I have never seen such a small Kapsalon 😄 food was not bad but portion was really, really small. I couldn't believe that is possible

Very small portion. No salad. After eating, my partner had food poisoning... Contacting them was impossible (they didn't answer).

Telephone accessibility is deplorable. Edit: on a subsequent visit, the shop turned out to be closed despite being well within opening hours... Unfortunately, you have lost a customer.

Bland döner with no flavor. I ordered rice and got soggy fries. (They don't even make rice there, but the staff told me when I called that it's the owner's laziness to change the order options!) No sauce was included. Churros that were unchewable! In short, 22 euros was thrown in the trash! I'll never eat there again!

I ordered a döner dish, but it didn't come with any salad and there was very little döner. The döner sandwich had no sauce, only lettuce, no tomatoes, and no cucumber. I waited two hours for it to be delivered.

The place is neat and clean. I ordered chicken shawarma, which came from the freezer and wasn't particularly tasty.
