Amazing cocktails and appetizers were made and served by “Beau” such a great vibe and highend cocktail experience! Pretty much any type of cocktail imaginable he was able to make!!!

Super relaxte sfeer in de Halfmoon lounge! Perfect voor lekkere drankjes en hapjes bij de open haard. Er was ook live muziek van een pianist. Zeker aan te raden.

Elizabeth was wonderful! Extremely welcoming and attentive :) All the staff have been a great help over the course of our stay. Food has has been magical can’t thank the Hilton enough!

This place is 10/10 luxury. Great wine. Great atmosphere. Great music. Great views. Definitely stop by for a drink and food. Marina was the star of the show and made me feel so welcome. I came one evening and she even remembered my order!

Great venue with stunning views of the canal. It’s also accompanied by a beautiful open fireplace and great staff. Gaetano served us, he was kind, polite and friendly! Would definitely come back.

Great time at the Hilton bar this weekend. Gaetano was an excellent host and the cocktails were delicious. We enjoyed the piano music and of course the canal views.

Bartender was less than enthusiastic to take orders. Like it was painful to be there and she was honestly bringing the otherwise cozy/homely atmosphere down. What a disappointment

Pietro is a wonderful waiter and provides excellent service at the Halfmoon Lounge - go see him and have a drink ! If you love espresso or chocolate martinis have Valeria make you one - she is makes them to perfection!

Marina was amazing and fantastic service in a beautiful lounge/bar. Good live piano player as well. Drinks came out fast and tasty.

The finest bar in all of Amsterdam. The wooden interiors to naval atmosphere. All in all a wonderful place for an evening drink. Lots of vegetarian options which was great for me. Loved interacting with all the people working here. Bravo !

Markos was very engaging and provided excellent service and excellent drinks. He suggested a whisky sour with a Smokey whisky {lagavulin) that was different but after a few minutes to breath it was really quite sensational. Well done.

We had a perfect evening at the Hilton. The drinks and food were really good!! Our waitress Elizabeth made our visit to Hilton Amsterdam unforgettable. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. Dining here is a pleasure thanks to the fantastic service. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful evening inside the Half Moon Lounge. Our Waitress Carla and the bar personal were very friendly and open for our special requests. The drinks and food were really good!!

Meine Zeit in der Half Moon Lounge war sehr angenehm, das Essen war exzellent und schnell serviert. Meine Bedienung hieß Marina, sie hat mich fabelhaft beraten und nie mit leerem Glas sitzen lassen. Auf jeden Fall, empfehle ich die Half Moon Lounge beim Aufenthalt im Hilton Amsterdam zu besuchen.

Marcos, Elizabeth, and the entire staff provided world-class service! “And I travel a lot” There effervescent personalities and attention to detail was outstanding. There teamwork and desire to please made this dining experience one I can’t wait to repeat! Bon appetite!

The half moon Bar was a beautiful experience. I came to visit the bar for some Cocktails and I ended up having a very good time! The workers and bartenders are very experienced and very gentle! Especially Markos the Barman was a great guy! Very experienced and kind! Service is a 10/10

Great spot for cocktails. Marcus is great and makes bespoke cocktails to suit your palate.Try his mai tai which was strong whilst perfectly balanced.

Comfortable bar that feels luxurious and exclusive. Great service and chilled atmosphere. Drinks are pricey but standard for a Hilton.

After being on flights since an ungodly hour of the morning, this place is EXACTLY what my weary soul needed. I was peckish for some snacks so I ordered the olives and cheese which hit the spot perfectly. I also went against the grain and ordered a mocktail called sweet dreams (maybe that early morning hit harder than I thought?) and this mix of juices is FANTASTIC. Just for giggles, my bartender was also efficient, friendly, and professional.

Quite pricey, sandwich at 22 euros is quite ridiculous

Nice bar, lovely server but the really loud wedding next door didn't do much for the atmosphere. Maybe close the doors to the function area?

Hotel bar, with a twist. Food is good, but the atmosphere and the views are amazing. Look out over the canal as the day fades away, enjoy a drink.

Amazing cocktail and wonderful service.

Dit was mijn beste ervaring met een Cocktail lounge. Een echte experience. Het begint met de meest vriendelijke bediening. En met een ouderwets plaatje luisteren naar liedjes waar de Cocktail naar is vernoemd. Ik had gekozen voor Fly to the moon. het kon niet beter, Het paarse ijsbol wordt met een hamer kapot geslagen en dan de champagne erover. heerlijk om zo verwend te worden. En de smaak was heerlijk, en een echte aanrader. Ik wil nog eens terugkomen in de zomer, om ook te kunnen genieten van het uitzicht.

Atmosphere and service were great. Had a Caesar salad somewhat old part and edge part of romaine which it is totally not a 20 euro worthy :) But again, staffs were very polite and helpful.

We had great cocktails here but the "fly me to the moon" cocktail is really spectaculair. All ingredients for the cocktail are in a ice bulb. At your table the bulb is opened and champagne is poured over it. Spectacular and tasteful. Definitely a cocktail you should try!

Wow… I walked in for a G&T after a longish flight and next thing I’ve been talked into the Chef’s special; a Truffle Tagliatelle. Simple fact: to die for. To add to my experience the Head Chef came out and shaved the fresh truffle and explained it’s origin and flavour himself. He then talked me in to his Canadian Truffle Scallops (what’s beyond to die for?). Meanwhile the service has been professional and pleasant but above all personal and immaculate. I’m still here sipping my last drop. They’ll have to throw me out. Oh and the view…. nuff said

Die Halfmoon Lounge zeichnet sich vor allem darin aus das sie direkt an einer Gracht liegt und dann das sie wunderbar ausgestattet und eingerichtet ist. Das Team ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Weinauswahl und die Cocktails sind absolut fein und immer zu empfehlen. Danke🙏🏻😊. En Guete!
