Delicious food truck! The chai (2 euros) is small but tasty, not sweetened at all but they offer sugar. The dosa is cheap and very delicious, but can take 30 minutes to get even after ordering (they only have 2 small griddles).

Kromme Nieuwegracht 18El restaurante ofrece almuerzo los viernes, y tuve suerte de conseguir una mesa. El lugar es acogedor con cocina abierta y cinco o seis mesas. El servicio fue muy personal, atento y cálido. Cada plato era una pequeña obra maestra, bellamente arreglado y los sabores bastante atrevidos. El chef no teme usar ingredientes y especias del oriente, lo que resulta en combinaciones inusuales y creaciones intensamente sabrosas. Es una fusión entre la cocina francesa y japonesa moderna. El maridaje de vinos fue perfecto – cada vino era de alta calidad – y una buena combinación. Increíble experiencia.
