I regularly order the chicken tenders, and I will continue to order them. Super fast delivery and nice and hot. And very friendly delivery drivers. Wonderful again.

Worst experience ever. Called twice, and they kept saying it was being prepared. I didn't get my order until two and a half hours later. Never again!

I ordered through Thuisbezorgd, and the food arrived after 50 minutes. Then I received undercooked meat, and the chicken looked purple. Totally inedible!

Terrible service!! Never ordering from here again. You place an order at 3 PM. An hour later, you call and they say the delivery person is on the way, but it's already been delivered. An hour later, they don't know where the delivery person is. After waiting for two hours, they tell you the delivery person went to the wrong address. Very unprofessional and poorly organized. Definitely not recommended!

Really bad experience. Specially the delivery services. And when i called them. The person told me that 1 hour is standard waiting time. And when i ask when will be the delivery boy come he said i don't know. I will not order again from HFC again.

We had a delicious cheeseburger and hot wings and washed it down with an even more delicious Dubai shake, which was delicious and the service was great, friendly, cheerful and funny!

Clearing tables yourself, cleaning up after yourself, wiping down your own tablecloth. Such a shame. Previous guests actually smeared mayonnaise all over the tables, and we couldn't sit anywhere else. Staff looks at you like you're an alien when you try to politely ask for something. The owner turned out to be friendly and great with children. His staff, in comparison, desperately need hospitality training. The food was okay! The ice cream corner looked good!

WORST RESTAURANT EVER I ordered a children's menu. With a hamburger. All I got was an empty burger. No lettuce, ketchup, tomato, or pickles. When I confronted a staff member about this, he said, "This should only have pickles and ketchup on it." When I explained that the burger in the photo was complete, he replied disinterestedly, "There's nothing I can do about that," and then only put ketchup on it. When I asked for the manager to complain, he simply replied, "He's not here, and I'm just a staff member. I can't do anything about this." The same goes for the drink. I ordered instant apple juice. I got a Lidl carton of apple juice. Total deception, yuck, yuck. Last time I'll be here.

I've gotten food from here twice in the past two weeks, mainly the spicy hot wings and kids burger. I've gotten sick and had an allergic reaction to the food twice, swollen lips, and immediately took medication. I won't buy food from here again. The staff, in my opinion, are untrained and don't have the right kitchen experience.

We came to eat with the family and deliberately chose this restaurant because there is a playroom for children. Unfortunately, the playroom is located upstairs, where it was really unpleasantly warm. We wanted to eat relaxed while our child played, but the temperature made that almost impossible. When we asked if the air conditioning could be turned on, we were told that there is no air conditioning at all. When we asked to do something about the heat, they simply said: “We can't do anything about it.” That seemed very indifferent. Too bad, because the idea of ​​a playroom is very good, but such a warm space is not suitable for children and certainly not attractive for parents. We will not be coming back here for a while.

Thuisbezorgd states 20-45 min delivery time, but we waited over 2 hours!! Their excuse was that they only have 1 delivery person, that has nothing to do with me, you should just close Thuisbezorgd. It was super disgusting and I threw up the food. My stomach is also feeling weird. Almost 7 euros for a burger with 1 drop of sauce and a bit of lettuce, there is nothing else on it. When I called, I got staff on the phone who spoke to each other very unprofessionally, never again here!! Better close the place.

The worst HFC in Rotterdam. Ordered 6 tenders and 2 fire antolian's yesterday. Buns were dried out and smelled stale. Abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting and intestinal pain all night long. Hshouma 3likoum!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! We will NEVER go there again. Hfc 2.0 HFC Van Binnenweg remains number 1. Children who stand in the kitchen and even give sandwiches straight away instead of in a box as it should be.

Dear HFC, My recent order was a big disappointment. Not only did the food arrive way too late, but there was also constant miscommunication. To make matters worse, I was treated in a rude manner. That's not how you treat customers. For me, this was the first and last time I ordered from you. Hopefully something will be done about this, although it is too late for me now.

Bread is not fresh, you take 1 bite and it falls apart completely. Chicken that is in the bread is so small, it is just 1/3 of the bread. You're getting screwed from all sides. You only eat a loaf of bread and pay €7. I will never buy anything from them again.

For a fried chicken place it was quite tasty and also good that they had non-chicken and veggie options. The chicken in the chicken burger was juicy and the rösti was rich. The spicy wings were spicy and juicy. The tenders were drier than Afrikaanderplein in the summer. Twister fries always +1. A friend really liked the pickle.

We recently ordered a burger meal with chicken, a drink and cake, but unfortunately mistakes were made again in our order. In the past we have often overlooked forgotten products such as drinks and other items, but today our order was again delivered incomplete, this time without the cake. We called back politely, and we were kindly helped by an employee who offered us a solution: the cake would be added to our next order. Although this was a neat solution, we would like to receive the cake immediately because it had gone wrong before. To our disappointment, the delivery person later delivered the cake in a very rude manner. He didn't speak a word and behaved antisocially. When we unpacked the cake, to make matters worse, we discovered a long black hair inside it, which we found very unhygienic. We are really not happy about this. We hope you will do something with this feedback, so that service and hygiene can improve. We just want to be able to enjoy our meals as we ordered them.

Today I went for a nice meal with my son... we thought! I ordered a SPICY chicken burger and my son a cheeseburger. When I tell you how dry the food was, the sandwich had completely fallen apart. Ik kan niet met zekerheid zeggen wat er veranderd is, maar de patat smaakt echt niet meer hetzelfde. Het bestelsysteem laat veel te wensen over. Bovendien, als we om bepaalde items vragen, zeggen ze dat het op is, maar later blijkt dat ze het wel op voorraad hebben. We misten bijvoorbeeld de Amerikaanse frietsaus en speelgoed bij de kindermenu's. Na aandringen hebben we uiteindelijk wel speelgoed gekregen die we normaliter direct krijgen. Ons favoriete familierestaurant is helaas flink achteruit gegaan!

