Have tried the Chicken Satay many times, always very satisfied with the taste and the food quality. Staff is very friendly and will always take care of any situation. Would highly recommend it!

Pasta bolognese, very sour taste and I can't find any minced meat in this dish, it's 1 homogeneous sour sauce, yuck

When I worked in Groningen, I often ordered pasta from Helpman's. Always tasty and wonderfully fresh! Too bad they don't have a branch here in the Randstad (yet). All in all, the best pasta I've eaten!

It's gotten really bad! I don't know what's going on here, but I think you change chefs too often. The sour salmon pasta is inedible. My son's tuna had hard chunks in it. I have no idea what this is or was! Thanks, waste of money and lost my appetite!

Awesome people and awesome food! I've recently moved to a place where they don't deliver, but when I contacted them, they said it would be no problem at all to deliver it to my house ^-^ Best pasta I've ever ever ever had !! 🤤🤤

Super good food. The pastas were really tasty. You can tell that they use really fresh ingredients. I read some different reactions about delivery but we didn't have to wait long for our food, it was delivered quickly and neatly. I also think the employees are super friendly.

I am an avid pasta eater, my favorite food since I was little… Over the years I have visited all the pasta places, and one stood out, that was Helpmans pasta with their unique concept. Now that I read the reviews I don't understand why they score so low… but that is often the case with delivery I see. I always pick it up myself and the pastas are deliciously tasty…. I have been going there for years now and in no time the pasta is on the table and the taste is really a 10/10. The chefs are professionals in their field thanks to the good guidance of the master teacher George. Also an avid pasta lover since I was little. Helpmans pasta is truly by pasta lovers, for pasta lovers.

Food is delicious and employees are very nice. 1 of the orders was sent incorrectly. We received our correct order within 5 minutes and were allowed to keep the wrong one for free + received delicious warm rolls. Top restaurant.

Best chicken pesto in town, for the best price!!!! If you need a good pasta in Groningen, this is the one place to get it!!! I absolutely loved my experience here. I ordered the chicken pesto and I ate inside with a lovely atmosphere and I thought the pasta was absolutely amazing. I recommend this to all my friends and everyone searching for a good pasta place to eat in town.

I cannot urge you enough to order all your Pastas from this place. Super nice staff, food is always warm, price super affordable and the quality second to none in the city. I love HELPMAN’s Pasta, I wish they gave me a membership card and I could gather points

Pasta carbonara does not have the texture of pasta carbonara at all, it looked more like cream cheese. Full chunks of garlic in it and chewy bacon. The taste was also not comparable to a carbonara unfortunately. The spicy chicken pasta was tasty but not very special.

They seem very busy, but they don't always agree if you want to eat it on the spot. The wait is long. And it's small. You only have 3 tables to sit at. They do deliver, but that can also take a very long time and things often go wrong if they don't know where to go. In addition, the pasta seems to taste very bland and you quickly get tired of it because it is not tasty.

The broccoli is hard and uncooked, hardly had any cream sauce , the chicken had no seasoning it over all did not taste good. I ordered a salmon pasta with extra chicken and I won’t be eating there again. One star for the portions

Delicious food and fast delivery!

Very tasty pasta, but it is annoying that something from our orders is always out of stock and so we received a different flavor (smoothie) or an extra cannoli instead of herb butter. Furthermore, very satisfied, rich portions. Large is actually large and enough for fairly large eaters. If we haven't ordered for a while, we really miss the pasta, regular customers here!

Heerlijk gegeten. De beste pasta's van Groningen! Vooral de kip pesto is echt een aanrader. Ook de smoothies zijn lekker.

If you are very hungry or on time, do not order here. Takes a while to get it. The quality of the food varies each time. Last time it was a little less, but even though it took a long time, it was very tasty this time. Portions are fine. The medium portion was too much for me, even though I can eat quite a bit. So if you don't mind waiting, you can give it a try.

I ordered pasta at 4:28 PM, requested delivery time of 5:45 PM, it arrived at 6:45 PM. They said sorry, the delivery person and the person on the phone (I had called). Didn't receive a coupon or discount (also not specifically asked for). They were friendly and the pasta was okay. I'm just not really happy at the moment, so you enjoy it less. Edit: I didn't get a call.

