was okay; not cozy because it was close to the parking lot, but spacious and in the shade, without wasps (July). The food was tasty, only some things were on the cold side (pieces of chicken that were colder, corn on the cob was cold). We also had dessert... 1 of the 4 ice creams was already quite melted and the sauce was nowhere to be found (cookie dough ice creams). The ice creams were very tasty though, and the chocolate milkshake too. Apart from the minor downsides, we had a good experience and enjoyed our meal.

You have to wait a ridiculously long time for your order even though there is no one else there. The young lady is inaudible while talking, and then you get the blame for not realizing you had to go to the back window instead of the next one. No goodbye is said either as soon as you leave, even though you say so yourself. Really rude again. The price is also way too high for the dry chicken you get.

The restaurant is really very dirty. All the tables are sticky, not to mention the floor and the banisters!!!! Yuck, how gross!!!

Mostly the KFC everybody knows, except they are using small paper buckets now even if you buy for 4, which overcrowd the recipient and everything gets soggy by the time you get home. So, you know, just avoid them - and not because of the small buckets, but because there are better options out there.

I don't expect very much from a KFC. But it is relatively expensive and at this branch you don't receive part of your order (others experienced this too), the parking lot is a whole lot and there is no table service. Finally, the chicken wasn't really good either.

Always a tasty snack at KFC. However, the staff is unprofessional and untrained, and the communication is poor due to the language barrier!

Downright bad: cold chicken wings, soggy, stale fries, and an incomplete order. This branch is a disgrace to the KFC chain, and we were also ripped off by receiving two chicken wings instead of the original. Unfortunately, we went through the drive-thru and only found out upon arrival at the hotel (5 minutes away from the KFC), but no one answered to listen to our complaint; we didn't feel like driving back either. As a restaurant and part of a large chain, you should be truly ashamed to serve cold food and an incomplete order for €36.27. Absolutely not recommended.

Furious! They make you wait an hour and 45 minutes for your food, and when you call... They don't have delivery drivers, you have to pick it up! Don't you have any decency? Can't you just call your customers and explain the problem?! 🤮

I advise everyone against ordering food from here. The fries were incredibly soft and undercooked, and they had no salt. The chicken tenders weren't even warm, and they tasted strongly of dry chicken breast.

The location is great, only a shame you can almost drink your chicken. Unusual old grease!

Only thing is... It's not possible to change the sauce on the wraps... I think it's a missed chance. Other then that, the food was good!

It's truly incomprehensible what's happening here. How can this branch even still be open? The average wait time is 20 to 45 minutes after ordering. The floor is sticky, the elevator is broken, the trash bins are overflowing, and not a single table is clean. If your order is incomplete, you have to wait another 10 minutes at the counter until someone is willing to help you, because you're completely ignored. The fries are lukewarm to almost cold, but is there even a point in reporting that? No, because there doesn't seem to be a word of Dutch spoken. As a branch manager at another company, I can't understand how this is possible. My regional manager would have fired me on my first day if my branch looked like this. Is there even a supervisor here? It feels like some people were hired through temp agencies with no experience or training. And yet there are (returning?) customers—I don't understand it, because I'll never come back. Maybe it's a good idea to do an internship at the McDonald's next door; things almost always go well there, while things almost always go wrong at KFC. If things do go well there, buy a lottery ticket right away. The only positive thing was the Crispy Tenders.

Table sign 109 is in the right trash can near the elevator on the first floor. Your dark-pigmented employee with the cap and headscarf carefully threw it in the trash can after completely ignoring us at the table.

I just ordered a bucket here for about €12, and apparently, instead of the bucket these days, you just get a small bag of chicken the size of my hand. For €12. I took it to the counter, and she angrily emptied the bag into a bucket and gave me the bucket with a little chicken in the bottom. It was cold by now.

Worst KFC ever… everything goes wrong with the order processing. Complete chaos. A partially disabled queue system. No one at the counter because they're happy to take out one order every 10 minutes. A 4-minute wait becomes a 30-minute pickup, and we're still lucky to get two chicken legs and two juices. No one's running the place; total anarchy. Note: Of course, management responds with a standard refrain that they're sorry. This is their standard reflex. But why doesn't anyone do anything about this, or worse, fix it? Just see what we see as a group of waiting and sulking customers when you have to witness this and no one can tell where your order is. See all the reviews. KFC is a terribly mismanaged company that simply doesn't fix things, but stands by and watches the whole KFC concept fall flat. Will KFC HQ ever come and see this and lose any sleep over it? You still see this in so many other reviews of the same location. KFC apparently doesn't care. Tip: Go to the butcher for warm chicken legs. You can get them warm within 5 minutes, and people are still happy to have you as a customer.

Actually a large and clean branch compared to others in the city center, lots of seats and tables, children's play area, food was ready pretty quickly despite a large order for 5 people, enough parking spaces, easy to reach

I felt a little intimidated, if you know what I mean, but I kind of like it. It's a shame there wasn't any watermelon or Koolaid, and where was LeBron James? Oh yeah, and I expected your restroom to be cleaner; it was just as brown as the customers here.

Ordering at the kiosk, and table service was available on the screen, but the staff didn't offer this. Only waiting at the counter if you ate inside. Once ordered, I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple, medium-sized menu. Except for one person (who spoke English), the staff were very reluctant to work there. After waiting 30 minutes, my order was also wrong. The entire floor was sticky, and many tables were either not cleaned or not cleaned properly. The food was okay, but sloppily prepared compared to other KFCs. This is a place I'll avoid next time.