Met regelmaat ervaren dat mijn bestellingen niet compleet was. Na op normale wijze dit te melden kreeg ik geen vriendelijke service. Iedereen maakt foutjes, maar kom op. Verder vind ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet in balans.

Ik heb hier hotwings en een stuk fried chicken gehaald. Hotwings waren wel goed, beetje aan de zoute kant. Kipstuk was ronduit slecht. Vettig, smaakloos en ook niet goed gecoat. Heb later wel last van mijn buik gehad. Doelgroep zijn de groep mensen die voor halal wilt gaan. Gezien de kwaliteit weet ik niet of ik hier weer zou komen

Een heel ruim zittende fastfood restaurant met heerlijke burgers en kip. Snelle service en een kindvriendelijke restaurant met een speelparadijs.

Vandaag eten gehaald, super lekker 😍 vooral die hotwings! Ik ga alleen nog maar naar HFC omdat ik van KFC vorige keer voedselvergiftiging had gekregen. Nu ook wat last van mn buik, maar ja vet eten is natuurlijk sowieso niet goed voor je ;). Hotwings waren wel vers, verser dan bij kfc.

HFC Beijerlandselaan is de tot nu toe mooiste en een van de grootste fastfood restaurants in Rotterdam. Alles is 100% Halal en de prijskwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Af en toe moet je ietsjes langer wachten op je menu, maar dat vind ik persoonlijk niet erg, omdat het eten vers voor je klaargemaakt wordt en niet al een tijd gereed ligt, waardoor je slappe burgers en frietjes krijgt. Helaas is dit nog te vaak het geval bij veel fastfoodketens, maar gelukkig niet bij HFC :) Waneer je de medewerker vraagt of ze de patatjes wat extra doorbakken, dan wordt dit ook gedaan, en krijg je heerlijke krokante frietjes. Het menu heeft voldoende keus, waaronder ook Beef en Veggie Burgers, dus laat je zeker niet misleiden door het ‘Chicken’ gedeelte. Voor iedereen is hier wat wils. Naast de menu’s heeft HFC ook lekkere bijgerechten, zoals uienringen of chili cheese nuggets en kaassoufles. Allen mijn favoriet :p want ik ben een echt fastfood liefhebber. In tegenstelling tot veel andere bekende fastfoodrestaurants heeft HFC (in ieder geval op de Beijerlandselaan) echte versgeperste sinaasappelsap. Dus mocht je met gezelschap zijn waarvan niet iedereen een fastfood fan is, zijn er ook opties om gezonde salades en verse sap te bestellen. HFC is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het restaurant zit op een grote bekende hoek aan de Beijerlandselaan die je niet kunt missen, tegenover de tramhalte van lijn 25. Daarnaast is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de straat, en de straten eromheen en kun je ook scooters of fietsen makkelijk kwijt. Wat ik persoonlijk een echte uitkomst vind van HFC is dat het een aparte Coffee en Pastry gedeelte heeft. Modern maar toch knus en gezellig ingericht, en toch anders dan het fastfood gedeelte. De koffie is heerlijk, niet zo’n slappe bak. Hierdoor kun je na het eten nog lekker even bijkletsen en een toetje doen onder koffie of thee, in een volwaardig pastry restaurantje. Een compleet andere ervaring dan alleen dat gehaaste fastfood gevoel en daarna wegwezen. Wat trouwens ook gewoon kan als je dat fijner vindt. Mijn punt is dat hier rekening is gehouden met meer. Boven in het restaurant heeft HFC een grote speelruimte voor kinderen, wat de plek zeer geschikt maakt voor kinderfeestjes (geen idee of dit tot de mogelijkheden behoord, maar zo leek het wel). Tijdens mijn diverse bezoeken was het personeel vriendelijk en gastvrij en ben ik goed geholpen. In deze tijd met een landelijk horeca personeels tekort is dat op veel plekken nog wel een uitdaging, maar ze doen hier in ieder geval hen best dit de klantbeleving niet te laten beïnvloeden. HFC is zeker een aanrader, dus ga gauw een keer langs, en beleef het zelf!

Niet verkeerd qua eten, maar verwacht ook geen top kwaliteit qua personeel. Erg lang moeten wachten omdat een kassa apparaat het niet deed, kan gebeuren. En dat er iemand ingewerkt moet worden elders is niet te vermeiden. Hier en dan vergeten ze misschien een drankje als je een menu besteld. Maar zo slecht als ze andere reviews het aantonen klopt ook niet. Inderdaad NVWA heeft hier op 25/04/2022 een inspectie gedaan, en concludeerde dat HFC voldoet aan de regels. Maar mijn wijze les is altijd, haal geen vis bij de slager en geen vlees bij de visboer. Kortom, ga je naar Halal Fried Chicken blijf dan bij Chicken.

Super lieve man die ik aan de telefoon kreeg ze vergaten mij friet maar snel kreeg ik die met een gratis menu hartelijk bedankt 🙏🏼😇

We hebben daar geluncht. Het was er stil waarom begrijp ik niet want het eten was er heerlijk en vers. Mijn man had de Hallal Kalfsbacon Burger en ik de Hallal Chicken Roasty Burger en vers geperst sinasappelsap. Beide burgers waren echt lekker en voor ons veel beter dan de Burgers van de bekende Burger Ketens, betere kwaliteit en veel meer smaak. Niet voordelig maar zeker waar voor je Geld.