Been ordering here for years. I was always very enthusiastic, but lately I have been disappointed again and again... It often goes wrong... Food arrived quickly, but pesto comes from a jar and tastes very cheap, it is certainly not fresh! Making an easy pasta yourself is even tastier... a shame! The portions are also getting smaller.

Have ordered pasta from Helpmans before, always good! This time it unfortunately went wrong twice in a row. In the end it was resolved well so that I could still enjoy my pasta, my compliments!

I had to wait 2 and a half hours before ordering, I also ordered cutlery and when I paid for it I was told there was none, otherwise the pasta was fine.

Delivered quickly and the food was delicious!

I am now a regular customer. Be sure to order once a week. Always very tasty! Occasionally it takes a little longer for delivery due to... busy but always satisfied with the quality and friendliness/service :)

Gisteren bij Helpman's pasta's locatie Assen echt een heel goede pasta penne kip pesto ontvangen. Bestelling was keurig op tijd, kwaliteit was echt ontzettend goed. Heerlijke romige pasta, de large variant besteld en die is eigenlijk te groot als je er ook een broodje en dessert bij bestelt. Enige aandachtspunt: had extra topping Parmezaanse kaas - er had wel wat meer op gemogen want dit was karig.

Eten is voortreffelijk, maar het duurt zooooooooooooo lang voor je het eindelijk in huis hebt.

Kwaliteit wisselt per keer. Paar keer besteld en mijn extra ingrediënten zijn vergeten, net als mijn blikje drinken. Contact opgenomen en ik zou een voucher in de mail ontvangen, echter heb ik die nooit mogen ontvangen. Ik heb één keer meegemaakt dat alles compleet en naar wens was.

Prima pasta. Ja nee iets anders kan ik er niet van maken. Vaak heb je bij ""pizzeria's"" dat de pasta toch een beetje een ondergeschoven kindje is, maar dat is hier zeker niet het geval.

Via Thuisbezorgd besteld om 19:26, om 20:10 een bevestiging dat het er met 18 minuten zou zijn. Twee keer gebeld en te horen gekregen dat ze bestellingen op hun eigen website voortrekken op die van thuisbezorgd (via eigen website is wel voordeliger zag ik uiteindelijk). In hoeverre voortrekken? Wachten tot er niks meer binnen komt en tegen sluitingstijd thuisbezorgd afwerken? Pasta kwam uiteindelijk om 21:35, ruim twee uur later dus. Ging iets mis in het systeem ofzo. Blijkbaar gebeurt dit erg vaak, afgaande op de overige reviews. Als goedmakertje één blikje cola erbij gekregen. Twee pasta’s besteld, doe dan ook twee blikjes. Ondanks dat ik veel lees over verkeerde bestellingen en koude pasta’s, was dit bij ons gelukkig niet het geval. De pasta was warm en smaakte prima, daarom toch nog twee hele sterren! Let trouwens op, bij elke pasta wordt automatisch €2,- voor een extra broodje gerekend. Dit moet je handmatig weghalen. Maar waar gaat het systematisch mis? Dit moet toch beter kunnen, overal behalve hier schijnt het gewoon te lukken.

Bestel hier heel vaak de pasta pesto en ben er echt verliefd op! Laatst zelfs een kaartje ontvangen! Weet niet of dit komt omdat ik absurd vaak bestel, maaar het was lief 😂

Ow how the mighty have fallen. Dit was de beste pasta in Groningen. Met nadruk op was. De carbonara is tegenwoordig een soep van room en kaas en de pasta niet goed gekookt. Nu driemaal een carbonara op deze manier ontvangen. Smaakloos en een top formule voor een avondje oprispingen. Dit geldt ook voor de pastas van vrienden waarmee ik samen bestel. Geen aanrader. Helaas zal ik hier niet meer bestellen.

Altijd lekker, snel en warm. Vandaag helaas alleen snel. Was niet echt warm bij aankomst en in beide pasta's rode peper vergeten. Ook hadden de pasta's weinig smaak. Alsof er zout vergeten was toe te voegen. Kan een keer gebeuren, volgende keer is vast weer beter.
